Tiffany is THE BEST!!! She is extremely helpful, informative, friendly, and above all, very patient with prospective tenants. She took the time to show us quite a few available units on the first visit. She later took us through a couple of them again while we struggled to decide. She consistently made us feel that she had our best interests at heart and wasn't just trying to lease units. We visited several buildings in Paulus Hook and the Lenox had the most well designed units as well as gorgeous shared spaces and amenities.

Love the amenities and our great neighborhood. The staff at The Lenox is top notch, from the front desk to the sales staff and maintenance team. After selling my home, I settled in at the Lenox and have loved it from day one. 🙌🏽. Update! 5 years later and still very much in love with this space. Maintenance crew led by Teddy is top notch! Jorge and Roberto deliver top of the line service.

Ashir has been super patient and helpful during the whole leasing process. He was able to do a virtual tour for me as I was initially abroad, and then take me on a tour again when I was back in the city. Not only that, Ashir has went above and beyond in helping me find the most fitting apt for me across the Lenox and Quinn selections. If you are looking to live at a place with responsive and kind management, I would highly recommend this place.

Had the worst apartment viewing experience in my life. We visited Lenox on an extremely cold day (15 deg F) and we were asked to wait in the outside lobby (still colder than their office space enough to accommodate 10 people). The agent (Leilana) did not bother introducing her, strike conversation with us or be pleasant. We had to ask her name to which we got a one word reply as to most of our questions. To others that crossed her in the building, she had a warm smile for, but not us. The prices shown on the website and the confirmation email 12 hours before the viewing were very different than what we were told so basically a bait and switch to get us in the door. the apartment they told us we’ll be seeing wasn’t available for a tour and so we asked for photos for another apartment that we were interested in and she told us she’ll see if she can get us some but we’ve not heard back from her on that either. We’ve lived in jersey city for 6 years and have never felt more insulted and looked down upon. The management NEEDS to have better people. I guess they know people will rent with them in this current market so they don’t care. Even when she showed us the house, she seemed to be in a hurry to leave the apartment and was rushing us. Minimal eye contact when responding to our questions. I asked her about the other apartment we were interested in and what direction was it facing to which she said “I don’t know”. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT OTHER HUMAN BEINGS. PERIOD!

The Lenox has been an incredible place to call home for the past year and half. From our initial tour with Tiffany to our everyday interactions with the concierge staff, the people who work here are super helpful and friendly. Roberto has helped complete several maintenance requests in our unit recently as well. Not only is he really quick to respond (he came within 24 hours for every single request, even though they weren’t urgent), but he always explains the issue and what he is doing to fix it. The building and amenities are great as well, and we have seen various cosmetic updates being made since moving in to keep everything in good shape. Overall, we love living at the Lenox and are happy to stay here for the foreseeable future!

Super pleased with Roberto from the maintenance team. He is always so kind and helpful. I needed help with the washer and he came to fix first thing. Not only did he help fix the washer he cleaned out the filters for the dryer and showed us some tips and tricks on how to properly clean and use it. Great to know we have a maintenance team who cares and will help when needed.

The building is so well maintained, the units are spacious, and the finishes are top of the line. The closets are impressive (especially when moving from Brooklyn) and the amenities are spot on. The complex is also perfectly situated in Paulus Hook with easy access to all mass transportation, awesome restaurants, and tons of places to take the dog for a walk. Despite being in a busy area, we’ve found the units to be well sound proofed from the street noise, while still bringing in welcomed ambient noise. Additionally, the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Specifically, V, who has been an absolute gem of a human. V has been so patient, helpful, and fun to work with throughout the process! As well as Teddy and Roberto, who saved us multiple times on move-in day. They were quick to act, and super responsive.

I moved in the end of May 2023. It was one of the most smooth moving experience for me in the U.S. The leasing office agents kept us well-informed about the check-in procedure. The concierge staff were very friendly assisting us on the moving-in day. The lifts was busily occupied by the weekend traffic and our arrival just added to the burden. With the prior reservation of the lift service, it minimized the stress of our waiting period. I am looking forward to enjoying my first year living in this well-managed building. Thank you to the excellent management team!
