Not
sure
if
you
need
a
coach?
You
might
find
something
you
didn’t
know
you
were
missing.
Starting
a
journey
can
often
be
overwhelming.
If
you’re
looking
to
make
a
change
in
your
life,
it
can
be
hard
especially
when
there
is
so
much
out
there.
Before
I
started
this
program,
I
was
very
unsure
of
what
I
could
do
again
as
a
new
and
working
mother.
I
knew
that
getting
back
into
fitness
was
something
I
wanted,
and
needed
but
I
wasn’t
getting
it
right.
I’ve
tried
previous
programs,
and
the
didn’t
stick.
A
few
weeks
into
this
process,
I
know
exactly
why.
I
lacked
the
guidance.
Having
a

will
change
the
way
you
see
your
own
ability
to
perform
in
the
gym.
It
takes
the
fear
factor
out
of
what
you
think
you
cannot
do.
It
takes
guess
work
out
of
the
equation.
You’re
not
guessing,
you
working
towards
building
yourself.

paced
manner.

You

to
be
willing
to
try.
Everyone
has

own
obstacles
to
face.

taking
ownership
of
your
obstacles
and
then
finding
the
guidance
to
get
through
them.

take
on
challenges
makes
you
stronger,
in
every
part
of
your
life.
