I had an amazing stay at Avalon Cove. The property has an amazing location right by the river, with stellar views of the city and world class amenities. I’ve attached some pictures for the reader to enjoy :) I am truly grateful to the management team, and especially Keana, who were extremely professional and warm in all their interactions. If you’re reading this, I’d like you to know that I admire your work ethic and appreciate you for making me feel at home. I enjoyed my time here! I used to reside previously at another Avalon property in NYC, and based on my experience with the team in last 3 years, I have come to trust the brand to deliver on the promise of a peaceful fulfilling experience. I will consider their properties favorably for my future rental needs. To anyone considering a new home on this side of the river, this property should be near the top of your list of options to check out.

I love living at Avalon. It is a lovely waterfront community with great amenities such as the swimming pool, the gym, the tennis courts, and the courtyard. Carlos in maintenance is amazing. He is kind, funny, and responsive to all of our needs! Having Carlos and Emmanuel on the maintenance team is literally my favorite thing about apartment living. They are quick to fix any issues and answer any questions. I am giving 4/5 stars because I wish the hallways were vacuumed more frequently and that rent is directly tied to market price, so it is difficult to anticipate rent increases. Overall, I love living here and hope to stay as long as possible.

I have been living with my husband and my toddler in Avalon Cove since July and we have had a great experience so far! Carlos Agudelo from the maintenance is awesome, he does such a great job and also makes people feel welcome, he’a always attentive and ready to help the people in the community.

One of my favorite things about living at Avalon Cove is their 24 hour maintenance policy. They will literally fix anything within a day, including one time getting me a new hot water heater which most buildings could take days or weeks! Also Carlos the head of the maintenance team is extremely knowledgeable about everything and runs a tight ship!

Avalon is one of the best places to live, overlooking the river. And management has been very mindful of comfort of the residents. I would really like to call out Suzzane who assisted us during an issue we noted. She was constantly in touch with us to ensure that our issues were resolved.

Good community with Manhattan View and Hudson River View, good utility including pool and tennis court, love living here! Also, Manager Sarah Tullo helped us a lot.

Avalon Cove is a great community to live in with awesome amenities including a swimming pool & tennis courts and is in very close proximity to midtown and downtown - the path stations are very close via walk. Bryan Molina from the leasing office was super helpful throughout the process and helped resolve all our queries & concerns. The maintenance team is also prompt and Bryan has also helped make our move-in process more convenient.

I wanted to take the time out to say thank you to Carlos. He has been an amazing help with all maintenance needs in regards to keeping the apartments up to par. Whenever a request is put in, he answers promptly and fixes it all to the best of his abilities.

Avalon Cove in Jersey City is a dream come true with its stunning views, spacious apartments, and fantastic amenities. Brittany Etienne from leasing is amazing and super helpful. The location, right on the waterfront, offers breathtaking Manhattan skyline views. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-designed. Amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor spaces, and a pool. It has easy access to public transportation and a wealth of nearby dining
