    Despite the negative reviews, I had a pleasure ordering from this edible arrangements. I got an indulgence platter and the owner himself made sure to deliver it. Amazing service will come back again !

    This spot exceeded my expectations with their exceptional fruit arrangements. Each piece was fresh, ripe, and beautifully crafted. The customer service was outstanding, ensuring a seamless ordering process and prompt delivery. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements for any occasion!

    I recently ordered an arrangement from Edible Arrangements, and I was blown away by their service and product quality. From the moment I placed my order, the process was seamless and easy. Their website was user-friendly and allowed me to customize my arrangement to my liking. When my arrangement arrived, it was even more beautiful than I had imagined. The fruit was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was stunning. The attention to detail in the arrangement was impressive, and it was obvious that the team at Edible Arrangements takes great pride in their work. But what really stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They even followed up with me after my order was delivered to ensure that everything was to my liking. Overall, I can't recommend Edible Arrangements enough. Their products are top-notch, their customer service is outstanding, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

    The quality of the fruit is not good at all . My mom bought me this for my bday and I would not recommend . I thought they were known for having really good quality fruit that why it’s so expensive !! Don’t waste your time or money with this place . All the strawberries were different sizes with brown spots and the pineapple was looking kinda old . I’m sure they but the fruit from Walmart or the Chinese fruit stand . Which you can make this yourself.

    Absolutely never again. My husband has been buying edible arrangements since we've been together. Yesterday he brought home the edible arrangement from this location and the chocolate covered strawberries were rotten and molded. There were roughly 4 to five. The strawberries looked like they hadn't been washed or cleaned. The worst part I don't know how many were molded under the chocolate that my children and I ate prior to finding the molded ones. I've been attempting to contact them and no response. Not even from the 800 number. I told him never buy edible arrangements again.

    I wish I could give this location 0 stars because they are the worst. My husband ordered me an arrangement for Valentines day and they just didn't show up and didn't respond to any calls or emails and he paid extra for expedited delivery! 2 days later it finally arrived which of course we sent right back. This morning my brother asks me if I received my mother's day arrangement yesterday and of course I received nothing! They should really just close this location. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They will ruin your holiday or any nice gestures/surprises.

    If I can leave NEGATIVE stars I WOULD. My husband placed an order with this store at 8 AM mothers day. By 11 AM we got a notification telling us it was "IN TRANSIT" HOURS AND HOURS PASSED and we received NOTHING. We stood up until Midnight checking outside, checking our phone CHECKING OUR CAMERAS for any delivery attempt or for any notification or phone call from the driver and NOTHING!!!!!!! After finally giving up and going to sleep we received a message stating our order was delivered at 11 PM. which is FALSE!!!!!!!!! we received NOTHING!!!!!!!!. The driver marked it as delivered to cover him or herself for NOT COMPLETING THEIR ORDERS. I will NEVER order form this store again!! It is currently the next day and still NO DELIVERY. MANY ATTEMPTS TO CALL THE STORE BUT ABSOLUTELY NO ONE PICKS UP!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL. We spent 100$ and an extra 17$ for express delivery and got NOTHING AT ALL. Save your TIME AND MONEY and find another reputable company who will actually delivery your order.

    They are bad at communications and I on-time delivery. Also the order I placed had a vase for flowers but that not included. The flowers were not fresh. The chocolate covered sweets were good.

    My boyfriend brought me chocolate covered strawberries in the morning, they were amazing! Big juicy strawberries with delicious chocolate, will definitely order again!

    Very poor service. I placed an order to be picked up today at 7pm and there was a hand written sign on the door “be back in 90 minutes” when the store closes at 7. Also, the phone just rings and rings, I’ve called multiple different times and days and no one answers. What kind of service is this? Needs new management and staffing. I now am without a gift because of their poor work quality.

    They sent me a fake picture saying that my order was delivered but it never got to the location. When I tried to reach out to the store no one would pick up the phone. After waiting on customer service for hours all they told me was someone would reach out in 24hrs. Don't shop here they will try to steal your money.

    This location is a joke. Today I ordered for same day delivery for a surprise to my boyfriend job. They marked it as delivered and it was never delivered. No one answers the phone at this location, so now I have to take time out of my job to show up to demand a refund. Update: After being on the phone with corporate and learning that they have no control over these privately owned franchises regarding horrible service, I had to make a trip an hour to the store. Upon arriving at the store I found my “Delivered” package in the refrigerator 🤦🏾‍♀️ “Not Delivered” I learned that corporate can give refunds if the privately owned franchises marked them not delivered 😒. Because they marked them delivered it not unrefundable. Anyway, the owner was nice and apologetic. I was compensated for my troubles. Unfortunately, I will NEVER use this location again for an online or same day order unless I’m in the store and doing a pick up. I changed from 1 star to 3 Stars because I was compensated.

    I think this place should just close their business permanently. I went at 9:30am today wanting to order a same-day delivery for my sister, and it says on their window that they open at 9am. I live nearby and I have never seen customers walking out of there. Also, there were flies all over their door. Gross!

    I placed an order for a 9am pickup and when I showed up at 9:15 there was no one at the store and the door was locked (even though the sign on the door said they opened at 9am). I came back an hour later and my order was ready, but two pieces of the chocolate covered fruit had mold on them. I’ve submitted two requests for them to contact me / refund my order and no one has gotten back to me (it’s been over 3 days). I wish I looked at the reviews here before ordering from this location…

    I've decided to add a positive review from my experiences after reading all negative reviews. Instead of ordering online, I went directly to the store and ordered a box of chocolate dipped strawberries for my child's teachers. Karim, whom took my order, was very nice and even making sure the messages on the package is what I told him. Upon the pick up time, I arrived at 9am which is 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up time, and it was not ready. It is a proof that my order is fresh and prepared on the same day on site. When I returned at scheduled pickup time, my order was ready. The package looked great and Karim even gave me two extra strawberries as a treat! I didn't open the package of course as it is a gift set for the school teachers. The treat from the store is very nice - good size of the strawberries and tasty! I would definitely order again.

    I ordered the wish-Tini arrangement online as a birthday surprise for my adult son 8 days prior to delivery date. Cute red martini glass filled with fruit. I also purchased pineapple numbers for an additional cost. It was delivered at a reasonable time mid-afternoon, while he was still at work. When he sent me a photo of what arrived, I was shocked! It looked nothing like the online presentation! It was an embarrassment. The martini glass was tiny and green, with visible kale showing out of the tiny container. Fruit was Haphazardly thrown together. The chocolate icing drizzle was sloppily designed. They even dipped fruit in a weird white icing with sprinkles, which is NOT supposed to be a part of this arrangement. I sent an email to customer service who advised they would forward my grievance to the store manager or owner. I never heard from the store. Neither the store or the toll-free customer service phone number gets answered by a live agent at any time on any day. I had to hunt their corporate phone number down, and only then was I able to speak with a live agent who is part of escalation team. I received a full refund. I read the reviews, but chose to still place the order with this location, assuming a downtown Jersey City location would fare better than other nearby locations. Boy, was I wrong!! Trust the slew of 89 negative reviews versus the 20 positive ones. I noticed one reviewer gave 5 star reviews to 4 edible arrangement locations, which is the bulk of their review history. So how authentic are the 5 star reviews? Makes one wonder! Next time, I will order from a competitor company such as Shari’s Berries. (see accompanying photos of what online arrangement looks like, versus what I received). The owner of this location responds to some reviews I see, but clearly nothing changes months and months later. As an owner and manager of a business, consistency and quality is key when it comes to products and services! Do better!

    Very disappointed. I had made an online order for a 9am pick up time and when I got to the store, the door was locked! Now I can understand if someone was running late or called out sick. Fine. Even though I could only pick up at that time since my shift at work ends way after they close maybe I can call them to figure out a solution. All calls were ignored as well as the feedback option on their website. No communication! Had to end up disputing the charge with my bank with no gift to show for it! The only reason I give it a second star is that they immediately gave me back my money. Its just sad that if they at least picked up the phone, I would have waited or at least arranged for them to deliver it the half of a block where I worked. I dont think I'll be ordering from them again.

    At the door and online says that they are open at 9 but it is 9:20 and they are still closed. My pickup was set up for 9am. That completely ruined my plans for the birthday person, and is super inconvenient to have to come back for something I already paid for.

    I tried Daisy bouquet from edibles and fruits were really fresh, well packaged. I loved the bouquet of fruits and yeah I gifted one to my sister too. The bouquet looked amazing. Will be ordering again soon.
