It's my first time selling gold and he explained everything to me in detail and patiently even though it was closing time. Very professional and gave me a fair price for my gold. Probably the best precious metals buyers in the area. No frills shop. I was looking to sell some gold and they offered a price close to spot. I shopped around about 5 other jewelry places prior, but their premiums were a about 5-10% higher. I dealt with Mike at the counter and everything went quick and smooth. Stopped by this place based on reviews after visiting another place the previous day, which did not impress me with how the man communicated. Felt very uncomfortable and left disappointed. I Can tell you, a big difference when I walked in and met Mike. He was very thorough and broke down everything very nicely so I understood how everything works, and how he was coming up with the price he was offering me, which made me feel very comfortable in making a deal. Their was a little negotiating, but that was probably me trying to get every penny I could get. In the end he threw a couple dollars more on top off his offer, which I highly appreciated, and we closed the deal. In and out within 15-20 minutes. Not sure about all the great reviews here, but i needed so sell some 1 oz silver pieces. Guy gave me about $17.5 per spot when spot was around $21. Unfortunately I needed cash so I acquiesced. For comparison, when I was in Montana you got spot plus $1! Low class place gets a low class review. Cheers!
