    Dennis is a great personal trainer as he would focus on the precision of your gesture and at the same time challenge you to constantly try harder and become a better self. The boxing sessions are amazing too, I feel both mentally and physically stronger.

    I started training with Denis about 5 months ago and it’s been nothing short of a great experience. After just a few sessions I felt stronger, excited to be working out again, and confident with my body. He is a knowledgeable instructor with a lot of patience. Also, he is very accommodating and easy to schedule with. I work an inconsistent schedule and Denis has always been able to work with that. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

    My wife and I have been coming to see Dennis for a year now and we're extremely pleased with the improvement we've had thanks to him. Dennis inspires by teaching and living the values of a healthy lifestyle, including all aspects from nutrition to exercise. His energy and attitude are infectious, and he is a superb motivator for all fitness levels. He makes exercise fun with individual attention and a systematic approach tailored to progressively challenge you.

    Dennis is a trainer who will work with to get to your goals and will work with your schedule, even offering to do two sessions a day if you have the stamina to go ahead with it. I have been working with him for the last three months and my body is stronger and fitter. He will customize his workout plans including boxing sessions per your body type which is great. So far, I have lost 12 pounds and many inches. The difference is more visible to the eye than on the scale. He follows up persistently on your diet to make sure you don’t falter and will work with you to create a new fitness lifestyle for you. I highly recommend!

    I have been taking private sessions with Dennis for quite some time now. He is a great trainer. His attention to detail is admirable. He won’t let you do a power exercise without making sure you mastered a form. I learned a lot from him — not only about sports, but also about healthy lifestyle. He is always professional, positive, but never cuts you a slack. I can say that because of private sessions I was able to achieve good result: I lost a lot of weight, my body is strong and sculpted, my self esteem is up. Training with a coach is pricey, but worth every penny.

    Great atmosphere to work out in, the training staff is very educated and seems to have optimized the classes for great results too. I’ve noticed my energy levels are higher than ever and the focus on endurance and functional movements has improved many areas of my life besides just looking more fit. All skill levels benefit from the classes and it has a very nice welcoming community vibe as well.

    Dennis is the best! I joined JC HIIT Club in Dec 2021 to prepare for my May 2022 wedding and never looked back. His 1:1 approach helped me achieve my goals in our 6 months together. I highly recommend him for short term or long term fitness goals that anyone may have.

    I lost 50 pounds in 7 months I feel amazing look amazing and will never allow myself to go back to my old lifestyle. Personal Training is definitely the way to go 3 days a week worked for me my whole life is totally different now and my wife is a happy camper because of my results.

    A motivating and intelligent trainer, along with friendly participants, make for an awesome atmosphere. Great for all levels of fitness from newbies to experienced athletes. 10/10 recommend!

    After coming to HIIT I am beginning to realize my full potential strength. I like the emphasis on proper form so I can incorporate breathing as well as overcoming my mind. I didn't realize how strong I am. And that my growth and strength "journey" are up to me. Using my own body weight is challenging yet rewarding. I also appreciate the stretching after such an intense workout which is necessary to relieve the body. This is truly a hidden gem that more folks in Jersey City should be aware of. I've tried local gyms, Orange Theory, but nothing has had me so pumped or ready to face my day as this intense program which I am also practicing on my own eager for my next class. Mind over matter!!!!!

    Best way to workout hands down. Having a trainer and a small group of people around definitely helps with motivation. I get super sweaty and feel my muscles working. The unlimited pass is worth it for sure!

    My experience here with Dennis is amazing. I came working out here around 2.5 months ago and I’m already seeing results. But more importantly, the way that Dennis arrange the work out sessions make it so enjoyable that it’s easy to follow a consistent workout routine. During the past 2 months I’ve growled from dreading the workout session to really enjoying the time and looking forward to coming back. Dennis also keeps checking me to eat healthy. He is very encouraging and he would always encourage me to be confident, not just in the workout but in every aspects of the daily life.

    My husband and I have been training with Dennis for over a year now. The level of training you receive goes beyond simply improving your strength. He provides all encompassing coaching including healthy eating and other daily changes. He’s a great instructor and very knowledgeable. Anyone would benefit from working with him.
