I have been here recently with my Sciatica. The entire staff is very courteous and they treat patients with great care. My initial assessment was done by Shane and Andrea and they did thorough check on the back muscles, glut, calf and ankle. After the assessment they have given me routine tips & exercise to follow and a biweekly therapy with them. I am very happy with my experience so far and will definitely have them as my team for future needs.

Caring professionals, a warm, welcoming atmosphere -- even the patients are friendly. The therapists are quite skilled, knowledgeable and committed to excellent patient care and outcomes. I've used them before for injury rehab and they helped me make a good recovery. They were my first choice after my recent knee surgery. The therapists are patient and take the time to explain the treatment and the rehab exercises. Front desk staff is courteous, and helped clarify and sort out insurance issues. I'm looking forward to continuing my therapy with Ivy Rehab, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Love the PTs here, but the billing/front desk here is absolutely atrocious. I was told when starting my program that they spoke to my insurance provider and I had uncapped authorizations, only to see my last several visits denied. On top of that, I was given no heads up by them that my visits were not being authorized. The few times I've inquired about some billing related questions or asked what I would be owing exactly, I never hear back from them.

I saw Alexis A. here for an injury. She is the best p.t. you can be lucky enough to get anywhere. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I know multiple people who have seen her for various injuries and we all have had the same A+ experience.

Enrique is the best. He found me trying to check in for a session. He immediately suggested I see a doctor. A week later I was admitted to JCMC and eventually diagnosed with Sepsis, UTI and the real kicker they found that I had GBS.

Everyone is so polite, proper and nice My therapist for the most part is Christine, she’s wonderful and very professional and so are all the staff. I’m very impressed and most important, I’m doing and feeling much better, Thank you All….

I’ve been going to Ivy Rehab for about three months, and have noticed great strides in progress. Cara, the Occupational Therapist, has assisted me in getting mobility and strength in my arm after my surgery. The exercises performed at the facility, and the at home exercises has gotten me ahead of schedule of a full recovery. Cara has also made sure to adjust my therapy to my needs, whether it be to adjust for mobility, or to add more resistance. While I know all the therapists and staff at Ivy Rehab at Jersey City are well qualified and caring, I’m glad that Cara has been helping me along the way.

From a broken wrist, to surgery, to being able to type this review, it's been a great experience going through Occupational Therapy at Ivy Rehab. For those of you reading this, while I hope you won't need to come here, if you do you won't be disappointed.

I came to Ivy PT with debilitating pain and Allison completely healed me. She’s attentive, thorough and diligent. She’s thoughtful in which techniques to use and helped me to work through the pain. Allison changed my life and she’ll change yours too!!

Staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind.They are thorough and listen to the patient. Scheduling is prompt and I have not been kept waiting. Oh and the space is spotless!

Kristina is a phenomenal physical therapist! I highly recommend her! Also, the entire staff is welcoming and the facility is always kept neat, clean and organized.

The one on sessions is incomparable. They treat you every day like it is your visit. They asked questions about your pain and make the proper adjustment to speed your healing process.

This place is excellent. The pricing is very fair, good hours and the staff is super helpful and and knowledgeable, including the front desk on up to the therapists. I've had Alexis and she is very smart, caring, patient with all my questions and professional as are the others when I have dealt with them.

I am livid. My husband was told repeatedly that the co-pay for telehealth appointments in March-July 2020 would be waived. Then they billed us for several hundred dollars 6-8 months later. And after CONFIRMING last winter that we did not owe any more money, they have the audacity to come to us 1.5 years after service and ask for another $450 in copays. They told us REPEATEDLY that spring that copays were waived for telehealth visits. They should be ashamed for their bait and switch tactics.

The best physical therapists and staff! Excellent bedside manners, very skilled, patient, kind and adhere to infection control practices! Highly recommended.

Ivy Rehab @ Miles Square is amazing. Regardless of who helps you they are all very skilled at physical therapy, go out of their way to speed your recovery and they do push you if you've agreed you want them to (e.g., it could be painful, but we're there to recover). Sessions typically end with cold compress machine which really helps the soreness. Their overall attitude and welcoming personalities are fantastic. Even though I grunt and groan and nearly scream in my rehab, I trust them and would recommend them to anyone recovering from a physical issue.

Great therapists, comfortable spacious environment, and professional staff members. They took great care to effectively treat my sports injury. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve had 3 sessions @ Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy and I can so I am pleased so far. I was a bit skeptical doing PT during the pandemic but I can say I felt safe @ Ivy Rehab. Ivy Rehab is a clean establishment & they also disinfect each equipment after each use. The therapists that have worked with me (Enrique & Christina) are knowledgeable & professional.
