My boyfriend and I have been living here for a month and we love it! It’s a brand new building so they’re still adding and working out kinks. The space is beautiful, gym has great equipment, location couldn’t be better, views are unreal, but most importantly, the management is awesome. We get quick response from the managers Angela and Brandon, the concierges are so friendly we love saying hi to Greg, Laurie, Ana, and Josie. Our dogs love it here too!

Throughout my 14-month stay, I have experienced nothing short of excellence. The location of the apartment is unbeatable, situated just a brief 5-minute walk from the Grove Path station and only 2 stops away from WTC. This convenience makes it a dream for professionals commuting to the city. Despite being on a bustling street, the apartment remains surprisingly peaceful most of the time. The management team deserves special praise as they go above and beyond to create a delightful living environment. Even the trash rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained. The presence of code-guarded elevators ensures that only authorized individuals have access, adding an extra layer of security. The concierge staff is friendly and professional, making every interaction pleasant. I must highlight Greg, whose warm and caring nature stands out. Their commitment to resident satisfaction is truly remarkable. Furthermore, the building hosts a wide range of events every month, providing residents with an array of exciting experiences. From complimentary wine tastings and delicious breakfast burritos to indulgent massages and pedicures, there is always something to look forward to. Additionally, free gym lessons are offered throughout the week, contributing to a well-rounded and enjoyable lifestyle. Having lived in the NYC metropolitan area for the past 9 years, I can confidently say that 351 Marin has provided me with the best residential experience to date. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch living space.

5 months later update: this building does not disappoint. It is still maintaining its excellence. Concierge staff is pleasant, service requests are fulfilled within 24 hours, trash rooms are cleaned out daily, elevators always working and packages are sorted within an hour of delivery, and even lantern flies infestation situation is being managed. Incredible work and efforts! I recently moved to 351 Marin and it’s been a lovely experience. Not only is this building beautiful on the outside but also equally as dazzling on the inside. There are so many pros to living here. It’s located very close to the Grove St path train. The elevators are fast, spacious and clean. The building is well maintained, and the packaging system is organized and reliable. Every front desk manager I’ve encountered so far have been pleasant. My favorite front desk manager in specific is Greg. He was very helpful during my move in day and continues to be consistently thoughtful, personable and dedicated to his craft. This has been the best apartment building I’ve lived in since moving to Jersey City in 2018. Highly recommend if you manage to snag a unit!

My son moved into 351 Marin this weekend. Beyond the beautiful accommodations and amazing amenities, we’ve been impressed with the building’s staff. Greg in particular was so helpful and friendly. He made the move in process through the loading dock easy and efficient. We reported a minor maintenance issue with the AC unit upon move-in. The maintenance staff arrived within 30 minutes to fix it and were great. Chasity in the leasing office was also a pleasure to work with and responsive to our requests. Highly recommend!

Vinny was great. I’m recovering from surgery and can’t lift heavy objects. He came up to my apartment and lifted my delivery onto the counter, which was a lifesaver! He and all the staff have been fantastic about helping me during this time.

The property management team really doing an excellent job. Thanks to Miko, who always provide 5 star service. He responds to a ticket in the same day and got the job done in 10 minutes! Appreciate so so much !

Nice building but maintenance does not do very good upkeep of simple things like garage doors. My friend let me use parking space to visit inside building and when I went back to the car...items were scattered all throughout the cabin and my $200 pair of sunglasses were taken. Random people walking into the building through the garage.

Very modern and clean apartment house. A good friend of mine currently lives here and is also very satisfied. There are various options for leisure activities, such as a pool or rentable gas grills. In addition, as is now common practice, there is a fitness room where you can work out, which is necessary given the rich American food. There is also a lounge where you can comfortably end the evening or continue working in the open air thanks to free WiFi.
