This review is done by my wife, Alexandra, a physician with 50 years experience, now retired. I needed PT care as recommended by my physician for spinal pain interfering with daily activity: mobility, balance and overall quality of my life. I came to Jersey City Complete Physical Rehabilitation a few years ago and the treatment provided by Mr. Humberto Colmenares PT was personalized and excellent. Recently i am treated for right shoulder pain. Humberto has "magical hands" when giving expert massages and is supervising the entire PT session, creating comfort, relaxation and very important psychological support. The entire team is very polite, kind, acting professionally and efficiently. The place is kept very clean, important factor under present Covid pandemic. I highly recommend this center for PT and rehab.

This is a high recommended physical therapy center with skilled and professional staff. I am seeing Dr Humberto for chronic lower back pain and his treatment has resulted in me getting back to my workout routine and being able to lift again. In addition to getting better, the staff has been amazing from front desk where Veronica has being very accommodating with the nature of my schedule and George for helping with the exercises. I also started acupuncture with Carla and I am sleeping better. Overall, it’s been an great experience and it’s at a great location.

A friend recommended Complete Physical Rehabilitation, and PT Humberto in particular, to work on my frozen shoulder and partial tear in rotator cuff and it has lived up to her praise. All of the treatments have brought relief and my progress has been good. Humberto has constantly evaluated my treatment plan, innovatingly tweaking it to increase its effectiveness. Everyone there is caring and helpful, contributing to the uplifting atmosphere. It’s super clean and public health, safety protocols are a priority.

this was my first time in physiotherapy and if i'll need it again, i'll always return to this place in jersey city. needing a hip replacement but having to wait months for the operation, i was unable to walk even a couple of blocks without stopping because of the pain. after a few sessions, and even now, i can't remember when i last suffered the same pain. a comfortable space staffed by excellent people, starting with julissa in the front office (brilliantly welcoming), through umberto the therapist ("magic fingers") and physical trainer george ("the taskmaster)". not to forget the previous physical trainer chris (yo, chris!) and carla -- she never treated me but she was just as accommodating and pleasant as if she had done. keep it up guys!!!!!

By far my best PT experience and a hidden gem in downtown Jersey City! This is the 3rd PT clinic I've been to in this area, and quite frankly I'll never go anywhere but here ever again. I've found them to super efficient, polite, and honest with every interaction that I've ever had with the staff since day 1. Even though Dr. James and Humberto are obviously very busy during their days, I've always felt that I had their full attention and care from the moment I walked in for my visits. Big extra shout out to their front office, Julissa. Extremely professional, quick to call me back, and is the only person in any medical office that I've ever been to that asked me during EVERY visit if there's anything that I needed. That's the true sign of a person that cares for sure! Thanks for everything guys!!!

I will highly recommend this physical center who is looking for a physiotherapy. I had severe neck spasm and stiffness which I was suffering from more than a month and it got worse and worse. My treatment was going under Dr Humberto and with each session with him I was feeling much better. Within 2 weeks I was fully recovered. The staff is super friendly and amazing. Anyone looking for physiotherapy should definitely visit this.

If you need an excellent place where the therapists help to heal your complete body and the staff is competent and welcoming, look no further. They do so much and have various types of machines. They really go over and beyond to treat you. Easy to get to and great hours. Humberto and George are knowledgeable and very nice and decent, as well as the great Dr. James. Veronica is a sweetheart and so is Claudia. The place is very clean. I highly recommend it! Bring your family and friends. You won't be disappointed. I am going to them for various serious problems and already feeling excellent!

I've been going here for about 2 weeks now and so far it's been great! The staff is so friendly and very welcoming! The physical therapists are also informative and taught me a lot in regards to vestibular disorders! I've been working with Dr. Pumarada specifically and he's been very helpful! He helped set a routine for me to follow during the week, and being new to physical therapy, he showed so much patience! I'm grateful for Dr. Pumarada's help and guidance! Overall, it's a great office and i look forward to every visit! Also, it's close to the bus stop and the light rail station which is a plus!

I went to a few physical therapy clinics around Jersey City to solve my neck and back problems, and Complete is by far the best one! Dr. Humberto and James are wonderful, they are super friendly and helped me a lot with my neck pain. The front desk lady is also very patient. Overall, highly recommended!

When I first arrived for PT I could barely turn my head or lift my arm due to a neck injury. I have had 10 sessions and I can not believe the difference. I am 100 percent optimistic that I will not have to have surgery. This place is magic. The staff are so nice it feels like family, and they really care about you. I am being treated at Complete Physical Rehab for knee pain due to arthritis and a torn meniscus. I want to say that this is by far the best PT experience I have ever had. The staff are kind and responsive to all my concerns and needs. Everyone is committed to providing the best care possible. They work so well as a team and their enthusiasm creates a supportive and positive experience. It’s obvious how much they care for their patients as individuals. Humberto is a magician. Every treatment with him has helped ease my pain and improve my walking and strength. I’ve learned so much about managing my condition since working with him. I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back issues for years, which was getting progressively worse. I tried to find relief through traditional and alternative methods to manage the pain, but nothing quite worked. After many doctor visits including a neurologist and many tests that was inconclusive, I was also recommended to try physical therapy as part of insurance protocol. I must admit I was most skeptical about PT since my experience with PT in the past was not the most effective. Then I found Complete Physical Rehabilitation online and made an appointment. After about 4 sessions, I really started to feel better consistently, on the daily. What can I say, I highly recommend Complete Physical Rehabilitation. If feeling better isn’t enough, the whole staff is fantastic. They are so warm and informative. They genuinely care.

This PT clinic is a hidden gem! I was having severe pain due to frozen shoulder resulting to sleepless nights not resolved by pain medications. I came here desperate for relief. Wow, after the 1st session, the pain was tolerable and for the 1st time in months I was able to sleep. Humberto is the best PT,he customized my treatment based on my clinical condition and the stage I was in. I'm forever grateful!

Have been going to physical therapy & acupuncture here for over 3 years. Just been treated for the past month for a pinched nerve & back pain. My joint mobility has improved and my pain level definitely went down. The staff is conscious & concerned about getting you on the road to recovery and i always leave with tips to stay mobilized. The facility is clean & they get you in & out. Carla Lescano is one of the best acupuncturist that I have ever had and . You will not be disappointed.

I went to Complete Physical Therapy originally for sciatica and was taken care of by Humberto who did a great job with this problem. I am now pain free and know what exercises to do so I don't have this problem again. I was also treated for a sudden onset of vertigo. Their vestibular specialist James treated me and I got fast relief. The office staff is helpful and kind.

Dr. James is a fantastic physical therapist. A rotator cuff tear I had been struggling with for 1.5 years steadily and easily healed under his care. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, level and professional. I learned that gentle movements have a huge impact in my healing. The care at Complete Physical Rehabilitation is very individualized and I can tell that Dr. James puts a lot of thought into how he can best support me during each session. This is incredible and very appreciated! Dr. James explains what's happening with my shoulder and this has been very educational as I return to working out. I highly recommend Complete Physical Rehab! I saw Dr. James and Humberto in 2019 for a broken foot and went back in 2022 for lower back / hip pain. I fractured my thumb last winter and was prescribed physiotherapy. Luckily I found Complete Physical Rehabilitation and am beyond impressed by the staff and the care I am receiving here. Humberto, my physiotherapist is awesome - he pays attention to detail, works hard on strengthening and restoring function, and is invested in your healing. He is polite, kind and never rushes you despite being super busy. Shout out to Julissa and George, who always welcome everyone with a smile and are super helpful. I have not personally been to the Jersey City clinic, but I have been treated by Humberto over the years whenever he's covered in the Elizabeth clinic and have had many pleasant interactions with Julissa in the front office as well. I came here for the Alter G and it’s the best thing I found for my leg recovery! I was fortunate to follow the recommendation of a colleague and come here to complete physical rehab. I have mainly been treated by Humberto. He is very patient ,knowledgeable, listens to any concerns and then treats accordingly with his PT expertise... I had a terrible lower back pain with residual effects down one of my legs. I'm not sure what I would've done without the care, physical therapy and results I've received here. The staff is caring, very professional, organized and the new space is well laid out and great! Comfortable and extremely clean. I would highly recommend them... Brian
