I've been a SILVERMAN building tenant for almost 5 years and I absolutely love them. They are the best landlords anyone could possibly ask for. They truly care about their residents and the Jersey City community. They go above and beyond always!! I never want to leave. Highly recommend living in one of their residences! You will feel right at home!! The staff is so warm, friendly and professional and take care of all your needs.

I have never been a big fan of summer and especially walking when its hot outside but its been the most amazing month of my life since I moved into Charles & Co (201 Montgomery Street) because I go on walk everyday since exchange place is on walking distance and I sit on open terrace every night which just makes me forget about all the daily stress and gives me the feeling which everyone loves to have while staring at the city view. Thank you Paul and Vanessa for making that happen and helping me throughout the process. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for an apartment because this place has everything you would look for in a nice apartment with adoring staff. Thank you once again.

My husband and I have rented and owned several apartments in Silverman buildings. The quality of the build is much higher than a majority of buildings in Jersey City. We rarely had any issues with our condos and if there was ever a concern the Silverman staff is top notch. Issues are handled promptly and effectively. Dan, one of their property managers is an absolute pleasure to work with. Additionally, the Silverman family creates an exceptional feeling of community through organizing events or simply providing residents a little treat from a local shop.

I have lived in a Silverman building for over 7 years and have had a wonderful experience. Everyone I’ve come into contact with has been friendly, caring, and efficient. Our building is always clean and well maintained. When we’ve needed a repair, it’s been addressed quickly. They give back so much to the community and are one of the reasons I love living near Hamilton Park. They truly care about their residents and Jersey City. I’d highly recommend living in one of their buildings!

After living in NYC my entire life, I was not expecting to move to a place in Jersey City that immediately felt like home. Yet here we are, in the same Silverman building we moved into 8 years ago and we still love it here! We hear about other landlords in our area, and are truly convinced that we are lucky for having the best one. The Silvermans never fail to demonstrate professionalism, kindness, and thoughtfulness in everything they do, and are a big reason why Jersey City is a great place to live.

We thought we’d never move from NYC, but when we did, we could not have been more fortunate to move to a SILVERMAN building. The owner’s are very involved in the building of not only residences, but of also community. We’re sorry we had to leave. We’re tremendously grateful for all of the SILVERMAN staff who supported our quality of life beyond what we had expected. It’s challenging to describe the absolutely wonderful experience we’ve had with this landlord. They simply are not your typical landlord. Their names are Paul and Eric, but they also partner with a team of individuals, Vanessa, Josh, John, Tyron, Alex, and many, many others to make you feel like you’re part of a community. Coming from New York City, we never experienced anything like it. Of course, we’ve had people who cared about us or who valued us as tenants, but from building to building there was not a sense of community. Between holiday parties, super-quick maintenance responses, well-built (and quiet) residences, and follow-ups from the landlord himself, SILVERMAN is in a class of its own. They actually care about your experience (in addition to your rent payments). To find this is extremely rare. To leave it was extremely sad. We’re going to miss all that is SILVERMAN, and all this is and continues to grow to be Hamilton Park. Thank you everyone for making our stay at two of your residences the most valuable 3 years of our young family’s life.

My husband and I moved to Jersey City in July of 2017 from out of state. We first lived in Hamilton Square and then moved across the courtyard to Park Francis. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Silverman properties! The amenities are fantastic and the staff is amazing! From the concierge staff to building management, everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Our units at both buildings were beautiful, well maintained and comfortable. I would highly recommend living at any one of the Silverman buildings in Jersey City.

I recently moved into Charles & Co (201 Montgomery) and the experience has been awesome - from the staff, who are unfailingly courteous and kind, to the building, to the apartment itself. The building interior is beautiful, including the 7th floor outdoor space, which is both much nicer, and much larger, than equivalent spaces in other apartment buildings in downtown Jersey City. The building also has an excellent professional gym on the ground floor, which is private to Charles & Co residents, never crowded, and accessible 24/7. My apartment is awesome, quiet, and full of sunlight most of the day. Along with Hamilton Park (where I lived in another Silverman building, Hamilton Square, very happily for 8 years), this part of Jersey City is hands-down one of the best to live in. You are next to City Hall and a lot of good restaurants, one block from Van Vorst Park, three blocks from Liberty State Park, and two blocks from the PATH. And Paul and Eric Silverman are simply great to work with. I bought my first apartment from them back in 2010, and it quickly became apparent how much they care about Jersey City neighborhoods and creating great living experiences for its residents. I am psyched to be living in a Silverman building again.
