I bought a iced latte with no ice, and you can see, I just got a half bottle of latte. The clerk was very impatient and told me that no ice only had half bottle. I don’t want to give even one star but there isn’t this option.

I used to go here every morning, but the service has declined dramatically. Placed an order via mobile app like I normally do, but when I got to the store, not only was my drink not ready, they served every single other person in the store before even attempting to start making my drink. When I asked nicely why my drink was last, they said “first come, first serve” even though my order number was 298 and they were making drinks with order number 338. The worst part was that they were not apologetic and gave me major attitude. Not great.

Worst Latte everrrr!!!!! They focus on getting you out of the store rather than taking time to perfect the craft. And there's still a wait!!!!

Great service! I come here every day for coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Some of the same familiar faces still work here! Arely always greets you with a warm welcome on register, and Matthew I believe his name was always makes my coffee very fast! Great service, cannot really complain and is relatively clean! 🙌🏼

Wow! Super fast AND it was exciting to see some policeman eating donuts. Not sure why but that made my kids super happy 😂😂

Went to order, and Norwan looked like she didn't want to take order. Also, I told her to give me 2 coffees and she gave me one. I'm not happy with her customer service.

Stale croissants. Every other Dunkin donuts I've been to has fresher croissants.

This is my favorite Dunkin! The staff are very friendly. I only go for the coffee and they remember my order.

I'm rating this as the worst dunkin in all of New Jersey. Everyday its always dirty and the remote orders are always wrong or never completed. Today, the employees ignored three customers to yell at one another. It's awful. Go to the great dunkin in exchange place.

The lady Reyna is very rude and disrespectful I don't even know why she is allowed to work with customers

I recently stopped by Dunkin to have a cup of joe and needless to say this location leaves a lot to be desired, firstly why does a supposedly fresh cup of coffee taste like its been sitting out for two weeks, and not to mention the establishment in general looks unkempt and unsanitary, needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

I love going to Dunkin' for lunch or breakfast too. They have a good selection of donuts and breakfast sandwiches. The best part are the coupons they offer.

Busy but the service is so fast. I order online and pickup so I don’t have to wait long. They make my coffee as per my online customizations.

Today, 5/13/21 at 7:35p. I stopped in to grab a Coolata on my way home. As I greeted the cashier, he rolled his eyes and said nothing. He took my order, rang me up, and gave me my drink w/o saying one word. That's POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Train your staff to be kind to your customers, Dunkin Donuts!

Terrible and the new ppl need to get fired and replaced. This is ridiculous. I waited over an hour and got the order wrong 4 times and then when I got home guess what the order was wrong again. Stay away from these guys, they are thiefs!!

The prices are pretty competitive compared to other competitors. The service is good. And is located just beside Grove Street.

They don't let you use bathrooms but they take your money look for a local place with decent values
