I must say I’ve been to that location twice I’ve spent a decent amount the staff is ok but the manager never friendly. It could be that I caught him on a bad day and when I ask a question he answers me as if I’m getting on his nerves. So since I love pandora I’ll continue to go to Manhattan or short hills where I’m treated like a customer

I always love going to pandora. The service was excellent and the selection is exquisite love shopping for my two beautiful women in my life.. I brought this one for my daughter's birthday..

There are over 20 sales associates in store at one time !!! It is a very small space, and that goes against the CDC and COVID 19 safety protocols! Everyone repeated the same sales pitch while I was inside the store. It was extremely dizzying. They tell you all about the different things that they like and how to spend your money and what is your budget and that is extremely invasive. Its honestly none of there business. I know how to shop for myself. And they said it would take 2 hours to clean my bracelet and charms but she came back with it with in 30 seconds and said she cleaned it and it still looks dirty.

Beautiful jewelry. What i don't like is that the prices are not on the charms. They have to look up the charms to find the price. Take up too much time. Aside from that I am on love with the 2 bracelets and 6 charms I purchased.

Despite having a location instructing that those who arrive sign their name on the list to wait for the next available attendant, there was no sheet to sign. so when I arrived I decided to wait without disturbing the service to any customer ... I was right in front of this sign that is on the main counter of the store where there were two attendants ... I waited for about ten minutes and noticed that all who arrived after I had already been attended and no one came to talk to me when questioning one would work the answer was that I should stop the service of another customer to warn that I needed help, since I as a customer standing in front of the cashier looking for the clerks clearly waiting. In my turn, it was not enough to show my interest in being served.

Didn't have as many choices as I would have liked but I found something very nice and got it on sale.

I love their jewelry but at some point they change color quickly even though I take care of them properly.

I would give them 0 if I could. I have purchased jewelry multiple time from this store. They refused to take a return for a ring that I had purchased 2 days ago. The lady told me that the ring had "scratches". Pandora shouldn't have sold me the ring if that was the case. Honestly they have lost my business.

During my recent visit to the Pandora store at Newport Mall in New Jersey, I faced difficulties with an incorrect ring size. Despite what the manager had previously informed my boyfriend about the 30-day exchange policy for sizing issues, the employee I approached with the matter seemed unhelpful. It was disappointing to hear that the time spent trying on the ring didn't matter to her. I hope the store can improve its customer service and ensure a more accommodating experience for future visitors.

Staff is pretty helpful. They will help with what they can in store.

I bought a ring one month back and the ring got totally fade off!!! I went back to the store pandora newport mall and when i showed the condition of the ring to the manager of the store she did not even tried to listen the whole situation. She clearly said you have to come every month and get your ring polished. Like seriously? These guys never told me about this that i have to come back every month. And the manager of the store was so rude with me she clearly declared that im lying. I told her i got no option thankyou for making me disappointed and literally in full attitude she said ok no problem have a good day. Worst manager i have ever seen!!!

If you can go to a different store, avoid this one. The sales associates at this store seem rude and passive. They seem in a rush to walk away if you are here to pick up an order instead of purchasing right there. Maybe they’d get a commission if they help you purchase right there? Quite unprofessional. There were four or five associates there during my visit and I was the only customer. I didn’t get why they were all in a rush that seemed dismissive to the customer. I honestly would’ve bought something if they helped me find one that I’d like.

Staff very friendly and always willing to help you out. Not pushy at all. They let you look around and answer any questions you might have. They show you how the charms look on the bracelet and might make a suggestion what goes together. I would have given a five star but they ran out of catalogs and the free gift for spending over $125.

As always the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the product. I enjoy shopping at this location and will come back soon thanks ladies once again you have been fabulous
