sure
what
to
say
here
being
that
we
have
been
going
here
to
the
past
few
years.
Today
we
went
to
get
our
usual
and
the
order
was
all
messed
up.
First
thing
that
went
wrong
was
the
cashier
that
was
behind
the
counter.
It
wasn't
the
usual
gentleman,
there
was
a
lady
whom
didn't
greet
us.
She
looked
so
miserable
and
didn't
want
to
be
there...
We
first
greeted
her
and
said
"3
burgers
all
the
way
with
also
jalapeno
and
raw
onions"
then
we
corrected
that
only
1
should
have
cheese
and
no
jalapeno.
She
rolled
her
eyes
real
hard
and
didn't
say
anything
afterwards...
We
also
added
large
fries
and
paid
around
$40.
When
we
were
waiting
for
our
order
there
was
a
minor
argument
happening
between
the
employees.
It
was
chaotic
and
there
were
people
beginning
to
line
up
to
get
their
orders.
We
finally
got
our
order
and
walked
home
only
to
find
out
our
order
was
all
messed
up.
Guess
what?
We
only
had
raw
onions
and
jalapeno
in
all
our
burgers!
Understood
that
we
should
have
checked
our
receipt
to
make
sure
the
order
was
placed
in
right
but
how
do
you
mess
up
an
"all
the
way"
order???
One
of
the
worst
experience
and
felt
cheated
out
of
what
we
paid
for.
We
basically
paid
for
an
overcooked
dry
stack
of
meat
between
two
pieces
bread
what
bits
of
raw
onion
and
3
slices
of
jalapeno
in
each
burger
and
large
fries
for
around
$40
W
T
F???
Cashier,
you
had
one
job.
Listen
to
the
customer
and
punch
in
a
few
keys
on
a
screen...
Wow...
$16
a
hour
for
this
type
of
service?
Never
again
we
will
go
to
this
location
with
this
level
of
incompetency.
