Mammogram's a must yearly due to family history! I have been coming here for some years now. I feel comfortable and safe. Through the year, the advancement in breast cancer detection is seen here. If there is anything that needs to be looked further into, (I always need an ultrasound to compare due to dense tissue) the radiologist looks at images immediately and if there's additional images needed they will do it then, and if a biopsy (I have had one, lil pinching discomfort, but definitely worth knowing) is needed you will know then as well. They are thorough with examining. Every one needs this for early detection, staff tries their best to make you feel more like as comfortable as possible, they go above and beyond, Amelia was especially the bomb :). Clean establishment.

I was here for the first time for an ultrasound, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff was nice, but they take weeks to send the results to your physician. I had the ultrasound on a Friday and I was told they were gonna send the results the next Tuesday. 10 days have passed, I called them today to provide my physician's fax number and request them to send the results. I was told that my physician has to call them and the fact that I'm the patient doesn't matter. I had other exams recently at other facilities and this never happened to me. They wanted the payment upfront, I followed their rules and now I'm being treated with 0 respect.

Really terrible experience scheduling. Neither the scheduler or their supervisor were helpful as I still do not have a mammogram appointment. Although I am over 40 with insurance, they will not let me schedule without an Rx.

Best Mammogram spot, always ontime with service, its in & out. Never a long waiting!

Staff was pleasant. The service was quick. Any questions I needed answered were answered. I come twice a year and the staff is excellent.

Very nice and friendly staff all of them are very helpful which make my procedure done quickly and relax. I really appreciate everyone here. Highly recommend to everyone, they make sure everything is ok :)

Went for a mammogram and ultrasound and Michelle P. and Lerma were the best. These 2 ladies made me feel extremely comfortable because I was so nervous. Also they were very thorough with doing their jobs.They were really exceptional did NOT do a rushed job and I truly appreciate that!

This place is the worst. Staff is awful, short on friendliness or facial expression or any sort of response. Decide to go, despite the bad reviews since is close to home, just to confirm how bad this place is. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I just recently had an exam done at the Christie Kerr location. I had an amazing experience! My tech was Katrina, she was so knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I appreciated her concern for me and her empathy. The place was also very clean for me being the last patient of the day! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Kudos!!!!

I had a wonderful experience here a few weeks back! Michelle the tech went above and beyond for me. My prescription was not accurate and she took the time to ensure I would still get my Ultra sound by contacting my doctor multiple times to get the right information! I can not thank her enough for her professionalism and kindness!! Would absolutely recommend.

Today I was a walk in for a chest Xray and forgot my prescription from the doctor. No worries. The ladies called my doctor's office to have it faxed. They were so friendly, efficient, and thorough! And did I say friendly? I definitely will be back!

(December 8, 2023) The nurse who did my diagnostic mammogram was very careful and friendly. She attended also to my need to find a ride back home. I do appreciate her kindness. The staff at the counter are all accommodating. I highly recommend this center to all women!

The scheduling is awful. Everything is manual without email or text confirmation. 1) They cancelled my appointment without my consent because they “thought” I will do it with another office, while I have been waiting for the visit for 3 weeks. I would not even realized it if I did not call them in advance to confirm my time slot. 2) nobody told me I should go there 30 min in advance. There was no text or email advising that either. When I arrived 5 mins earlier, they told me I was late and need to be rescheduled.

Nice facility - the wait in reception for the appointment was a little long (I had a 12:30 appointment and was called in at 1:15), but in these strange covid times with more cleaning of facilities etc. that's understandable. The check-in/reception/admin staff seemed a little harassed & busy but were nice enough. The medical staff were excellent - kind, professional, explained everything that was going to happen, the reason for their assessment etc. The facility was very clean. There's a nice big lobby to wait in if you're waiting for an Uber. The ultrasound technicians and Drs really could not have been nicer.

My experience was wonderful. The facility is spotless and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place for your mammogram or ultrasound.

This place is awesome!!! Respectful and professional. My ultrasonographer was Michelle and she has the best personality. They were prompt and polite. Overall, I had a good experience.

My first experience with this Center was very positive. I had the first appointment of the day - they were clear and everything ran smoothly and on time. My technician, Cindy, was great and I felt very comfortable.

I had my first mammogram and was terrified of having the procedure. The tech was so comforting while walking me through the process and it was truly nothing to worry about. I also had an ultrasound and again, very friendly staff, easy process. I was in and out much faster than anticipated. Really appreciate the service here!
