I really only came to this shopping mall for the Target they have on site. Definitely one of the better and more expensive Targets I've been to. Great selection of all the Target usuals. Would recommend if you're in the area.

As others have mentioned, the parking situation and parking enforcement (King Towing) is an absolute nightmare. Me and my family are actively boycotting Newport Plaza -- as I parked in the Staples for only 1 hour and walked to another plaza and returned to find my car gone, all within 1-hour. Newport Plaza has the towing company circling like hawks, looking to tow any vehicle who's owner they suspect isn't in front of x-specific storefront. They went into Staples and apparently announced my license plate, among others, to ensure I wasn't in the store. As I arrived to see my missing vehicle 3 miles away in JC, another tow truck driver was flagging and towing another vehicle in the lot. Make sure you move your vehicle around to each plaza if you plan to shop at more than one store. Unprofessional, costly, and overall terrible experience. $185 spent because of their terrible parking situation and predatory property management. Avoid at all costs.

Good collection of shops, Macy's, JC Penney, Kohl's, Express, Sketchers, Starbucks, Panera bread and others. The place is medium sized and has something for everyone. The connectivity is great with both light rails and path stops nearby.

Clean fun mall with a convenient location. Good number of options with solid accessibility. Short walk from the riverside.

Love ❤️ it yesterday I went to pick up my daughter camera 📸 and other electronics and they didn't have it ready but the manager took it up on himself to go look for the items he was so exhausted after finding most of our items been that we came from another state live that it was greatly appreciated he he offered us something to drink I will spend my money here anytime Jersey City thank u for ur help 🙏🏿 my baby leave for college and u made sure u got her most of the items that k u ❤️

Had to pick up something real quick. Buy online, pickup in-store has got to be the great thing ever invented.

Not a fan of Large shopping centers. I haven't been a lot more since my mom passed away 2005, I enjoy the time it was different. I cannot really say anything about this mall but years ago when I first used to love taking my brother's daughter Jackie shopping for clothes when she was a little girl.

Standard mall, all the stores u would expect, good selection of grub in the food court. What I like the best about Newport is the movie theater, awhile back they fixed it up & the seats are great, they recline all the way back, ( it's the little things), plus I think, not sure but they might have IMAX there too.

Not the best of malls. Not the worst. The vendors of the center kiosks hassle you and sometimes get in your way, especially the teens trying to clean your sneakers. This mall makes you pay for parking while most others do not… but hey…. It does have a Cheesecake Factory so all is good in the world.

Amazing place to be for shopping. Nothing like being in the middle of the melting pot of jersey city so many different vibes, cultures and people

We shopped prior to Black Friday and experienced the same sales without the craziness. Parking, however, was a bit pricey , I think it was $12 for 3 hours. That's the main reason people don't go there as often - it makes sense for those not driving in.

This plaza has a huge parking lot with access to TDBank (the only JC location for TD) and Best Buy if you need Geek Squad. They also have some food (Popeyes and Papa John’s) and Acme supermarket. They used to have Pier 1 but that closed down. Sally Beauty Supply is there but I think you need a membership to shop there.

This mall has changed so much and it looks great. My daughter and I had panda express and it was tasty I might add.

Besides the traffic to get in ! The place is great plenty of parking and lots of stores

This is a good mall. It is not super big , I like it very much.

It's not the same like years ago they lost they touch on things. I'll leave it for the young and new generation.

Good selection of stores and very clean. A little hard to navigate in the sense that it's hard to tell where the entrancees are from the outside. So there can be a lot of wandering around through alleys and parking lots to figure out how to get in.

They need to do something about their parking lot. It's way too expensive and sometimes the checkout machines don't work and you need to drive around looking for one that does it's a terrible shopping inconvenience. I only go as a last resort because it's not too far for me

They are getting better. They just opened a Uniclo store. Food court still has a huge variety of food. A movie theater. Lots of big department stores and specialty shops. Easy transportation

The Sunset view is breathtakingly beautiful

Favorite mall, it’s very big, loads of stores, favorite shops to visit are Sephora, bath and body works, and the food court

Part of downtown Jersey City. Not vast but good shopping and fast foods. Easy walks to Target or Shoprite and cool Grove Street areas.

Within walking distance to waterfront and playgrounds if you have children

lets just admit it. mall are cool. newport plaza is cool mall. has a theater, and entire floor dedicated as a food court and has all of the most popular and underrated store to exist. simon mall really knows what they are doing.

Got my new eyeglasses at the America's best. I have to go to pick them up. And am so happy with the professionalism and personal experience. I can't wait to go back.

Newport Mall is amazing! The store's are amazing, and the food court is a nice place to eat. Went to the movies, something I didn't do in years. It was great! I really enjoyed myself...

Great place to shop everything under one roof big parking garage across the street

I prefer the acme here to the nearby ShopRite. Well maintained, organized, and very, very clean. The Sally's store is also great for beauty supplies and very soon there'll be a Five Below with knick knacks and organizational items for every room in your house.

Its quite good. Have decent stuffs. Good for a weekday evening.

Most of the shops were closed and there was a lot of sketchy people throughout.

Panera forgot my order, waited for 25 min and asked for a refund. H&M had only one cashier and took forever, put the item back to shelf and left. Bread and bubble tea stand was really good.

I like this place, I really do. But the main problem with them is the lack of public transportation! Each time I have to pick something up from the best buy it's a nightmare for me to get there! I hope there was a way to solve this issue!

Newport Mall such a beautiful place to go many many many stores many discounts people are nice and courteous the place is so clean and very Spacey come in and take a walk find the store you like shop a little you'll enjoy it.

Large parking lot. Has Acme supermarket and Best Buy, Popeyes & laundromat.

Always a great place to shop see a movie or just grab a bite. It beats online shopping by miles.

Great place to shop and go do laundry and the drying is free everyday long as u wash your cloths there
