Visiting from Toronto, kids wanted to have a breakfast at iHop. Food was great and Emily was awesome. At any restaurant, besides the taste of the food, your waitress or waiter makes your experience. She was very professional and helpful.

The food was decent at best, and it smelled Terrible inside the restaurant. It almost smelled like the bathrooms have not been cleaned and the smell made its way out to the dining area. The home fries tasted like they were just taken out of the freezer and still had freezer burn on them. It was early in the morning right when they opened so there was no excuse why it was not cleaned.

Came and the greeter was sitting down in a booth on the phone. I said hello it just me, and she said the dining area was closed. "We close in 45 minutes," she then smiled and giggled. Really, there were people seated waiting for their food. I made my order, and I was instructed to have a seat in the dining area. I remained standing and waited for my order patiently. The people seated received their order, and then I received my order 2 minutes later. Total time for the wait 20 minutes. I get to the office, and hey, no utensils or syrup. Wow totally disappointed, unsatisfactory experience with service to boot.

"Chris" was our waiter and he was Absolutely a Pleasure. Came to our table multiple times, making sure we were good. Very attentive and Friendly. The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff was wearing their masks. They had the radio playing some great music... In which I started a bit of a sing along and everyone from staff and patrons alike, were all jam'n! Food was delicious and I appreciated the "No Hassle" substitutes! 5 stars ... Not Enough for the Staff n Service!!! 👍🏼☺

I like their food, and the service was alright. The things we ordered from best to kinda okay; pancakes, veggie quesadilla, omelette, french toast, coffee, juice, and hot chocolate.

Just the other day I said, “IHOP is just that, IHOP, nothing spectacular”, today I eat my words! Not because I found a spectacular IHOP, but because today I saw substandard service at its best. My Turkey Bacon was limp, lacking crunch & tasting as if it was straight out of the microwave, to be honest, I’ve made Turkey bacon in the microwave that was 10 times better. Although my pancakes were nice & fluffy, I didn’t really care for them, they were a tad bit dry & kept sticking to the roof of my mouth. My favorite thing was my hot chocolate because I asked that it be made with milk. The syrupy bottle was disgustingly sticky, dirt & had food particles under the flap (see pics), I dare not use that. As for the service it was just mediocre. It’s the little things that count, I know I may sound petty to some, but part of good dining experience is the little things, like cleaning down the syrupy bottles, checking on your guest to see how the service is or if they need anything; making sure their food is okay; you get my point. This was just not a good experience especially after the disgusting syrup bottle.

It was a really nice experience, our waiter was very friendly, and of course the pancakes were nice and fluffy and it was a really good combination with the bacon and eggs! 😋🥞🥓🍳

I was looking forward to having some breakfast as I was hungry and this location was across the street from me whilst I waited for my car to get serviced..I would not recommend this location over the weekends as it was pretty busy... Unfortunately my food was not as expected.. the girl taking my order did not take my order correctly.. I should've checked my food before leaving because I didn't get what I wanted ..... the staff was polite however I felt rushed and hectic as so many people were in and out around me.. I ordered the 3 leches Mexican pancakes.. which were super dry and nothing out of the ordinary... should've provided extra sauce on the side... I wanted CHICKEN TENDERS and somehow ended up with a small grilled chicken breast! TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT STYLES OF CHICKEN... My breakfast sampler was not to my liking either ... I asked for crispy bacon and it was not .. the serving portions seemed small.. Over all I was super disappointed and not satisfied at all with my 30$ worth of food ..

I was fraudulently charged to my debit card. It took 3days to reach the Manager Wendy. This lady was nasty and used a lot of profanity and then hung up on me when I asked for the district managers contact information. The waiters here are stealing money and the manager knows it! I was charged once by chip then Manually for 2 different amounts, on the same day 10 mins apart

Food was good but service wasn’t great! There wasn’t even a lot of people here and the service took forever! Once we got our food we never saw our server again until he came to pickup plates. Also we ordered food to go when we ordered our food and it wasn’t even ready yet by the time we were ready to go.

I usually never go to chain restaurants for breakfast, but this was my only option one day. I can say I was not disappointed at all! The service was AMAZING! I had a young gentleman as a server, forgot his name ugh, but he was so nice and did such a great job. He was very patient with my kids, and allowed them all to order themselves. One of my girls changed their mind last minute about her drink, and he brought a new one at no charge. Food came out fast after we ordered, despite it being packed on an early morning. Food was good. I had the country fried steak meal. I give the steak a 7, just because I wanted more flavor in the gravy. Other than that, the cook was perfect. iHop has some of the best pancakes, so you can never go wrong there!! This location has ample parking and a huge dining room, so you don’t have to worry about waiting too long. Right down the street from a truck stop, ideal for truckers.

We went while waiting for our Chevy to be serviced next door. Josh was our server. We asked for chocolate milkshakes. We like them to be done a certain way and Josh really delivered! They were the best we've had in forever. Josh is a treasure. We also had the lemon crepes. Yum!

I took this photo before my taste buds being disappointed by ice cold French toast and extremely hard bread. Go with the classics if you’re here, don’t be adventurous. Staff is always super friendly and they took the item off bill for me because I didn’t eat it. Bacon is always super crispy. I like their omelettes. Parking lot is huge.

It was a really good place. It's good for birthday breakfast's, or for a birthday person who likes pancakes and other breakfast sweets. There are other options for lunch or dinner. The plates are quite full. I made the mistake of thinking it was not gonna be enough and ended up taking home. Everything tasted really good and looked just like the pictures on the menus. I would totally recommend for families. There was a grandpa with his grandchildren just spending time together.

Don't order eggs Benedict here! They give u fried eggs on Saturday and that's their top cook too so anything else is worse. That brown in the pic is the egg, fried to oblivion. Who doesn't know how to cook poached eggs?! My eggs were fried Not boiled and to the point of yolk cooked out and hollandaise was Not on the side as requested. This is simple to make yet they can't even cook a boiled egg. If u aren't gonna make it take it off the menu and stop charging premium for it!!!! The syrup to go caddys don't exist either or they just don't pack it. French toast no cinnamon and is dry. Local diner is cheaper and better quality. Wish waffle House would move North cuz IHOP is a failure in on 440. This is coming from a cook, but these are basic items to cook, a child could poach an egg

Excellent food and service. I ordered the new Impossible Plant-Based Sausage Power Combo, and it was delicious. I appreciated the service provided. I called Josh to inform him that, due to my festival, I couldn't eat eggs. I asked if it was possible to substitute eggs with hash browns, and Josh kindly accommodated my request. Understanding circumstances is essential when working in the restaurant industry, and I genuinely appreciate it. Thank you, Josh.

Food and service was good. My only complaint is I ordered my child a glass of milk and was given/charged for a large glass when we also ordered from the kids menu, so that was a little odd. Would’ve liked the server to mention that there are three sizes at various price points. Other than that, good visit.

This place was decent, our waiter/server was good, so this rating doesn't belong for him, but my husband's food has a long piece of hair embedded in his eggs. We sent it back, and then on the edge of plate was a short piece( pubic like) on it. Not sure if the dishwasher or cook is the same person and they're washing and cooking with their heads (pun intended)😞 however one we got our food, it was delicious after all those issues.

The waitress was having in appropriate conversations with customer It’s suppose to be a professional establishment, not every customer is going to be ok with any type of profanity. At the end there representing a brand, whatever they do reflects the company. My husband and I didn’t get the same Curtious attention from her. How has your day been? No! But then asked us while speaking to them, are you guys ok? And still talking to them. Not even with a care in the world. I suggest get people who keep it cordial, discreet and disciplined.

Food was great! My only issue was that this is a place of business, which should go hand and hand with professionalism. Waitresses or employees in general should understand this and be more mindful of the conversation and language they are using. Families come here, kids...there is a time and place for everything, and at a business establishment (any business ), employees should refrain from inappropriate conversations and language, people want to come eat and enjoy their food, not hear personal conversation between you and customers.

Enjoyed the food! This is the first ihop I’ve ever been to that didn’t brown my eggs. They made everything perfect to temp. And the server was really good. She came when needed and let us enjoy our food when needed. Highly recommend

I came in here with a bad attitude honestly after my tire going flat after I was told it was fixed by Pepboys…The waitress Aida greeted me with a smile and seated me her kind gestures really changed my attitude and she also kept my glass of lemonade full and when your fat like me you know keeping a glass full could make or break the visit when your straight grubbing on some pancakes and bacon in the morning. Aida thank you! You really made my day a lot better! Continue to do an excellent job!

OMG where do I begin?!?!? I honestly would rate this IHOP Negative stars if I could!! This specific location was horribly slow, poorly managed , and ran down. We had to wait an hour for our food and there was barely anyone else in there....We asked for silverware and they gave us a steak knife and a spork. NOW THAT IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE AND OUTRAGEOUS. They honestly should close this location because of the poor service, uncleanliness, overall condition being unsanitary and unsafe. Please if you are in the area DO NOT GO HERE!!

I love Ihop pancakes and was excited to get some Ihop because it's been a while. I ordered via online, of a short stack and two sides. It came to about $14.90. When I arrived I parked in the private lot. I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady. She told me the price to pay and I was confused on it being a little higher than it was online. It was because of the utensils and I told her she could take it off. She did no issues and I paid and went to give her back the utensils and she said to keep them. That was nice of her. The food was good as usual and I will return when I am having an Ihop craving.

Its close to my house so we decided to go for breakfast on Sunday. But had to wait an hour for the table and half an hour for the food bcz they were shortstaff its not there fault but it is what it is but the food was really good. I really enjoyed the breakfast.
