If you’re gonna pierce your ears you can go to this place just make sure a lady named Gina doesn’t do it.. she over charged me and was in a horrible mood. I would like to say it was a nice experience but it wasn’t .

I always go to this Claire’s outlet cause I really like their Collection of nose rings- just like every other time I went by to pick another couple of them. The girl Gina, who helped me at the time- opened up the nose ring pouch that I liked to see if it was the ring I wanted, we both agreed on what I liked and she went back to the counter to pack it up for me. After paying up and everything I find out the ring wasn’t in the pouch, and she handed me an empty one. She claims it was there when she packed it for me, and it could be true. But she and another lady behind the counter were really arrogant about the whole situation when I went up to them to speak about this. The least a customer expects from you is to be heard and helped. Please improve your customer service!

Friday 9/3, had my son's ear pierced, the 2 employees were awesome. The one that did the piercing was beautiful & professional together they delightfully provided exceptional service. Pleasant experience for the boys.

NEVER STOP BY. Super rude staff and highly unprofessional. The lady who works in the store is extremely arrogant and started making harsh remarks when I just went up to her to ask basic question about the product. I had an absolutely disgusting customer service experience ever …

My daughters first earrings were done here about 8 months ago. Now they are all infected and I paid over 100$ with the thought that those earrings were “real gold”. NEVER AGAIN.Highly do not recommend to take babies here to get their ears pierced.

Whoever handles the stores is just a horrible person. She almost accused me of stealing because my card was declined. Change the staff 👎🏻

I went for “ear piercing” at Icing (Claires lady directed me to go there). The girl who did it was constantly distracted looking around the store (seemed like she was worried that customers steal from the store! 😵‍💫). It was actually troubling and disrespectful. When she was talking to me she was looking around the store and she was worried. (There was one more cashier, she could watch the store instead.) Also the way she did it was not hygienic. She touched the whole outside of the glove before wearing it. And made a mess piercing the solution bottle, outside of the bottle became all wet w the solution. Overall she was so distracted with thief watching that I regretted doing piercing there! Unpleasant experience! 😔

Cute stores with tons if nick knacks. Very narrow aisles which was bit difficult with crowds. Prices were bit high but kept the store very neatly.

Horribly overcrowded, no crowd control by employees. No distanciancing. Otherwise a cute store.

Claire's was awesome! I usually dread trips to Claire's with daughter; however, the staff was helpful and attentive. We purchased some cute accessories for my daughter's first big girl school dance.

I just called to ask a question and they literally turned the phone off on me!
