I
did
a
lot
of
research
before
decided
to
visit
this
clinic.
However,
I
didn't
look
up
the
Google
reviews
(my
fault).
So
far,
I
have
been
to
this
place
for
four
times.
I
have
met
the
nurse
practitioner
during
one
of
my
visits
and
Dr.
Hou
during
the
other.
And
the
3rd
time
was
with
the
ultrasound
technician.
I
would
say
overall
this
place
was
not
up
to
my
standards
and
I
am
on
the
fence
to
switch
to
another
the
provider
if
it's
not
for
Dr.
Hou
and
her
medical
assistant.
Dr.
Hou
was
professional
and
was
able
to
explain
my
medical
situation
to
me
clearly.
She
was
very
friendly
as
well.
I
would
love
to
have
a
doctor
like
herself
to
deliver
my
baby.
Yes,
5
stars
for
Dr.
Hou.
However
based
on
my
other
experience,
I
just
could
not
give
this
place
more
than
1
star.
1.
During
my
most
recent
visit
about
3
weeks
ago
on
a
Monday,
the
lady
at
the
reception
was
pretty
rude.
She
was
rushing
to
get
lunch
so
she
rushed
my
check-in.
And
right
before
she
put
on
her
jacket
and
went
for
lunch
which
was
more
than
30
minutes
past
my
scheduled
time,
I
asked
her
when
I
will
be
seen.
She
was
like
there
were
two
patients
ahead
of
me
and
gave
me
a
dirty
look
then
rushed
out.
2.
As
I
mentioned
in
point
#1,
I
had
to
wait
for
a
long
time
to
see
the
doctor
which
on
average
about
1
hour.
I
think
I
might
as
well
come
in
an
hour
later
next
time.
3.
The
check-out
process
was
a
disaster.
I
was
told
that
I
was
too
close
to
her
and
I
had
to
back
out.
And
I
asked
if
the
prescription
can
be
sent
to
CVS
Caremark.
It
has
been
twice
already
that
the
assistants
didn't
know
what
to
do.
One
of
them
even
told
me
that
it's
not
her
responsibility.
Only
one
person
in
the
office
was
able
to
help
and
knew
what
she
was
doing
but
she
wasn't
there
when
the
second
incident
happened.
This
had
never
happened
to
me
before
with
other
clinics
and
hospitals.
I
called
CVS
Caremark
and
ask
them
if
I
can
send
the
prescription
and
the
answer
was
no
which
has
to
come
from
the
doctor
directly.
4.
I
was
not
able
to
check
my
test
results
on
the
portal.
What
was
the
point
for
me
sign
up
an
account
if
everything
is
on
paper?
It's
2022
and
I
hate
waste
paper.
5.
The
nurse
practitioner
seemed
very
inexperienced.
During
my
first
visit,
she
made
mistakes
during
the
ultrasound
exam.
I
can
see
her
hands
were
shaking.
And
she
didn't
know
how
to
operate
the
machine.
"Luckily"
there
was
an
assistant
in
the
room
with
her
but
she
was
just
standing
there
and
watching
her
suffering
instead
of
proving
help.
I
thought
they
were
on
the
same
team.
6.
Before
my
2nd
visit
which
was
an
ultrasound
exam
session,
I
was
asked
to
drink
lots
of
water
and
wait.
I
told
the
technician
that
I
was
ready
but
because
she
was
on
a
personal
phone
call,
she
told
me
to
wait
another
10
minutes
to
fill
up
my
bladder.
I
was
like
I
would
pee
in
my
pants
if
I
wait
any
longer.
But
I
still
waited
patiently
for
her
to
finish
her
phone
call.
7.
I
am
not
sure
why
I
was
asked
the
same
medical
history
questions
for
both
of
my
visits.
Both
visits
were
only
3
weeks
apart.
I
saw
the
technician
entered
my
information
in
the
system
both
times.
It's
annoying
to
keep
repeating
myself.
8.
The
same
lady
at
the
reception
tried
to
charge
me
a
$50
copay
(glad
that
the
doctor's
assistant
stopped
her.)
and
charge
the
other
patient
the
same
(she
was
supposed
to
be
charged
for
$30).
9.
When
I
tried
to
call
the
office,
I
was
put
on
hold
for
more
than
an
hour
and
eventually
someone
hang
up
on
me.
Then
I
called
back
said
"you
hanged
up
on
me".
She
said
"yes,
I
did"
as
if
she
did
the
right
thing.
As
I
am
typing
out
this
review,
I
am
still
on
hold.
I
want
to
talk
to
them
so
I
can
transfer
my
record
to
a
new
doctor.
I
am
so
done
with
this
place.
Please
stay
away
from
this
place.
