    I am not the only person dissatisfied with the overall experience at Alliance Community Health and particularly with Dr. Mansi Sarvaiya. In general it is impossible to reach the staff via phone so you could only imagine my chase to get a script sent to the lab or a prescription substituted. I’ve been to Dr. Mansi Sarvaiya office in JC 03 times with my elderly mother. If I spent 10 mins in her office that would be a record! All times she showed little concern to her ailments. Every time we were rushed out the office and told to drink more water and she has other patients. It was blatant she was most irritated by me asking questions, remember I’ve see her 3 times, every time she gives us the same energy! I felt like my mother was treated like a piece of cattle being rushed through the Alliance Community mill for more and more copay visits. As a tax payer and concerned member of the community I believe everyone deserves adequate health care regardless of insurance. I am extremely disgruntled with the level of care given and I know I am not the only victim.

    THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Plan to take the entire day off because it’s absolutely pointless making an appointment here. “Customer service” is laughable because the receptionists will barely even acknowledge your existence, which makes you feel wonderful!! I seriously wonder why people do this job if they hate it so much. The worst customer service, worst waiting time, save your time and spend the money if you can… by going somewhere else, literally anywhere else.

    Extremely annoyed, I've waited over a month for an appointment because the doctor is "over booked" so I waited for a job that requires immediate attention. Only doctor that does root canal cover up and without any care in the world, they completely dismissed my month and a half wait appointment to take a vacation 4 days before my appointment!! I told them the longer i wait the higher chance for an infection and I asked when to get the earliest appoint and I have to wait ANOTHER month. Nope Worst bye would not recommend.

    DR MANSI SARAIYA is the worst doctor you could imagine. She will rush you when you talk and wont even give you the right treatment for what you came for. She only does the easy stuff that anyone in a pharmacy can do for you, the nurse never sends your prescription until 1 months later, receptionist literally curse me out for being 5 minutes late. THEIR PHONE NEVER WORK AND NO ONE WILL EVER PICK UP. PLEASE AVOID DR MANSI SARAIYA, Shes an under qualified “Doctor” who frauded her license from India most likely. This place has no system and she doesn’t even care about your health. PLEASE AVOID DR SARAIYA !

    The staff are wonderful, but I’m questioning if they Check the clipboard at all, I got there on time for my 11am appointment and I waited 2 hours just not to get attended while 20 new faces comes in and leave before me, saw the clipboard and the paper was already replace so I don’t know if they even check the paper. If not then what’s the point in the appt time and arrival time column if they just going by the name on the sheet. Not only that I have to wait another month just because they forgot to call me

    Every time I call this place I can never get them to answer I have to call from multiple diffrent phones at the same time. Last time I called I was on hold for 53 mins before I hung up and called again, then I was on hold for 16 mins before I finally just hung up. They have an apt system that they never respond to on line and you can't go in unless you have an appointment... So no one can make appointments.... no one can go in.... sounds like an easy day for them. I'm currently on hold right now trying to make an appointment I've been trying to make for the past 2 weeks. I've been on hold as of 29 mins! I will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. The place is like a revolving door for doctors anyway, not to mention they do the bare minimum anyhow. The rest of these reviews speak for the accuracy of my review. UPDATE**** a year later and they still don’t answer their phones I’ve been on hold for almost 50 minutes trying to make an appointment for my daughter! I even called the alternate number listed in the response to this review! The receptionist finally answered the phone and must be teleworking! She was 1000% asleep!!!! When I’m in this office they keep the phones on silent so they never ring! Their online appointment portal to schedule appointments is for show, it doesn’t work nor has it ever worked. None of the doctors scheduled are programmed into the system therefore it can’t be used. I’ll definitely need to find another clinic for my children, I advise you all don’t waste your time and do the same.

    In terms of the actual appointment, I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Dentist is patient and does a fantastic job. Also, I generally get seen pretty quickly. However, they constantly reschedule you. One appointment was rescheduled FOUR times before I finally had it. With one rescheduling happening 30 minutes before the appointment was suppose to start. It takes minimum 2 months to get a dentist to see you with how often they reschedule. I don’t understand what’s happening in this office but if they could just fix their scheduling issue it would actually be a great place.

    Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Can NEVER get thru to a human being…not one, not two, not three, Four of my children are seen here at this office and it’s impossible to schedule anything for them. My daughter has been suffering with ear pain for a few days and I need to have her seen. Seriously time for me to find a pediatrician elsewhere bc this is too much. I was literally on hold 50 minutes and never got thru to no one. I’m at work so being on hold this long is unacceptable! Terrible business, avoid like the plague!

    !!UPDATE!! Today is MARCH 26th, I still haven't been seen. Last time I spoke to anyone was March 1. I was told that the doc left for the day but they would give me a call back the following day. Never called. I have been trying to call waiting hours on the phone and ofcourse there is no answer. I am so beyond frustrated with this place...I go to the dentist here.The doctor is currently working on a root canal for my FRONT tooth. I have been there over 7 times for this same tooth same procedure and still in so much pain and still not completed. I went Wednesday 12/15 he told me call back Thursday because there was no staff and he will leave a note with the front desk. I have called everyday since. They either don't answer or answer an hour later and tell me there is nothing they can do. There was nothing noted, the doctor is busy or they left a note with him he just has not called they will call back...none which has happened yet. I asked for a referral if he can not get the job done still nothing. I got a referral for a root canal from him two years ago and the other doctor was able to complete it in less than 2 hours on an infected tooth. Also, I have a tooth on my right side that needed a fill in and is still not completed from a year ago now because I wasn't numbed properly. It currently has "medicine" in it..I feel like I have been very understanding and patient. I'm over it. It should not take this long for one tooth.

    This office claims to be supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community but that isn’t the case. I had a horrible experience with Doctor Padmi. As a Trans person it’s is inexcusable to be denied your hormonal replacement therapy, and unfortunately that was the case here. Not only have they denied me but this doctor CONTINUALLY used the incorrect pronouns for me despite being corrected 3 times. This is a supposedly supportive health care center, but they have blatantly denied me my life saving medication. I know there are young supportive team members that have made my time there feel better. Let’s hope their board members or managers hire staff that can offer the life saving medication that me and many others need. Shame on you. Please do better.

    I have never been to an OBGYN office that handled things with such care and professionalism. The reception handle appointments in a timely manner. The nurses/doctors have always followed up through telephone visits to go over any results or simply to follow through. But overall, I’m so happy to have found Dr. Friedman. He is so thorough and has a delicate hand for medical procedures such as IUD removals. During any visit he is always verbally checking int to ensure that I am ok. He has always answered all of my questions, put my worries at ease and always with a great sense of humor. And that is something I really appreciate.

    I will begin by saying that going to see a GYN is always very stressful for me, so I tend to put it off as long as I can! That said I finally made an appointment and boy am I thankful that I found this place. The appointment was for a Saturday which made it easy to get someone to bring me. Gloria O. Odoemena performed the examination, and I cannot express how grateful I am to her. She has transformed my past truly uncomfortable experiences into a for the most part routine occurrence. She is very understanding of her patients' needs and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Everyone in this office was kind, respectful and made the wait worthwhile!! I 100% recommend this office to anyone like me who has a hard time with these visits!!

    Everybody was very friendly and professional. I'm usually pretty sensitive to pain from dental procedures but Dr. Belgrave was patient and made sure I was comfortable during the whole visit. The equipment looked a bit outdated but it didn't matter a bit.

    I think there's no communication there.i was supposed to get partials done but the doctor said that he had to submit some papers to my insurance company to see if my insurance aproves it. Weeks passed I heard nothing from them and everytime I call they said they would leave a message to the doctor and he will call me back but it never happened and I went back to the dentist 3 times asking if they submitted the papers once again they told me that they will leave a message to the doctor but never did. I went there3 times and called 3 times and still nothing

    I have a 3 and 5 year old. The last dentist visit they were so scare and were screaming. I went for the first time and was surprised, my kids actually like coming to the dentist now. Dr Belgrave took my daughters tooth out and she didn't even know it happened. He is great with children. I'm very thankful for how nice and kind to children is all the staff.

    My appointment was for 11:00 am I didn’t get taken until 2 and a half hours later. They don’t explain why and always say ur next in line even after over 2 hours of waiting don’t come here

    I walked in really nervous for a dental cleaning, and Dr. A's impeccable bedside manner really turned my day around. I got probably the most gentle dental cleaning I have ever had and will definitely be coming back. Would highly recommend!

    Dr. Friedman is great! Can’t say the same about his nurses. Never pick up the phone or call back, delayed my ultrasounds because they don’t send the pre auth to the insurance on time, losing my paperwork, not checking the fax and saying “I never received it”, a whole waste of time. Today is almost 3 weeks since I gave birth and the nurse hasn’t return my calls or paperwork to ny job for my leave..so disappointing.

    I'm a new patient and arrived for my appointment no more than 10 minutes early, as their reminder email noted. I ended up waiting for over an hour just to get past the waiting room. I'm trying to be sympathetic with the evident patient load (the waiting room was FULL), but I also think that appointments should be spaced out to accomodate for having to clean the rooms between appointments. Not coming back

    Postponed my dental appointment twice, pushing back the date months. Finally make it to the appointment and still sitting in the waiting room an hour after my appointment time. Go anywhere else but here.

    DO NOT GO HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WARN YOU DONT GO HERE. This WAS my Pcp for over 4 years and they DO NOT actually care for you. They lost my samples and bill you for services you don't need. This is a scam they will have you waiting for an hour or so even if you arrive early. They NEVER answer the phones EVER ringer must be on mute. I will officially go elsewhere after being turned away for serious health issues. Find someone who cares these people are crooks and are robbing the community

    This is the second time my husband and I came in for dental services. Both experiences were pleasant. We didn't wait for so long like what others have experienced. The clinic was busy but everything seemed organized. Both receptionists were attentive, hardworking and professional. DR. TYLER YIM is one if not the best dentist in NJ. Not only is he easy to talk to, he is also very proficient and knowledgeable. In spite of having no breaks after each patient and with little to no help during procedures, he still manages to provide outstanding care and concern for his patients. Thank you ACH!     My older brother went to see Dr. Padma Siripurapu today. My husband accompanied him to monitor the visit since my brother has a hearing issue. According to both men, the doctor was caring, thoughtful and thorough. She asked many detailed questions about family health history and personal health and took much needed diagnostic tests. The facilities look new and modern. My brother and husband were impressed by the level of care and detail from the doctor. And I am very happy that such a facility exists.

    They always say they will call you back when you call for a refill or a question then they never do. I've been trying to get an appointment for weeks to no avail. They don't even pick up at this point. I had to cancel all my appointments with the office months ago to show how disgusted I was. I was sitting at my pharmacy after taking a 30 minute train to pick up breathing meds I was told would be subscribed well I wasted my time. Also if you show up early expect to just wait longer.

    It’s hard to get through an agent while waiting on the phone for a very long period of time. Their recording won’t let you pick another number to be switch for another line. You have to keep calling until someone comes through. They need to have more people on staff. My medicines have not gone through the pharmacy for my hypothyroid and asthma for a week since I went for my annual physical😟

    It’s important to understand that a lot of ‘healthcare’ centers are not actually concerned with providing healthcare to their patients at all. This is one of those centers. Their degree of negligence and lack of professionalism and ‘care’ is shocking.

    Wish I could’ve given them negative reviews. Worst dental experience ever. Even after an appointment, my husband and I waited for 1.5 hrs and eventually had to leave coz it was in the middle of a work day. Receptionists were apathetic accounting for an even worse experience. Avoid Alliance at all costs!!

    This dentist is actually really great. They're a little busy because of all the backlog from covid, but that's to be expected. They'll take you in right away if you're having pain... but for the rest of us... let's give them a break.

    Spent all morning trying to call to get an appointment. No one answered the phone. Was bounced around to different extensions over and over, no one ever answered. I was so excited to this place marked as LGBTQ+ friendly but what use is that if no one picks up the phone to make an appointment?

    Clinic is chronically late, appointments are essentially never on time even if you were the first person of the day. I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect working people to wait after taking off a half a day, another half a day when the staff could simply have informed their clients of the delays. It doesn’t seem like they have sufficient help or resources to run the clinic effectively. Clinic, in my opinion, is unable to keep talent/doctors for the long length of time. I have been a customer there for eight years or so and it’s continuous. Clinic doesn’t seem to have a high regard of its clients. Multiple appeals to speak to management have failed spectacularly.

    I am new to Alliance health so I was trying to find a location of choice while booking the appointment and I got charged immediately without selecting a location. So I called the Alliance customer care and they said they are going to refund in 3-5 days but till now its more than a week but my amount was NOT refunded. I do not understand when the customer cancelled the service why is it taking that long to refund the amount don't you think it is scam? Usually any place they charge the customer after the services but this place they first charge for the appointment and irrespective if its cancelled or not. I suggest everyone to be careful with this fraud institute

    They NEVER pick up the phone. I seriously do not know what are those secretaries doing all day long because I tried multiple times on multiple days and different hours. Ridiculous. That goes for both, family dr and dentist.
