like
to
amend
my
initial
review
that
can
still
be
read
below.
After
this
incident
occurred
and
was
noted
by
management
personnel,
one
of
their
team
reached
out
to
me
both
via
phone
call
and
email
to
personally
apologize
for
how
the
situation
was
handled.
The
woman
was
incredibly
sincere
and
extremely
professional,
then
offering
me
several
free
day
passes
to
come
back
and
use
the
facilities
including
the
pool.
Since
then
I
have
been
back
to
HHF
and
really
enjoyed
my
time
there.
The
employees
have
been
helpful
and
pleasant,
and
the
pool
is
a
great
amenity
that
is
hard
to
find
in
urban
gyms.
I
definitely
recommend
them
to
anyone
in
the
area
and
will
likely
look
into
membership
information
down
the
road
as
well!

REVIEW

Very
poor
customer
service.
I
am
a
Class
Pass
member
and
have
went
to
several
yoga
and
spin
classes
here
which
have
been
decent
and
the
gym
itself
is
nice.
However,
today
I
had
signed
up
for
the
Adult
Open
Lap
Swim
and
when
I
arrived
was
told
it
was
for
club
members
only.
That
policy
makes
sense
to
me,
yet
I
felt
that
since
they
had
been
careless
enough
to
list
it
as
an
available
amenity
to
sign
up
for
on
Class
Pass
they
should
have
rectified
the
situation
by
making
an
exception
for
this
circumstance
since
it
was
due
to
their
own
fault
and
not
mine.
I
am
33
weeks
pregnant,
it
is
near
90
degrees
outside
and
I
had
walked
almost
half
a
mile
to
come
to
their
facility
then
was
turned
away
with
nothing
more
than
a
meek
apology
and
a
refund
of
my
credits,
but
no
way
to
get
that
time
back
from
my
day
or
enough
time
to
schedule
a
work
out
somewhere
else.
Their
other
classes
are
not
so
exceptional
as
to
make
up
for
the
inadequate
handling
of
this
situation
and
I
definitely
will
no
longer
be
giving
them
my
business
through
Class
Pass
or
ever
consider
a
membership
there.
