Slow service . Nobody cares here anymore after COVID. It’s crazy and not acceptable if you are in the service industry. Macys may need to focus on training their employees a bit better.

Your two staff members at the sunglasses hut / glasses section were racist, insulting and discriminatory. One of them yelled racial slurs at my family “you white mother f’ers” while we were shopping. The other laughed. Who are these staff members? Why do you allow them to work at Macy’s?

I tried to process a return here for an online purchase. The email I received directed me to the nearest Macy's. I went here and they refused the return, telling me that I'd have to begin the return process again but ship it instead of dropping off. I don't know why the option to drop off was available to me if they'd refuse while telling me about how their screen doesn't allow and their system doesn't allow. Their return system seems to be misaligned. I just left the pressure cooker in the store telling the sales rep they could dispose of it because it was defective garbage.

This is like the discount Macy’s or outlet store. They always have discounts, discounts that you can’t find downtown at the large Manhattan location. They don’t have enough staff, the cash register counters are a mess on top, in front and behind. There isn’t enough staff to take care of ringing up customers or putting away the clothes. But, if you want a good deal, this is the place to come. With a little more effort they can look legitimate. Just care about the little things.

I was there earlier today. There were 2 difficult cases online ahead of me. I watched the manager Moe handle them both very well. Then came my turn. There was an issue with something I chose, Moe went above and beyond to remedy the situation with patience and kindness. When I thanked him, he said no need for thanks, this is my job. I often say this in my own line of work. His can do attitude and hardworking ethic is something we need more of in customer service jobs. Moe, I'm thanking you again bc you did your job but you did it with a smile. Happy holidays.

This review is purely of the womens perfume section of Macy's in newport mall and specifically relating to Maxine. She is god sent. I told her the type of fragrances I am drawn to (fruit, citrus and floral) and she knew just the fragrances to show me. She was extremely patient despite my many requests and indecisiveness, easy going and knows how to close a sale without being aggressive about things. I had such a wonderful experience with her and in fact my husband has been dealing with her for years for all his purchases in this department. She is absolute gold to this department!!

1 star because it is mandatory. It has been more than 8 days that I placed an order for this merchandise and I still did not receive it. Even worse, I chatted online with a Customer Representative and I was offered an option of reshipment. However, a day later I receive an email stating that there was a proof of delivery (to someone with a different name other than mine), and due to this reason Macy's would not be able to reship and/or refund my order. BE WARE OF THE SCAM. I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS PRODUCT and now I NOT ONLY DO NOT RECEIVE IT, BUT ALSO LOST MY MONEY.

Got good collection of formal wear for gents mainly trousers than shirts. I think zara had better formal shirt collection for gents. But really cool casual wear and shoes. Should definitely go for shoes... they have awesome collections in $50 range

Excellent place to purchase clothes and many items use in daily for self and your family 👪. Excellent atmosphere and staff. All items are well managed to show customers. So many words popular brands are available in Macy's.

Huge Macy’s, feels like it has everything. I went to Finish Line in the men’s section with my husband to find new shoes for him. The selection was great and the employees helpful.

The workers and managers at the shoes section are the most racist people I have ever seen. They refused to help for no reason to return an item while other Macys store branch did accept the item !! I will never buy from Macys again, the most racist store 🤮🤢 👎🏻👎🏻

The Newport Center Macy's has the best selection of everything. I never leave empty handed. Even when I'm not planning to buy, I find a new clothing item from Tommy Hilfiger. The price was right .. and bought it .

The cashier and floor supervisor was very nice 🙂 the cashier name was Sonia. They were very short staffed yet still very nice 👌 Oh! So was the guard!

The worst Macy’s. Do not come to Macys at Newport mall.Terrible. I tried to do a rerun (first floor) The manager was nasty. They did not have run tape. We waited 10 minutes for somebody to come. The guy was coming so slow with no desire to work. The store Is so hot. Why is so hot? No one wants wants yo help.

No complain from this store so far. Parking at North Garage is little costly.

Warning to service dog handlers. This store is not ADA compliant and allows non-service dogs into the store. I have been here on multiple occasions with my service dog trainer and every time there are multiple pet dogs roaming the store. Often the pets are reactive - barking and pulling towards our service dog or untrained. There are signs in front of the store that clearly state service animals only and NO pets. None of the staff enforce ADA compliance and I have seen staff walk by people with their pet dogs without notice. So please beware and keep your service animals away from here. Other than that, the store is a typical Target and I can’t say except for the pharmacy staff that any of the other staff are stellar in terms of customer service.

Macy's is a great store to shop for all your fashion needs. The pricing is good compared to other brands, and the store is always clean. One thing to note is that during peak hours, the checkout lines can get a bit long, so it's best to plan accordingly. The space is quite large, and you can find almost all the best clothing brands selling their products at a discount. Their "backstage" section is particularly noteworthy, as it has some amazing deals on offer. Overall, Macy's is a great place to find everything you need for your wardrobe at affordable prices.

My wife purchased three pairs of jeans for my daughter - two tagged at $89.50 and one at $99.50 (all MSRP prices). She was charged $115 for each. Since when does Macy's think it is ok to charge as much as 28% more than the price tagged on the item? The price on the tag was the MSRP price, not a discounted one so how could that mistake be made? All of them are going back. If we are paying that much for jeans we are going to buy a better quality pair from a more reputable store - 7 for all Mankind.

Good sales going on but their salesmen are a bit insistent on selling the Macy's card. Don't fall for it hahaha. Their perfume selection is a bit limited but overall a pretty decent Macy's

Awful shopping experience...as if Macy's is doing a favour on us. There were no bags to hold shortlisted clothes while browsing for more and no paper bags to take clothes home. Sad state of affairs! I signed up as a member and was supposed to get a discount on next purchase...guess what - the discount never showed up and so did the manager who was asked 10 times to come to cashier and look into the matter. Never visiting again.

Macy’s is and will be as long as they stay like this one of my favourite departments stores If you are lucky you can find some good deals … Lots of variety good and knowledgeable smiley and helpful staff If you are not lucky to find deals the prices are still fair … depending on what you want of course Enjoy

I love this place of business, it have everything you need from jewelry to pots and pans. Everything is is wonderful. I will continue to shop in this store.

Macy's always expensive, but nice to browse, although the music is too loud on the weekends I don't understand why it's like a disco, maybe to drown out the sound of wailing children and their screaming parents. The coupons for discounts are great, if you can find them use them. Overall, nice quality merchandise.

I am writing this on behalf of my landlord (she's not tech savvy), but she wanted to give a review of Moe, the manager in the women's department. He always goes above & beyond & out of his way to help Helen. She said she could go everyday & looks forward to seeing him. Elisa ,the manager at the Macy's located at Newport Mall was extremely helpful and super informative and so wonderful to speak with I truly appreciated her and Amarjeet who was so polite and went the distance in assisting me with my requests and concerns. Macy's has hired two great people who absolutely fit the criteria for a solid employee. Thanks you again to them both .

Macy's doesn't need introduction. However, each store a so huge and so many brands and so many categories to comb through one gets tired and looses shopping charm. I could see low footfall in every such multi-brand upscale hugely laid out outlets.

The customer service at this branch I have had is excellent. Leonardo who works here attended to me. I was looking for a blazer to attend a wedding and I really needed a second opinion on what would look good. Leonardo really took the time to help me out and find the right blazer. He really cares about customer needs and provides the best customer service possible. Great experience!

Yes the vibe is good, the selection is great and so on. But these prices are insane! I just can't understand why they're priced so incredibly high. I got the same, if not better, suit from Zara for literally 20% the price of the same thing in Macy's. Just not worth the overinflated prices.

People are friendly and the store has a wide variety of quality products.
