My
son
loves
crawling
away
on
The
Oval,
an
almost
football
sized
oval
shape
fake
grass
area
that
kids
can
play
in
and
grown
ups
can
sit
on
a
la
picnic
style,
under
the
sun.
It's
like
a
mini
version
of
the
central
park
main
lawn
that
you
see
in
so
many
pictures-
but
nicer
because
almond
the
edges
of
the
oval
are
pathways
and
benches
that
DO
have
trees
for
shade.
You
can
hang
around
IN
the
oval,
or
sit
of
the
benches
watching
your
kids
play.
Or
you
can
sit
under
the
trees
next
to
and
behind
the
benches,
where
the
grass
is
real
and
the
air
feels
cooler.
The
amazing
thing
about
this
oval
is
that
behind
those
benches
and
trees,
there
are
carefully
landscape
little
hidden
paths
beautifully
landscaped
with
bushes
and
MANY,
MANY
flower
bushes.
In
the
spring,
these
paths
were
lined
with
beautiful
roses
among
other
flowers
and
I
retesting
looking
plants.
Now
that
the
summer
heat
has
withered
the
roses
away,
you
can
find
more
resilient
flowers
like
daisies,
by
the
bunches,
planted
all
over.
You
can
tell
a
lot
of
thought,
planning,
collaboration
and
expertise
was
put
into
the
planning
of
this
area.
This
area
around
the
oval
is
then
attached
to
pathways
that
lead
to
a
sprinkler
park
for
children
like
no
other;
with
so
many
types
of
sprinklers
and
water
works
that
my
toddler
was
watching
the
water
works
and
kids
play
for
an
hour.
A
beautiful
carousel
is
right
across
the
gate
to
the
sprinkler
park
and
playground
(the
sprinkler
area
is
within
the
kids
playground).
If
you
walk
a
bit
further,
past
the
playground,
in
3-5
mins
you'll
be
at
the
little
sand
beach
overlooking
the
boardwalk
and
the
water.
Best
planned
park
ive
ever
been
to;
so
much
to
do
in
such
a
small
area.
