If you need a great place to stay, I totally recommend 235 Grand Street. The team here has been awesome! Jesse is always quick to help, making the leasing process super easy. The staffs are all kind and friendly. I also want to say I love the study room on the second floor. It's a fantastic spot to get some work done.

I have been living at 235 Grand St for a year now and I absolutely love my experience here. All the staff I interacted with here are very professional and amazing. Everyone responded emails promptly, and maintenance requests were answered very fast. Recently one of my packages went missing, and Domingo and Patrick went through a lot of trouble to help me find it! 😃 I also enjoy the monthly events that the building hosts such as the pet charcuterie board event and the scavenger hunt a lot. This is also a very pet-friendly building and one pet is chosen to be the Pet of the Month every month. It’s really cute! 🥰 During holidays, there are free snacks. I find the sense of community here very precious. I highly recommend people to come live here.

I moved into 235 Grand in January and it was the best decision I made! The staff are attentive and a joy to talk to. Domingo always greets me with a smile and jokes. I’m new to Jersey City and he is a wealth of information about the area. Jorge in maintenance is responsive to my request for repairs. He is dedicated to getting the job done right and is incredibly knowledgeable. His staff which include Martinez and Ivan are amazing! I also can’t leave out Sean and Patrick who have made my packages available with a smile.

I’ve lived here for 6 months and it’s been a great experience. The building / units are beautiful and well-maintained. Staff is super friendly and building management go out of their way to organize fun events for residents. The location is prime, close to everything but still nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in JC!

That's a beautiful beading with new amenities in and outside the apartment. I am consistently impressed with the management at 235 Grand. The doormen are courteous and professional, know everybody by name and always provide a warm welcome. Maintenance issues are addressed with speed, management is resident friendly. Thanks 235 team!

Domingo is the best front desk person I will ever come across. He brightens my days in the morning and evening saying hi every time I pass by. He brings so much amazing energy to the building and residents, and I can’t imagine the building without him. He is so helpful and always willing to help even more without asking. Love living at 235 Grand! The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are great, the location is great, and the building hosts really fun free events. You definitely have to pay good money to live in this part of Jersey City, but the staff at 235 Grand makes it a great experience
