    This workout plan is no joke. When I first started, I thought to myself that there was no way that I could wake up Mon, Wed, and Fri at 6am to workout because I would not consider myself a morning person. But now I’ve been doing this for almost 2 months and I’ve never felt better. On the days that I don’t have morning class, Coach sends me workout plans through the portal which keep me motivated. I chose this program to help me prepare for my wedding in June and could not be happier. I have my first dress fitting this upcoming week and I’m so excited to see my progress while being in the dress. Coach really pushes me and keeps me accountable which I need. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to get back into a fitness routine and make healthier changes in their life to pick this program and Coach!

    For me, this program has been the best experience so far. Only few weeks into it, already feel so energetic n years younger. MEG is absolutely a very knowledgeable trainer and builds a custom routine for you. Started the exercise program due to knee pain. Now knee pain is gone, can walk up n down the stairs easy. Have more strength in arms n legs. Thanks coach Adam for helping me make the right decision towards better health.

    I started with Own Your Fitness (Adam) a couple of months back without any thought as referred by a friend. My biggest concerns from a fitness perspective was sticking to a routine and improving my overall stamina. Working with Adam in a steady pace from the beginning has made me confident of doing simple things (just carrying my 4 yr old weighing 45 pounds) up the stairs! The routines that are planned and executed are perfectly challenged and just when you think you are getting comfortable, he throws a little bit more to motivate yourself up. Overall, I m enjoying his workouts and will definitely recommend for folks looking to start somewhere on their fitness regime.

    Own your fitness is by far the best personal training experience. They have a small team but every one is amazing. The head strategist coach talked with me and discussed the deep issues with my weight loss and my lack of motivation. Given I am a beginner to strength training they helped me match with the right coach and she was able to coach me on zoom better than most trainers coach in person. Coach Anya was awesome! I have lost 12 lbs in just 5 weeks and toned up my gluteus, arms, and back fat in addition to having a flatter stomach. The best thing is they have something that helps busy parents and professionals in just 30 minutes. After finishing my 6 month cycle I am going to transition to their on lime portal where they upload personalized workout videos. I definitely recommend them. A special thanks to coach Adam shoe gave me the best strategy session and helped me work on mindset and my belief system. I owe you guys my life!

    I was searching for personal training to help me with the last stubborn lbs I gained during the pandemic. Rescheduling my wedding twice resulted in massive amounts of stress eating and left me without concern to weight gain. I was able to lose a good amount on my own however I eventually plateaued and wanted to ramp up my workout routine as my wedding date finally approached. Own Your Fitness is helping me reach my goals. After only three weeks of coaching, I’ve already noticed changes to the way my body looks. My arms and legs are more toned and my midsection has slimmed down. Coach Adam will keep you disciplined and hold you accountable all the while listening to you and how your body feels so you don’t injure yourself. He’s taught me proper exercise techniques and helped me build my strength in such a short amount of time and for that I am grateful. Highly recommend to any brides looking to get fit and feel their best on their wedding day!

    Coach Adam really took the time to listen and understand my goals in order to effectively create a workout plan for me. After our initial consultation I was nervous — my nerves quickly went away after my first session where I was encouraged to do my best without becoming overwhelmed. My goal was to “get over the hump” to get back to a consistent workout schedule — we set a 4 month timeline for this. After only two months, I am fully into a workout routine, feeing much stronger and enjoying my workouts ! I highly recommend Coach to anyone who is struggling to get back to the gym & intimidated by the thought of personal training !! Thanks Coach !!!

    Coach Adam is professional. After understanding my personal case which could not do heavy work outs for knees and ankles, he tailored the customized training plan for me. So far did lose 20lbs with 7 weeks by following the schedule and did not face any body pains because of it. Will def recommend Coach Adam to everyone who is interested in losing weight and build muscles.

    Own your fitness is one of the best personal Training experience! Within 4 weeks j was already doing pushups and doing perfect core workouts. I have lost belly fat and built muscle- even working out on zoom the way they do their push-ups will build more muscle that working out on your own gym- the head coach gave me a strategy session and during strategy session he fixed my form taught me what I am doing wrong and also trained me on my mindset. Holding me accountable as I am a busy parent and I need quick 30 minute workout. Definitely one of the best

    Coach Adam has been exceptional! He really cares about his trainees to understand their strengths and weaknesses, talking through how each exercise will help and the muscles being exercised. He is always motivating and has great tips on how to keep up with the workouts. OYF is a great investment if you're looking to get fit and healthier.

    Reached out to Coach Adam after going through a tough time in my personal life and after years of neglecting my personal fitness, diet and mental health. His structured program has been instrumental in helping me improve my body and mental health. I would encourage anyone that is serious about making a positive change in their life to seek out Coach Adam's help. Not only is he willing to help, but he cares about doing right by his clients.     Great experience training with Coach Adam! He manages to motivate without being pushy--although he'll certainly get you to push yourself without pushing yourself too hard. I was recovering from a back injury when I first started working with him and was amazed at how much we were able to do to strengthen my back (I'm now pain-free!) while also meeting my primary fitness goals of losing weight and getting into better shape. Don't think of hiring Coach as spending money. Think of it as investing in yourself!

    Coach Adam is exceptional. His incisive thoughts and honesty make him a thorough professional. The best part is that he helps you set realistic goals and trusts you in the process, impelling you to automatically put that extra effort into bettering yourself. He is very patient, caring, and understanding, so if you'd like to have a fitness mentor, then he is the one. If you wish to have a disciplined and fit lifestyle but are ignorant or skeptical about the approach, I'd recommend that you collaborate with Coach Adam to see positive results.

    Five stars!! I have gained a lot of weight over the years due to stress eating and an overall unhealthy lifestyle. Tried a few trainers before this, but they weren’t really able to help motivate me. Coach Adam is really good at motivating me and holding me accountable. For the first time in years, i’ve started eating healthy. And I’m seeing the number in the scale reduce - something i never thought was possible after all the years of being unhealthy. If I can do it, pretty much anyone can!! Try out Own Your Fitness - don’t hesitate!!

    I have been working with Adam for more than 8 months and he has exceeded my expectations. He is extremely responsive and knowledgable to really help you transform your lifestyle and body to however you deem fit.     I worked with coach Adam and Anya for 6 months post-partum. They helped me reach my fitness goals in this time and built a customized plan based on needs and starting level. Both were extremely supportive throughout this process and I appreciated the regular check ins and additional guidance around my workout and meal plans.     Excellent coaching by coach Adam, M really struggling with my current form. I can feel difference while doing squats. Classes are held in zoom and I have found them very useful. Also, Adam was very punctual about times and all classes begin at the time we discussed. Hes one of the best and experienced coach out there.

    The coach has been amazing. I was initially skeptical about the virtual format. But he has been very attentive to form and ensuring the biomechanics are correct. An added bonus is my son is still asleep in his (or my) bed and I get in a quality workout. I have been training for over six months and the change in my strength is remarkable. Also, although waking up at 5:15am to get in a morning workout is not fun, I always feel better and likely make better choices for my physical health throughout the day/week because of my commitment to myself. Just join with them. You won’t regret it.

    I have been training (both in group classes as well as 1-1 )with Coach Adam at Own your fitness for the past 2 months . The classes are held on Zoom and I have found them to be very useful. Coach Adam pays a great amount of individual attention to form while doing the exercises and progressively builds up your fitness . As someone who has been off gym for almost a year due to the pandemic, I found this to be very be beneficial . Adam is very prompt about class timings and all the classes begin exactly at the stipulated time . Finally , Adam is friendly and easy to get along with. Overall, I highly recommend this business.

    One of the best personal training experiences in jersey city and online. My knee was a severe issue and I had gained weight due to it. Own your fitness from the time of the strategy session to the time of the 3 month knee rehab process I was happy every session. We did sessions on zoom and it was better then some other trainers I had previously worked with in person. Very knowledgeable trainers and coaches and also very experienced with dealing with all levels of fitness. Highly recommend own your fitness for your personal training needs.

    I was very determined to improve my health and reached out to Own Your Fitness to help kickstart my journey and set me up for success. Very happy to share that over these first two months, I’ve lost 10 pounds, alleviated knee and back pain, and improved my mood and energy levels! The home workout program is easy to incorporate into my life and I developed a high level of consistency that I hadn’t had in over 10 years.

    Coach Adam is a fantastic personal trainer, his strength training ability om zoom and life coaching skills is amazing! So much experience in fitness coaching and mindset, his zoom sessions are better then in person coaching sessions, his team mate is amazing personal trainer for post natal and bridal fitness.

    I have been suffering with high blood pressure for a long time and have tried different workouts to help reduce it with no results. After the initial strategy session with Coach Adam from Own Your Fitness, he explained exactly what the reasons and blind spots are. After the original assessment/diagnosis, he customized exercises and how someone at my level should do them. Thankfully, I am now able to do pushups and lunges and so be consistent with them during the week. He checks in with me regularly and keeps progressing me for my strength training. He also recommends tips on how to slowly improve my nutrition. I was never able to do this before. My blood pressure was low for the first time, and it's only been 3 weeks! I've also lost 3 lbs and feel so much stronger. I am looking forward to more results.

    I was determined to gain some healthy weight and build strength after struggling with body image issues due to being skinny my whole life. I had tried different workouts in the past but didn’t see much of a difference. That’s when I reached out to Coach Adam and he corrected my form, created a personalized workout plan for my body type, provided nutrition guidelines and did mindset training.     I'm a 50 year old Dad that had fallen out of shape and was struggling to find a way to get back into an exercise routine after many years of neglecting my health. I found Coach Adam on Google and his program seemed to fit my needs. After a few months, things are off to a great start! Coach Adam did an initial diagnosis and tailored a program specifically for my needs and sensitive to my past injury history. He did a great job of providing the structure I needed to keep on track and avoid excuses to keep delaying things. I feel much better, look a bit better, feel stronger, and am looking very forward to continued progress with OYF! Highly recommended for anyone in a similar situation looking to start a sensible exercise program that fits into a busy schedule.

    Since I started working out with Adam, I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my form and strength. I can do push-ups and lower all the way to the floor now, which I couldn’t when I started. I can do many more single leg squats… Very happy to have found Adam and his program.

    Adam is a great fitness coach. I attended his HIIT classes several times a week and improved my fitness tremendously in various aspects such as Push-ups, Planks, Squats, Burpees, etc. Adam is very technical and would coach each student to their ability. I have benefited from his coarching, and can recommend him highly.

    Book your sessions with Coach Adam as soon as possible! He is great! He really takes the time to do a personal assessment of your strengths and weaknesses before beginning your workout regime. It’s been 2 months so far, and I’ve never felt stronger than I do now. We started off with body weights so I can build my strength and now that I’ve progressed onto actual weights, even though the workouts get more challenging as the weeks go by, I’m starting to see actual results! He also will work around your schedule and all you need is 30-40 mins, which is great for someone like me who is constantly working and needing to find time. Working out via his format has led me to be healthier and happier. I can’t wait to see what my results will be like towards the end of the program, and take what I’ve learned to carry on my fitness journey!

    Not sure if you need a coach? You might find something you didn’t know you were missing. Starting a journey can often be overwhelming. If you’re looking to make a change in your life, it can be hard especially when there is so much out there. Before I started this program, I was very unsure of what I could do again as a new and working mother. I knew that getting back into fitness was something I wanted, and needed but I wasn’t getting it right. I’ve tried previous programs, and the didn’t stick. A few weeks into this process, I know exactly why. I lacked the guidance. Having a coach will change the way you see your own ability to perform in the gym. It takes the fear factor out of what you think you cannot do. It takes guess work out of the equation. You’re not guessing, you working towards building yourself. In a paced manner. If you’re looking for a program to actually help you with your body and mindset, talk to Coach Adam. Not only is he very well experienced, he can very well show you how to improve yourself in very little time. If you make the time, you can achieve a lot with this program. It doesn’t take a long time to feel the difference or to build a mind muscle connection. You just have to be willing to try. Everyone has their own obstacles to face. It starts with taking ownership of your obstacles and then finding the guidance to get through them. Choosing to take on challenges makes you stronger, in every part of your life.

    I have been training with Coach Adam for over 2 months now and have to say that both workout and diet plans are easy to follow and deliver results. There are weekly catchups and the coach is available on chat for all and everything you want to ask. I also really appreciate that it is more of a lifestyle change than just a 2 month lose all plan. If you are struggling with being consistent, staying motivated and get fitter, definitely sign up.
