My family moved into 333 Grand Street months ago, we have been extremely pleased with how smooth the leasing process was and how helpful and responsive management is as well. Oscar has been in touch with them through out the whole process and they are very glad to have so many nice amenities as well as a nice large apartment! great windows! I'd definitely recommend this building.

Cami was amazing in helping me find and secure an apartment! I had to move quickly from Europe, and she went to the apartment and walked around on video to show me everything. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even bearing with my off timezone questions. Since I've moved in, Cami has been a resource for me and has welcomed me into the community. She is responsive, honest, thorough, and lovely. I'm thrilled with the apartment, the amenities and the neighborhood - it's a wonderful place to live!

Cami has been vitally important in the process of renting a new apartment. From her willingness to show me multiple available options to her flexibility to find and adapt to the most convenient schedules. Always very attentive and with the ability to provide all the relevant information at the time of making a decision, in addition to having made the entire application and contract process fluid, easy and systematic.

We've been tenants at 333 Grand for several years now and have only positive things to say. Our apartment is a great space, and the building is well maintained. The amenities are fantastic, and Liberty Harbor hosts fun regular events for tenants. Last but certainly not least, everyone on staff are absolutely wonderful!

New to the building but so far our experience has been great! The amenities are amazing and always clean. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist whenever we have a question. The move in at 333 grand was extremely smooth and convenient. Thanks to the management and most of all Maxine who was our leasing agent.
