Wow... Just wow. A park you should visit in all seasons. It's clean and green like all parks but what makes it different from others is it's breathtaking view of Hoboken city and entire NY landscape. I went there accidentally at noon and was amazed at the beautiful view. I went there at night, again accidentally (while talking on phone) and was mesmerized. If you are nearby, then just grab a coffee and go sit there and enjoy the view.

Love this park. It has gorgeous views and plenty of space to picnic and relax. The little library is my favorite spot to visit and browse! Also really love the farmers markets and other activities organized by the city/park. It’s a great community base!

Best view of the city. Nice basketball court when it’s not too busy. We love the community garden as well and the Sunday farmers market!

Favorite place in the heights! Every Sunday from May through late fall, you can grab all of your groceries for the week. I love getting fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, sour dough bread, cucumbers, and more! Occasionally, there will be a delicious food truck and a band playing toe-tapping tunes. Plus, this park has a beautiful view of the city. Don’t sleep on the farmers market!

Wonderful community park with views of New York City. From May to November 26, the Riverview Farmer's Market has a variety of vendors every Sunday rain or shine with one of them mine. Chef Rene Hewitt's Jams.

This is a most lovely addition to the heights neighborhood of jersey city. It took awhile to finish construction but they did a fabulous job. Places to sit, contemplate, eat, and play punctuated by a fountain, a gazebo, and a kids play area. It offers amazing views of both upper and lower Manhattan. With the heights located 100ft above Hoboken the vistas capture NYC perfectly. Farmers market on the weekend. Only negative is the lack of bathroom facilities unless I’m not looking hard enough?

One of the best parks for picnic in Jersey City in my experience. In vicinity to great coffee shop, bakery and restaurant. Lots of sitting space in great neighborhood. Good for a romantic date too. View of NY skyline is also sublime more so at the sunrise and sunset.

Generally this park is ok. It has lots of nice things, but is poorly maintained by Jersey City. The view, though. You have to come see the NYC skyline from the pavilion

I'm a martial arts teacher based in Central Jersey with a branch in the Jersey City/Hoboken Area. I've trained here many times with my students when we feel like going outdoors. Being greeted by the breathtaking Manhattan skyline is always a treat. I liked it so much, I decided to hold a weekend seminar here. The park also features a very cute farmer's market on Sundays in the summer, and live music is often played as well. I was there when a live reggae band was playing. Even though it was a little rainy, the observation deck is still a great spot to be at since it has a very nice roof. The best way to see New York is from Jersey, and this is one of the best places in Jersey to see it.

Fantastic park in the Heights. Very well kept, this park offers an astonishing view of Manhattan. There is a playground for kids that is typically busy and on Sunday you can find a local farmers market with great options. A few places around also offer coffee or food, if you are in the area you should visit this park!

Park is at great location. Planned perfectly. You can get parking also. There are two EV charging spots too. There is a small garden on the side which I don’t think open to public. Manhattan skyline view is awesome. I couldn’t find the restrooms though.

Gorgeous, clean park with a nice playground for kids. Plenty of benches ro sit down on and the fountain in the center is beautiful. If you can, highly recommend you attend the Farmer's Market here on Sundays. The 2022 season is from May 1st - November 20th from 10 am to 2 pm. Many local vendors, friendly people, and great food. Just note that social distancing is difficult on the paths and not many people wear masks.

Nice small urban park over looking Manhattan. Dog walkers, children, parents with strollers, and one homeless fellow sleeping on a bench. Plus, a couple of guys playing loud obnoxious and foul language rap music in the gazebo killed the vibe among children at play with their parents nearby and others trying to enjoy the afternoon in the park. Thank you to the police officers who came along and asked them to turn it off!

Great park with great NYC views. 🤩🤩 Recently renovated, perfect for lounging, letting your kids play on playground, basketball courts & various events and farmers market throughout the year! Don’t forget to stop at mod cup coffee for some fresh brew!!

Mid-size neighborhood park to for the whole family to enjoy. Splash park and newish playground for the kids, striking Manhattan skyline and farmer's market on Sundays for adults. Farmer's market takes place on Sundays, May through November, from 10 am to 2pm. If you come in after 12noon, your selection might be very limited, so I suggest to come in before noon. Riverview Park Farmer's Market has a great selection of fresh veggies, fruits, artisanal breads, baked goods and sweets. Bon appetit!

Great park to take your morning jogs or just to sip on your coffee! Amazing views of the NYC Skyline and if you look a tad bit closer, you can see tiny humans on The Edge 😀😁 Ig: _sipaway

Great place to have a small picnic with friends or just lie on the grass and read books or just stare the sky!

It has now been updated and has a cute little fountain in the park. Also there are more benches added at the end from where you get the New York skyline. Beautiful park to visit with family and friends.
