We were looking for a good authentic Vietnamese restaurant and this place did not disappoint. They have no parking lot so you need to park in the street. Luckily we found a spot right outside the restaurant but the meter was broken. We had to download the parking app and pay through that. We ordered the Beef Combo Pho and spring rolls. The pho was flavorful with lots of meat. The spring roll was hot and crispy. We also ordered the Thai iced tea which was tasty as well. I was hesitant to use their hot sauce since it wasn't the hard to find sriracha sauce but we liked it very much. So much so that we are going to an Asian market to try to buy some. We also tried their fried ice cream which was delicious and the best ending to our Saturday lunch. We would come back.

I love exploring new cuisines and randomly searched for a restaurant near Paramus and ended up here . First timer .. first impression - very very good ! Only issue is parking . Apart from that this restaurant has everything a customer needs . Great food , superb service and budget friendly . I’m a big fan of Vietnamese Bahn Mi sandwiches 🥪 and it was just awesomeeeeee.. top it with sriracha sauce and it was amazing … my friend had pork chops and he loved it . Pad Thai was great too. They gave us some jasmine tea .. spring rolls were good . Price was reasonable too.. 10$ for sandwich was a stealer. Superb customer service . Wanted to give 4.5 ⭐️ but had to give 4 ! Will surely go back … 👍👍👍 Positives - food quality / quantity , service , cost , authenticity Negatives - parking , tables were too close .. the guy next to our table always peeped in and could hear everything we speak and also gets involved in the conversation..

A solid 5 out of 5 for this place! Among the myriad of pho spots, this one shines brightly. Despite its unassuming interior, the food is absolutely stellar. When that pho craving hits, this is the spot to visit—don't let the décor fool you.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE THINKING OF HAVING REAL VIETNAMESE FOOD. Unfortunately I have to give a rating of at least one star! THE PHOTOS ON THE MENUS ARE FROM STOCK PHOTOS, probably Shutterstock. Don't depict pictures of food on a menu you didn't make yourself. This place doesn't deserve any stars. The food is not authentic Vietnamese nor is it worthy of calling their restaurant Vietnamese. Just because they have a few pieces of memorabilia on the walls that ARE Vietnamese doesn't make the restaurant Vietnamese. We ordered shrimp salad that came with cucumber in the salad!! A true shrimp salad is usually very dry until you add the nước chấm (not Ngọc cham as is on the menu). That was our first warning sign. We then had our noodle soup turn up. Supposedly bún bò Huế, sadly it was not!!! Wrong noodle type and the noodles were clumped up just like it had just been removed from a packet. The soup broth flavour was confusing as it had way to much lemon grass and definitely didn't have the right ingredients for a bún bò Huế!. And to add to all of this, we were provided with take out cutlery whilst eating IN the restaurant. The plates and cups provided were also dirty! The service was appalling as they only had two wait staff and many tables including us waited ages for our meals. See photos for evidence Written from a Vietnamese diner's perspective. So if you're thinking of going for Vietnamese avoid this place and drive a little further away. You have been warned. To the owner, if you change the authenticity of a Vietnamese dish then don't call your restaurant a Vietnamese restaurant. My rating and review is based on what you call the food. it's abysmal just like your excuse of a response.

Super fresh and tasty Vietnamese for a great price. The summer rolls and spring rolls were really good apps! The vegetable tofu pho soup was delicious! The broth actually smelled so refreshing and the taste was just as good. Seemed like a healthy meal for around $20 a person. I will visit again the next time I am in the area!

I have heard about this establishment for a long time and finally visited it as a first-timer on Main Street in Hackensack. I went into Pho Saigon shortly after opening and was surprised at how busy it quickly became. Their menu covers a mix of traditional appetizers, banh mi (sandwich), noodle soups, grilled platters, specialties, and stir-fries. As an appetizer, I opted for the summer roll. For the main dish, I decided on the beef pho soup. Food came out quickly. The summer roll was freshly made and went so well with the creamy peanut sauce. The pho portion size was huge, with the broth deep and the brisket tender. It had a good balance of flavor throughout. The server was warm and friendly in a casual, comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was simple and authentic, which I can recommend for a repeat performance.

Wow this is very well prepared pho to my liking. I honestly cannot compliment the food enough. Very low key chill environment but the food is phenomenal. For easy on the go choices the taste and quality is there. Will be returning. Must try again

Not from the area but was craving Viet food and it was the closest place available. We came in between lunch and dinner when the kitchen was closed but the staff was nice and let us sit in restaurant to wait til dinner opened up. Food was good, recommend the crab fried rice! Everything was fresh, staff was friendly and attentive.

Stopped in when I needed lunch in this neighborhood. Everything was fresh. I really enjoyed the banh mi and spring rolls. The vermicelli was tasty. The Vietnamese iced coffee was so refreshing!

I come here regularly, twice a month at least, for spicy lemongrass soup. Chicken wings are delicious, crunchy and tasty. The ambiance of restaurant is simple and casual, and it can be bustling sometimes. I can only come on Wednesdays, and the 2 servers always greet with smiles, which make me feel comfortable dining by myself. By the way, if you like drinking hot tea, it's unlimited!

Went in shortly after opening and was surprised at how busy it quickly became. Even then we didn’t feel abandoned and the food service was amazing. We ordered the vermicelli noodle salad with the shrimp, pork, and chicken combination. Street parking is a downside but would definitely come here again.

In town visiting family. I'm a pho fanatic and was craving one. Did a few Google searches and found Saigon. So glad I did. Ordered a beef pho and pork banh mi. Absolutely delicious. The broth was out of this world. Our server was also attentive. A must.

Finally! Pho in northern Jersey that’s on par with pho in Houston (my pho standards). Broth is deep and brisket is tender. Summer roll is freshly made. As a bonus, they’re friendly!

I rode my bicycle here one day and the ladies were so nice to let me park it inside. They sat me down and brought me some hot tea and I ordered the beef pho. It was amazing!!! It really hit the spot and the soup was so flavorful. My new favorite place. :)

Had the classic beef pho and shared the garlic shrimp. Everyone LOVED their dishes! The broth is perfection! Can’t wait to go back to check out rest of menu. Service was great too. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Nice service, I walked in because of all the good review and saw many Asian families eating inside ( good sign!) ordered Thai ice tea, not creamy or sweet enough. Then had the dry vermicelli salad (3 toppings- grilled pork/ chicken/ shrimp). I was genuinely disappointed because I want it to be good so bad. But the grilled meat are super thin, dry, and tough. Only gave me 2 pcs small grill shrimps and it was overcooked very dry. I don’t like to waste food but I couldn’t even finish it. Wish they will improve soon. But now it’s very blahh hence the 3 stars.

I got the seafood noodle soup and it was so flavorful and fresh tasting. Big meaty shrimps + scallops, fish balls, and squid. Server was very friendly -- told me to try the spicy lemongrass soup next time! Can't wait.

Beef pho, spicy pho and summer roll with shrimp. OK. I had high expectations ppl said this is the best place in NJ for pho. No, they are not. They just give too much soup with not much meat. The soup lacks taste and it's not spicy at all. Also the pho is very expensive who ever thought this bowl of noodle is over 14 bucks ? Summer roll is almost 8 bucks. If anyone knows a good pho place please let me know.

👍 Excellent food, huge portions, friendly service. This location is my favorite of the chains. There is street parking and also parking in the back.
