I was pepper sprayed Here and nothing was done when everyone began coughing cause of some pepper bomb that someone threw in the store. It felt like it took an hour until security decided to close the store for the rest of the day. And the staff was also forced to be inside. Clothing wise, if you want your basics and good jeans go ahead.

I really love the teenage, early 20's looks this store has. Has a great set of cute clothes. Its absolutely my favorite store. It can be a bit pricey but its definitely worth it. Clothes that make you feel good and look good!

The old beach look of the store was my favorite. The new look is great but the old look felt like entering a different world. Still a great store with good selections.

Great customer service! Hollister has really changed for the better

Most of the clothes you can find here are very good, the customer service was quick to attend to me, store is mostly clean and dressrooms are clean, lighting is fine and doesn't annoy you when looking at something and there are chairs in dressers, inside in some places and out so you can sit waiting, overall it was good.

NICE improvement about sizes and designs protocol of health check

It is ok, but it is time to change the style! I think that Hollister can do better, just turn the style around. Change or die! I have a lot of ideas about how to improve it!

Great and clean Hollister inside Newport mall. The store is very big and has a wide variety of clothes. I would recommend going here if you love Hollister or just looking for clothes in general. The clothes are mostly for teenagers and young adults.

Exellent customer service . Karif most def had helped me out and was very patient with all my questions. Not only is the store great but now im 100% sure that the employees are as well. Thank you very much

Experience was terrible everytime I go in there some employee follows me as if I'm going to steal something, so for that reason I barely go in the store, today I decided to go in for flannels, I didn't find any so on my way out the store I picked up a body spray to smell it, minutes later this guy I believe his name is "Mike" says he works for hollister comes up to me pressuring me to give him a body spray that I was falsely accused of stealing
