I
worked
with
Andy
through
the
8
week
long
training
program,
and
we
just
finished
up
last
week.
I
had
told
Andy
about
knee
pains
I
was
having
while
I
was
running,
and
wanted
to
solve
that
problem
without
sacrificing
any
time
on
my
mile
pace.
Andy
built
the
program,
taking
my
wants
and
goals
into
consideration
and
managed
to
solve
my
knee
problems
by
focusing
on
leg
strength
and
endurance,
and
still
managing
to
get
my
pace
faster.
He
would
check
in
weekly
to
make
sure
I
was
doing
alright
with
the
workouts
and
if
I
had
any
questions
or
concerns.
To
top
it
off,
I
was
moving
from
New
Jersey
to
Tennessee
mid
way
through
the
training
program
and
Andy
was
able
to
work
with
my
hectic
schedule
and
help
me
adjust
the
program
on
the
fly
so
that
I
didn't
have
to
lose
a
single
day
of
training.
Andy
is
an
extremely
considerate
and
knowledgeable
trainer
who
is
dedicated
to
helping
you
reach
your
goals.
I
would
most
definitely
recommend
the
program
to
anyone
who
is
trying
to
get
stronger
or
faster,
or
an
all
around
healthier
lifestyle.
