The staff is very disrespectful, I took a photo because I love five guys and it is not available in our country. A short and fat employee whose name I don't know started to argue with me. I told him I was a tourist and a fan of this place but he treated me very badly.I told him that if they didn't have permission to take photos, or any policy with that, I could delete it, but he continued to be very hostile. Then his manager came and apologized, saying it was no problem. Some people like to get involved in things that are not their business.

Not sure what to say here being that we have been going here to the past few years. Today we went to get our usual and the order was all messed up. First thing that went wrong was the cashier that was behind the counter. It wasn't the usual gentleman, there was a lady whom didn't greet us. She looked so miserable and didn't want to be there... We first greeted her and said "3 burgers all the way with also jalapeno and raw onions" then we corrected that only 1 should have cheese and no jalapeno. She rolled her eyes real hard and didn't say anything afterwards... We also added large fries and paid around $40. When we were waiting for our order there was a minor argument happening between the employees. It was chaotic and there were people beginning to line up to get their orders. We finally got our order and walked home only to find out our order was all messed up. Guess what? We only had raw onions and jalapeno in all our burgers! Understood that we should have checked our receipt to make sure the order was placed in right but how do you mess up an "all the way" order??? One of the worst experience and felt cheated out of what we paid for. We basically paid for an overcooked dry stack of meat between two pieces bread what bits of raw onion and 3 slices of jalapeno in each burger and large fries for around $40 W T F??? Cashier, you had one job. Listen to the customer and punch in a few keys on a screen... Wow... $16 a hour for this type of service? Never again we will go to this location with this level of incompetency.

Found this place while reading the amazing view point of Manhattan from Jersey, just one stop with train from the station in Downtown. Non much to say about this place, to me one the best hamburger I had in NYC. I just didn’t like Dr. Pepper too much because I think it was a bit diluted with water. You need to try it!

I get food from here on occasion. Tonight I did and the cashier wrote "You Rock" on my Burger....NO, YOU ROCK!!! We laughed and cracked jokes while I ordered. I didn't wait long but if I had to, I wouldn't care because of the laughter and great vibes. The staff is amazing and that is what to me is 5 stars...Great job, Great food as always.. Thank you for great service!!!!

The food is great. But Ivan the cashier was very RUDE!!!! He seems to hate his job and all his customers. He rolled his eyes hard and was very impatient just because I changed my mind about my order. Ruined my good mood.

Five Guys is always a solid choice. Very quick service and consistent quality. Their burgers are not mindblowingly amazing, but they're a cut above your average chain burger. I also enjoy pairing the burgers with a thick milkshake whenever I'm craving a nice, fatty meal.

Not many people use it inside, feel relaxed and comfortable。

Today the burger was wack ...my cheese wasn't even melted on it. Idk why it was so cold. The bread was hard. I didn't get a lot of fries with my order. Won't be ordering from here again any time soon.

This five guys is located very conveniently near the exchange place path station. I have been to other five guy's before and wanted to grab a quite bite. Very friendly cashier dude, lower price compared to manhattan & clean location. However, my order wait time was insane, nearly 15 minutes as everyone else and delivery people waited for our orders be to be called.

Five Guys, what more needs to be said? If you know Five Guys, you know what to expect. They did seem quicker than other locations. Also parking is a challange

This location is always super busy but you’ll never feel like you have to wait long. The food is always fresh and the team that works there during lunch are always in sync. Raven Rose is super amazing, she will be doing multiple things at once and never misses. As soon as I came in, she already knew my order and had it ready which caught me by surprise because I never had really introduced myself but makes you feel very valued!! Thank you so much Raven, you’re amazing and so is your team!

So, I saw a few reviews about this cashier guy, this dude is actually pretty good. So, are the other folks at this place. Exemplary service establishment. Burgers were good as usual, and regular fries were more like "extra large".

Every time I go to a Five Guys I'm disappointed, and can't help but think that if they only had a sixth or seventh guy, they might then make a delicious burger.

Register attendant was awesome, but the back end employee that handle my order wasnt happy being there. So he takes his frustration out on customers.

Very friendly staff and the food was great. The staff went above and beyond to let you know why they don't have peanuts at this location currently. It's a supplier issue which is pretty common with so many things right now. I look forward to their returns but greatly appreciate the time and effort to communicate.

Never order online. Your order won't even be looked for a half hour then the staff will finally start deciding if they will start your order. I ordered online at 8:02pm and it said 6 - 11 mins. It took over 45 mins for me to get the order. I can understand an extra 10 to 15 mins if they get backed up but this is unacceptable. Worst five guys service I've ever had.

No comparison, the best burgers EVER. Milk shakes are so damn good, believe me they are amazing and the food dice quítate!! 🔥💯 they always give you extra fries 🍟 too

Our go to burger place. Always fresh ingredients and fast service. Excellent choice of toppings, all free! Parking is harder than the prevous location on Washington. Close to lightrail and PATH. Friendly and courteous service.

Nice place & great food. Though the order taker made mistake on my order, she came up with something to fix it. By the way, the free peanuts are great but very salty.

I love the peanuts here and the milkshake. Fries are good as well but no much options with vegetarian options. The restaurant was little understaffed hence extra wait time but rest everything was really good. Restrooms available for customers. Very close to exchange place riverfront. Parking could be an issue.

I liked this location it's in exchange nice area for walking, the burger tastes good the staff were welcoming and the place was clean. Love it .

If you have been to Five Guys before, you will know what to expect at this one. I was a bit worried because there was a sign up that said "we are short staffed". However, for a Friday night, there was little to no wait. Staffers were friendly, restaurant was clean. Order was accurate and (according to family members) everything tasted great. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a mid-range priced burger and fries.

Love going here for lunch. Burgers tend to be great. The fry game has been a little lax lately. This fry costs $4 and that’s all I got. 🤣🤣🤣 I’ll probably abstain from the fries, but love a good burger.

This is a great addition to the neighborhood. There a few employees here that are absolutely great. I really need to get their names so I can provide a proper shout out but whoever was working tonight (april 13) were on top of their game. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for a burger and in the area.

Negative stars . Terrible customer service, terrible management and the food is ordinary with a staff that is below that.
