The cashiers always have an attitude like they don't want to be there and the young girls they keep hiring always get your order wrong. Check your order before you leave or you will be upset with what they choose to give you. Karmen is super nice and helpful the other older lady who works mornings is nice as well everyone else should be replaced

The neighborhood and weather and management make it almost impossible for the place to be humane to the homeless...but most of the staff persist in being kind. It's nice to see that. Post!

This dunkin donuts can get very very busy in the morning. Location is key and they picked a good spot. They are located right next to a school. But food be on point

watch your money they take out on your card lil spanish lady and tells you diddnt pay.. other than that all good

The workers here are very nice and are rarely understocked on their menu. I have had some orders that were incorrect due to miscommunication but they were able to accommodate right away. Great drive-thru location.

Horrible sanitation for pickup area, no one is handling the order, anyone can grab anything. Not to mention they never get my coffee right and my donuts were almost inedible. Hard to believe they’re meant to be fresh. Such a disappoint in this location.

The on-the-go service could have been a little faster and more organized.

Probably the worst DD I have ever been to. The people have horrible customer service. They are usually talking loudly amongst themselves using profanity and racial comments when I enter and barely register a customer waiting at the counter. It takes far too long to get my order in and longer still to get what I ordered. Not recommended.

Ordered one matcha latte and five regular coffees and lattes on the app. Got 2 matcha lattes. This is the first time I’m putting a review about this location, but it isn’t the first time the orders were wrong. I checked the labels as there were many drinks and I obviously was rushing so I ordered via app for pick up. Well, labels are right! But the order is wrong. Not the first time either! Other times they make a cold (iced) drink for me when the order was a hot one. So I have to wait for my order, which often times takes five or more minutes when one specific lady is there who talks too much instead of just making the drink. If I didn’t have to settle for this spot because it’s the only one on my way to work, I’d never come back here. Drinks are made well though.

Clean but sometimes they close early so couldn't get my coffee 😆
