My review will be based on the condition of the rooms. All reviews on google are 100% true. These rooms are old and outdated. The shower curtains were stained. I had to clean my bath tub because it was dirty! The AC is controlled by either a ghost or management because it kept making our room hot. My bath tub was even broken. Room was nasty! Service is good and location is the best. Right on the Hudson. I prefer the Hyatt house that is right next door and it is beautiful inside. The rooms are modern, big and have a kitchen. My sis in law stayed at the Hyatt house and when I saw it I was like omg why did I pick Hyatt Regency🤦‍♀️. I will never stay here again and will pick Hyatt House 100%. Save your money and go to Hyatt House.

I typically do not leave reviews but I have been really bothered by my experience with this establishment. I booked a stay with Hyatt well in advance for our trip to New Jersey. I called to confirm the room the day before and twice on the day of to ensure there were no problems. The last call being 1 hour upon arrival. We get there, the clerk asked my name, looked me up and all of a sudden “oh there was a glitch in the system and we overbooked you so you will need to stay here”, hands me a paper that was drafted up sending us to the Hilton. I let her know that I just called and they confirmed so how is it all of a sudden overbooked. She declined to provide information and just told us that they had no space. We already paid for valet, the man lost the keys and then after finding them 30 min later, let us know that he couldn’t return our money right now and that we would have to wait 3-4 days. 1 hour later of dealing with that drama, we make it to the other hotel which is nowhere near the same quality of hotel and they didn’t have the accommodations that we needed so I had to pay an additional cost for a larger room just to stay there because everywhere else with a view was sold out. I was super excited for this Hyatt experience for the views and the rooftop and was met with a headache. The lack of effort to make up for the inconvenience was disheartening and made for a costly trip both financially and mentally. I don’t even know how to ensure this doesn’t happen to you but just be aware that customer service is not there to help. Good luck.

Be careful about what you booked online! The picture is a fraud! We booked a City view room based on the picture of the website that the room with corner double window and a full city view showing on the website. What we got is a small room with only one window and only a corner of the “city view”?! We went to the front desk and they said they only have 5 corner rooms with the REAL city view showing on the website. And our room is belonging in the city view category. We paid more money for the REAL city view not a fraud city view! What’s the worst is that we are not the only one customer who complained about this! Front desk said even 2 hours ago, there were another group of people complained! Even this things constantly happened, the manager isn’t here to solve the problem?! This is the worst experience I‘ve ever have! Never book the “city view” room, or you’ll get a downgrade version with more charge!

Stayed Regency during the Christmas Day. It was really unforgettable stay with enjoying the skyline of the downtown Manhattan. We will definitely stay again later before getting into the Manhattan. We ordered room service for the breakfast and it was good as well. Really friendly staff and stunning view at dawn and dusk. I could enjoy the skyline in the room, restaurants, and just outside of the building.

Great place right above the exchange place PATH station. Service: Jonathan was great and he immediately resolved the additional charge for breakfast that was supposed to be free as part of the globalist perk. He also extended late checkout which was great! Breakfast: Great overall service and quick! The buffet was pretty good and better than expected. The view by the water was very nice Globalist perk review: great for upgrades and late checkout as well as free breakfast. In summary would stay here again! The view from the hotel and down the block were amazing.

Upon arrival at 9pm, there were no available King bed booked on my reservation, and ended up with a double bed on a floor below the Lobby. On entry, the carpet smelled funky, like alcohol/urine, and the bed had a dirty pillow. Called the Front Desk and got immediately upgraded to a city view double on a high floor, though the 2 bottles of complimentary water promised were nowhere to be seen. I thought it was odd to charge $300 for incidentals, as it speaks to the level of trust between the hotel and guests that cause damage. The Lobby restaurant has sweeping night time views and a workstation area for laptops, so hopefully the rest of my stay will be uneventful.

I stayed at this Hyatt Regency on a mattress run for two nights in early December of 2023. While a previous stay led me to expect quality and attentive service, this stay dramatically changed my opinion. The check in staff was fine. The rooms are acceptable but unremarkable, with more than a few signs of wear and tear. Common areas were clean and quiet. However, I had very poor service both while trying to order breakfast, and while trying to retrieve my car from the valet. These services are complimentary to globalists (the latter only on free night stays, which this was), but the hotel would typically charge quite a bit per day for these services. How, it was surprising that on the first morning, I was left on hold for more than 15 minutes while trying to place an order for in room dining. The second day, I was on hold for so long I gave up and decided to check out. I texted the number on the valet claim check, took a shower and packed, and arrived at the valet stand about half an hour later. They hadn't yet got my car, so I asked them to do so. After speaking to the main person running the valet stand twice more and finally asking one of the drivers, I ultimately got my car after another hour of waiting. The hotel asked for and received this feedback in a post-stay survey, which they have not acknowledged, responded to, or offered any explanation or compensation.

Absolutely perfect location with great friendly staff! Better to stay in the Jersey city than staying in New York City. The rooms here are spacious with justice to your money. You will not regret the walk just outside the hotel to the park overseeing the NYC skyline. We stayed in a rok with a balcony that had that view but everyone can experience the same view by walking out of the hotel for a mere 100m.

Thank you to all the staff for this stay which you have enhanced by your kindness, your professionalism and your very high quality welcome. Not only is the hotel well located. good quality rooms with an extraordinary view of Manhattan and Hudson Bay (yes, a little paint refresh could be considered) but this is a detail that in no way changes the human qualities of your staff who really put all their power to bring quality and pleasure. Thank you. Note that the breakfast served as a buffet is of very good quality, fresh and varied. We really had an unforgettable quality stay. Looking forward to seeing you again very soon.

Very pleasant experience. The room was clean, quiet, and the view was nice. Problems though: The bathroom vent wasn't working, we had no face cloths, and the room didn't cool efficiently as the sensor is right below the output (so it kept shutting off prematurely). Pleasant bar staff and Vu restaurant was nice. Food was just okay.

I am updating this review. The hotel Mgrs Lance , Phillip and I believe Tasha. Worked hard to make sure my charges to the additional hotel stay were corrected and complimentary breakfast and lunch were given. It took some doing but I appreciate the efforts of the Staff and Managers to make things better. This is actually the second time I stayed here and I would never have expected this to occur. 3rd party booking is incredibly unreliable beware hotels do not consider these “real bookings” Fully paid or not I’m m not using third parties anymore! came to the hotel today and there were more than four families without rooms including myself. I have prepaid my entire vacation and had to wait for hours until about 1am before my children and I were told we had a complimentary stay at the hotel down the street along with Breakfast in the morning. They gave away our rooms and the rooms of the other families due to flight delays. The phones to the hotel do not work no one has been is answering the phones..and when you call they answer and hang up. I was told the emergency hotel stay would be completely paid for and when we arrived here they charged us 250$ and said the hotel manager was supposed to give us “walking voucher” and I will have to contact Hyatt in the morning. I am supposed to return inthe am according to the manager Lance and recieve priority checkin I will up date in the morning. I also Tweeted corporate some vids.

Hotel was reasonably clean and modern but the tub was kind of gross! Paid extra for a city view. It was cool to see the Statue of Liberty out our window but in order to see the NYC skyline you had to smoosh your face against the window and crane your neck…

This hotel is amazing! The staff are incredible -- friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything you ask. The hotel rooms are large and roomy, with great views of the Hudson, the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. Prices are spot on, it's worth every dollar. Convenient for travel in Manhattan because the PATH is literally just steps outside of the hotel lobby entrance. German at the front desk check-in went above and beyond to be welcoming and assist us with making our stay a great one.

Great hotel! Incredible view of the Manhattan skyline. Convenient location to take either the PATH subway or ferry over to Manhattan. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place. I've never stayed on the New Jersey side when traveling to New York and now I don't know if I'll ever do anything else!

Great location overlooking NYC! The interior was modern and updated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were spotless and clean when we arrived. The staff was super friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. Just a quick train ride from NYC and Jersey City has a lot of gems to explore.

Fabulous property on the Hudson River. Ferry and train stops right next door. Little noisy, but not loud enough or long enough to complain. Loved our river and skyline view on the 1st floor...felt like being on my balcony on a cruise ship. Limited menu at night, but the food and wait staff are very good.

The view from our room was amazing. But other than that the hotel wasn’t too good. We arrived in a Sunday evening they didn’t have a bellman. The day we left their was a bellman but was sitting using his phone and headphones never even bothered to ask if we need help or even say have a good day. The sheets are all ripped and stained. Our key to the room wasn’t working so my husband had to go to the reception asked for his ID but it was in the room. They were going to send someone we waited for so long for someone to come. The door was out of battery. Then we wanted to put some stuff in the safe and that didn’t work either. The breakfast at the hotel is like buffet but it’s wasn’t great either. Overall would stay at this location again. The purpose of coming here was for our 1st year anniversary.

I stayed there for a business trip and I love it 🥰 Staff made me feel totally welcome. I got sick during my trip for 2 days and they cared so well about me View from my room was amazing. Starbucks is just around the corner They offer airport pick up service Food was great Rooms need a little glow up but not sure if that changed since I stayed there long time ago

Check in was at 4 could not check in until 6 pm. Could have been really bad if we had reservations at our restaurant for 6:30 pm. The hotel was nice. My husband mentioned that it's a little outdated but it's not very obvious. It was clean. The location is perfect by the water. Nice relaxing stroll in the morning. Literally next to the path. Perfect if you have a night out in the city.

We stay at the Hyatt House property in downtown Jersey City last month although we had a beautiful vacation, one thing had me so upset, as we checked in a very tall Hispanic man at the check in clearly had cold sores on his lips it looked so bad I really didn’t want him touching my credit card and he handed me the room keys and a paper I thought why would you be serving people it’s contagious and gross! I’ll never stay there again they don’t care about the guests at all .

We were placed in an end room of the hotel next to the river and had a balcony with chairs. So our views were spectacular. The Good: Location. Great views of the NYC skyline. Easy access to public transportation: The Path terminal next door and NY Waterway ferry stations. Convenient walk to various eateries of all types of food. Play ground next door. Waterfront piers for walking or jogging. Very friendly & helpful staff. Providing a restaurant map. And public transportation tips & directions to get over to Manhattan & back. Nice fitness center which I used. I didn’t use the pool. Mini fridge in the room. The Bad: The room decor seemed a little dated. Most common areas of the room were clean. Some were not. Beside & behind furniture. Corners. Dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling textures adjacent to the AC unit outlets. No microwave in the room. The goods far outweighed the bad. I would stay here again.

It used to be a great hotel with amazing view. Even if the hotel was renovated during the pandemic the rooms are outdated with old furniture, dirty carpet and poor maintenance. To expensive comparing other hotels with better views and new construction decoration.

I also agree; this hotel is one I'll visit as often as possible. The staff recommended a coconut daiquiri, and I couldn't stop drinking it. The taste was perfect, akin to a five-star experience. You must try it if you ever visit; I highly recommend the coconut daiquiri.

A renovation is overdue!!! It's a great location with beautiful views of NYC, but that’s all that highlights this dated hotel. Sadly, it was our first and last visit to this location. The room had a terrible moldy smell, and the carpet was extremely old with a visible big hole; as soon as you walk into the room, the couch was so filthy it smelled like many drunks had slept in it. As a World of Hyatt member, this was a disappointing stay. Overall, it was similar to a motel and not a Hyatt hotel.

Below mediocre room and service. The bathroom gave me a feel of staying at a Wyndham. Rooms are old and dull. The location is good but not worth the price and service. I am a globalist and I booked a double room with New York City view and they upgraded me for a double room with New York City view which makes zero sense, I gather upgrades are based off availability but then don’t sell what customer bought as an upgrade. So zero perks for being a loyal globalist. Giving it 2 star only because of location.

The wedding venue in this hotel has no soundproofing. The whole hotel vibrated from club music late into the night. This was louder than any Manhattan hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel staff didn't seem to think loud music all night was a problem. As other reviewers have noted, this hotel is older and looks its age. That didn't bother us as much as the noise. Recommend you stay elsewhere, especially over the weekend.

The location was awesome! They have a gorgeous view. The service was pretty good. My main complaint was in the rooms. They are very dated. The bed made so much noise for something as little as adjusting your position or getting out of bed. The TV was tiny, the furniture was old, the side table was dirty on arrival, and the floor under the bathroom had rust and dirt. I had much higher hopes for this 4-star hotel.

We stayed a few times this year and we’re happy until our most recent trip in September. The hotel hosts a number of weddings. The weddings break up late and guests disrupt other guest at all hours of the night (2AM, 3AM, and later). Groups yelling, drinking, and partying in rooms and hallways. The front desk claims they have no ability to control the activities of wedding goers other than Security asking them not to roam the halls (which is futile).

Extremely mediocre hotel. Beds and bedding are uncomfortable. Rooms feel claustrophobic. Views are bad from the majority of rooms. Technically you can see the river, but not Manhattan. No upgrades for Hyatt Globalists. Breakfast only had the buffet no menu, because they only had one cook. Old 30-pin iPod connectors for alarm clock. On the other hand, room was clean. It's not a fancy hotel worthy of a Hyatt Regency name. It's a clean Days Inn in a good location.

This hotel is the BEST!!! We were lucky to get a corner room with the BEST view of Manhattan and right in front of the World Trade Center. The rooms had balconies and the service was quick and reliable. There is a Path (basically a subway) station and a coffee shop right next to the hotel. The hotel is modern and the room I stayed in was very clean. It also has a pier where you can go out and look at NYC. So worth it!

Love the location of this hotel overlooking NYC. So beautiful at night and walk on the boardwalk. Convenient to the ferry to get to NYC with small fees. The room was reasonably sized. The bathroom was dirty and the hardware was rusty. Parking is located in a separate building. Hotel will validate the parking ticket but it does NOT work. We tried to scan the validate ticket at the exit and the bar code did not work. No one was at the booth so we ended up paying full price. I will stay at the other hotels where parking is more convenient.

Great hotel with wonderful views of Manhattan. Had a balcony over looking the city and highly recommend it. Traffic wasn't too bad getting to the hotel which was nice. We really enjoyed being able to hop on the subway station right next to hotel to cross the river into Manhattan. We will be visiting again on our next trip to NYC.

The hotel sat right across from NYC. The first night we were there was incredible with a skyline view. We must have sat out there for a couple of hours just looking at everything. The rooms were comfortable enough for a family of four with two beds. Plan to eat out as the hotel doesn't have a deep selection of food. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and polite!

Wonderful staff and fantastic view! Absolutely gorgeous around the hotel. The skyline is stunning across the Hudson and you can even see the Statue of Liberty from afar! Very cold in the building and I didn't care for the carpet and cloth seating in the room. They were stained and I felt someone dirty overall. I definitely prefer tile and a covering to furniture that can be cleaned appropriately. We had a wonderful stay otherwise though.

Incredible experience from the minute we got to the front desk. Our flight had been cancelled so understandably we were not in a great place. They accommodated our every wish. Arranged our rooms to be close together. Made sure both had two double beds. Upgraded our rooms for the same price with beautiful views of the Hudson. Gave us 6 vouchers towards breakfast. The gal that waited on us was unbelievable. Her name is Zuni. Kind. Sweet. Accommodating in every way. Complementary to my two daughters. Happy and genuinely delighted to serve us. I can’t say enough about our stay there. I emailed the manager personally about Zuni because I was so impressed. Well done. They understand hospitality and customer experience.

Great hotel, with friendly staff that really try to make your experience great. Rooms are very small and there’s not much room to do computer work; but otherwise I loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, well-located, and the vibe felt awesome.

The view. Bang on. The introductory staff at the front desk, knowledgeable and friendly, I even had great conversations with the cleaning an maintenence staff- they take pride in their work. The rooms however need a bit of love. Lights that don't work, toilets that are questionable and the food availability that requires you to uber local dishes in the middle of the afternoon. I'm there for work so I have no choice but please revisit the room conditions please.

Be careful of the Elevators!!! Beautiful location and area. But the hotel needs updates not only the rooms but the elevators are awful we ended up getting stuck the last day we were there which is one of my worst nightmares. Thankfully we were not stuck for more than 20 mins. But I will not be Returning.

Great location for access to Manhattan being next door to exchange place on the PATH metro line. Nice and quiet location as well so a good night sleep is assured. Views of Manhattan that cannot be beaten. Pricing less than Manhattan as well. Overall, the hotel is aged and whilst audio visual is good, the quality of furnishings getting on the tatty side for my taste. Especially for £300 a night.

Rooms were not exactly as I expected. Also some of the items used to charge your devices did not work. Service was reliable and also the people there were quite kind. The location is absolutely amazing and the view is astonishing depending on where you are at. It’s close to many places for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Also there’s a park for any children wanting to play that’s staying at the hotel. Also there is a train that takes you to the city and over all it’s a good area .

Wonderful hotel located across the Hudson River from the financial district in Manhattan. Convenient to the subway station. Electric car charging is available. You can see the Statue of Liberty in the distance if you get the right room! The only reason for the lack of 5 stars is the delay in receiving our room when we arrived. We upgraded to the Hudson suite with the expectation of being able to check in for a video conference call . The room was not available after 3 hours of waiting . The manager did give us another room to use for my meeting , however the first person I spoke with had told me to use the guest service computers that were open to the lobby and a little noisy. Overall this was a decent place to stay , the rooms could be updated a bit , especially for the $400+ night Hudson suite.

Soooo.... Keep this in mind this was a one night stay from sunday to monday, so YMMV. That being said, I believe this was one of, if not the best, hotel experiences in our lives for the price. The room itself was a city view room, and it was an amazing view, very large room with a couch as well as the normal comforts of a hotel. Everything was super clean and neat. The staff were very accommodating, and were happy to assist in any situation. The breakfast buffet was the best I have eaten inside a hotel, especially since the beginnings of COVID. The area where the hotel resides is just on the other side of the river from TriBeCa and literally steps away from the red PATH line. Its a five minute ride to World Trade Center, and you can basically pick up any major subway line in NY from there. Super convenient and accessible. The only drawback to the place ( and not really the fault of the hotel thanks to its' location) is that the parking situation is not great. There is hotel valet which at the time was $50, or you can do self parking at the parking garage next door. However, even with validation, its $14 for 12 hours and $28 for 24 hours at time of review with NO in/out privileges. Without the validation, the prices START at $19 for an hour and quickly raise from there. For us, we had dinner reservations across town in NJ, and it was actually cheaper for us to take an Uber than it was to grab our car and go, then come back to pay for more parking. All in all, I would highly recommend this place if you were planning on getting a nice hotel for a trip to NYC, and plan on using public transportation.

The location is absolutely awesome! You can take the ferry back and forth to Manhattan. The people are wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to the bartenders were so friendly and nice. Excellent customer service! Housekeeping did a great job, but the hotel itself needs some updating. The carpeting is stained and wallpaper peeling. Definitely upgrade to the city view rooms. It was like a postcard view every day and evening.

We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The entrance is interesting in the sense that all you see are escalators to the next level where the lobby and the restaurants are (not a big deal to us). Our room was on the second floor, actually below the lobby level. We had a side view of the river and the city. For under $300/night, we consider this a great value, considering the prime location in which we were. Just outside the hotel is the metro that takes you directly into the city. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, service great, and pricey ($80/person), but I expected this from a luxury hotel chain like the Hyatt. To us, this was a great stay to visit New York. Would go back again.

The reception staff is totally Rude and unfriendly !!!! They dont even smile or reply back a "good morning" when you say it. totally not showing empathy to guests . They are damaging the good things you would score high for this hotel like location and other. I hope they train their reception team to be more professional , accommodating , friendly and welcoming. Big Shame

Room was about right for the price so if you're penny pinching it's probably still worth it (bad blankets but not unlivable). Issue is mostly the people not the building: - Power went out the entire night with no remedy or credit or anything other than a freezing cold night. - Item left behind in room was taken when cleaned. - Mystery charge of $200 on credit card bill (was there one night with no damage and no food/amenities used) and spent an hour calling both this Hyatt and the corporate office to figure out what it's for. Going to have to open a chargeback case.

Such an amazing view of downtown Manhattan. A very nice bar on the first floor. Very easy access to FiDi. Have stayed here several times and will return.

Stayed in the one bedroom suite here and it had the most amazing view over the downtown skyline. Incredible suite and views. Even though it’s actually not in Manhattan it feels like this has one of the best views on any NY hotels. If you want to splash, book that suite, it’s worth it as it’s so memorable, but any other room with a downtown view should be fine. Awesome design, very comfortable and incredible service from the staff, from reception (super friendly and truly helpful) to everywhere else. Also great food throughout. The location is great for walks by the waterside too. Highly recommended.

Musty bathroom. Blood spots on bed ruffles. Worn mattresses. Front desk was manned by one guy. Confusion about a bellhop. This hotel has seen better days. I don't remember this place being this bad last time I stayed here.

Our family enjoyed our stay! Fantastic location with great view, excellent service by staff at front desk, room service, restaurant and bar. From the knowledge staff we received excellent recommendation for car service which we used a few times. We also felt safe and confident with directions given by staff to hop on the Metro to get into the City. Dinner menu needs more variety. Pool area clean and well serviced.

Great location overlooking NYC Skyline. Convenient location to take either the PATH subway or ferry over to Manhattan. The room had great view . The bathroom was clean. The room had coffee machine and a fridge but no microwave. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a in house restaurant too. Parking is located in a separate building. Hotel will validate the parking ticket and it works fine. Would highly recommend this place.

I wanted to watch the fireworks in comfort this past Fourth of July without having to worry about the crowd. My daughter and I booked a room and made reservations for the Buffet & Fireworks celebration. The room was comfortable, clean, and provided the perfect view for the JC fireworks display. The buffet was well staffed, and all servers were attentive and courteous. The female bartender that evening was the BEST. I wish I caught her name. The food left a little to be desired but I had my fill nonetheless. The dining space led out to a balcony with amazing views of NYC and the Hudson. While most patrons remained on the balcony for the fireworks, my daughter and I opted to go back to our room to watch in comfort. We had a phenomenal time and would definitely come back next year, maybe not for the buffet unless the menu improves. Highly recommended.

The location will keep you here and make it your preferred Jersey City hotel. Every business trip I shudder the few days that I have to work from Hotel, but at this location working in the lobby and in the emptied out evening restaurant with view of Manhattan was satisfying. Service was great, everyone accomadated as much as possible to my requests. Rooms are partitioned, so just hope for less noisy next room guests. Car parking next door even with validation is expensive. But again the location, few steps away from exchange place Path station to Manhattan is added bonus.

There aren't many hotels in NJ that I can say great things about. The Hyatt Regency Jersey is exceptional. Its unique location 9n. Pier, with stunning views of New York City and the harbor are priceless. I bet you're asking but does the hotel deliver anything more and the answer is yes. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff are courteous. This is a winning combination that makes the Hyatt Regency unique. You can walk the entire hands-on river front right from this location or just op onto the Path train, Lightrail, or New York Waterway ferry just yards from the hotel. There are also some amazing restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to experience New York from a whole different point of view.

Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. This website will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! So convenient to be next to the Path subway! We highly recommend the New York City corner view! It was incredible! The hotel is nice but can tell it was built a while ago. They have done some upgrades but it needs more. We would stay here again. Easy to get to NY and plenty of restaurants near by to walk to.

Room was nice, and location was nice on the waterfront. Lots of weddings and its fun to see the beautiful people, the event rooms are located far enough away to where you can’t really hear them from your hotel room which is nice. But where I had issue is after the events are over, tons of drunk people were packed into the hallways at 3 and 4 in the morning screaming and yelling, slamming doors, keeping the party going. People were arguing directly outside our door as well. Despite noise complaints from multiple rooms, nothing was done about this and we were up the whole entire night. We were specifically told by hotel staff that they couldn't do anything other than tell them to go into their rooms.

A really great example of the Hyatt Regency Brand. The hotel is a bit aged but the location, room quality, and staff make this a top notch property. I was upgraded to a corner executive suite. The views of Manhattan were amazing. I will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Stayed for 4 nights in August. King room had a pretty good view of manhatten across the river. Was serviced daily, with fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is right next door at 10 exchange. Cost 24 dollars a day once you get your ticket validated by the front desk. Very scenic quiet location. Right next to the path transit station an walking distance from local restaurants, bars and almost everything you will need.

I attended an Indian wedding ceremony and reception here, and it made for a beautiful venue! The New York City skyline looked beautiful and picture-perfect from the hotel! This Hyatt Regency location was very clean, and its staff was very friendly, warm, and welcoming! The valet service provided was convenient and reasonably priced.

My girlfriend booked an overnight stay here for my birthday. The view from our room was amazing (overlooking the water) !!! The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming (especially the breakfast crew) . The indoor pool was surprisingly heated 😊 . The only downside was the available parking options and the pricing. For one night we paid $50.00 dollars for parking which in my opinion was excessive. I would recommend this hotel to everyone just don't bring your car

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down.

From the moment I walked in the staff was so nice and helpful. They helped me get ready for my meeting and got us checked in quickly. I was generally sad to leave because the employees were so present. Great job we will be back!

I was only here for 2 days on set but from what I saw it is a great overall experience. The first thing that hits you before you even enter the hotel is the incredible view. The hotel is also very close to the path train for easy and quick travel to Manhattan. The setup of the lobby and conference rooms are very classy and spacious. The concierge was also very upbeat, bubbly and helpful ⭐. Now I did not to actually see any rooms but was overly impressed by the parts I did see. A+++ .

Pretty nice location, the views set the mood. A busy harbor overlooking New York City. Took my wife out to Fire and Oak for our anniversary. Afterwards enjoyed a romantic stroll on the boardwalk overlooking the NYC skyline. Food was pretty healthy looking for breakfast we had the buffet. The price for the views were pretty reasonable given such a comfortable atmosphere. I would return in the future and would also recommend others to have a similar experience also.

Convenient location with great views of Manhattan and New York harbor. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Services currently limited due to Covid. Nice pool. Next to Path station and an easy walk from downtown Jersey City.
