This place is good if you would like to stop for donuts or coffee. They have free parking and its on main road and clearly visible. They accept cards and nice amd friendly staff. Restrooms are only for customers and they have strict sitting policy. You can stay for 20 mins only, you will find the notice on the walls

Um.... yeah my coffee is missing but my flavors are there. This is the 3rd time I'm either missing a drink, the drink comes in missing something or the food is missing so I had to write a review. This time around they got my Frozen coffee's flavor (hazelnut) and the oat milk right, oh and the ice too! But they forgot the coffee part. All I got was a white iced drink that tasted like oatmilk... no worries though 'cause I had to make my own coffee that I paid Dunkin Donuts for.

Staff could be a little quicker serving orders in the afternoon. Mornings are no problem since the manager on site runs a tight ship. Snug parking can be a little tight to get out of, but just be wary for the afternoon shift workers having their buddies hanging out by the counters when it’s slow. No need to micromanage them, but they could be a bit more prompt with orders in the afternoon.

Got my coffee and it looked like the cream had expired(there were flakes of the cream floating on the surface) . I went back and told them to make it again. I made a request to them to not put any expired cream and one of the guys working told me that they use cheap quality cream. I dont think im gonna come back here. Dunkin Donuts should look into their stores and make sure their coffees are safe and fresh for people to drink daily

I thought the purpose of pumpkin spice coffee is supposed to taste like pumpkin ? And this is not the only location that just gives you plain ice coffee With whipcream and cinnamon on top

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Whenever i go in, the employes makes me feel uncomfortable. I used to go there everyday, but now i only i go there when i actually need coffee or don't have time to get coffee anywhere else. Worst staff

Bad customer service. Bad attitude They don't know or don't care about their job, if you're not paying attention they will mess your order up . The bathroom is for employees only. It gets busy during breakfast and lunch hours. Its busy because of the workers and commuters who spend their hard earned money, thus keeping them in business. You would be doing us all a favor if you hired or retrained better employees.

The service here is not bad. BUT the standard coffee has no flavor. The owners must be bad people or cheap because they are always hiring. Nobody wants a job here.

Great staff, always very attentive and make sure your order is made correct the first time. Ginie is always very friendly at the register and makes sure she gets down your order correctly. Jennifer always has a smile under her mask when she’s serving you your coffee along with the gentlemen in the back that make the food! Very good location and is very clean as well!

Don’t come here for a coffee and think you can go take a walk with it. They will tow your car if you are gone for more than a half hour. Absolutely ridiculous

I told the manager I was not spending my money there anymore and he said "that's ok." So there! I'm done with this dunkin. Maybe I'm moving on to Starbucks. At least they have much, much better customer service.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was quite disappointed with my experience. The service was slow and inefficient, with long wait times and disinterested staff members. The donuts themselves were stale and lacked flavor, leaving me unsatisfied with my purchase. Additionally, the coffee was lukewarm and tasted watered down, failing to meet my expectations. The overall atmosphere of the establishment was dull and uninviting, making it an unpleasant place to spend time. I would not recommend Dunkin' Donuts based on my underwhelming visit.The manger and staff needs to be fired ASAP! From now on I will be going to Starbucks!!!

Old reliable! This place is always well stocked and well staffed. Sometimes it’s really crowded inside with nowhere to sit but the food and drinks are always made well and quickly.

Nice store. Very fast in prepping your mobile orders. Sometimes inconsistent in the way they make your beverage so there is some training required I guess. Store manager wasn’t there on weekend when I wanted to discuss some issue with my order. All in all it’s a great store I order coffee from frequently

One of my favorite Dunkin' locations by far, and I've been to quite a number of them across the country. I love to stop by whenever I'm passing through journal square. My local store can't even hold a candle to this location, it's always clean, the staff are friendly and quick, and the drinks/food tastes good. What more do you need? A shame I have to come from the city out here to jersey, but I'll remain a loyal customer regardless of how infrequent my visits may be.

Although it stays busy most of the day, it's one of the best staffed Dunkin Donuts in the area. They don't prohibit anyone from using their restroom which is a +. I find it helpful if you are looking to catch your breath and maybe get on Zoom real fast ⏩

I Go to this DD about 2 to 4 times a week. My daily source of coffee throughout the work week. Service is great, coffee is fresh, and staff are friendly. I had an occasion where my coffee was not made correctly as it said on the cup. I didn't check and by the time I did I was already on my way. Upset over it I called the location to see if I can return or have the Coffee replaced. I spoke with Pete and explained my problem/ issue. I was surprised and over taken by The hospitality given by him. I did not expect anything of the phone call just a possibility of replacing or fixing my coffee. But, in return was a free coffee. Now this review is not because of the free coffee. This review was due to the service provided and how Pete went out his way to satisfy a customer/ customers. It was in a manner that now a days we don't see anymore. Thank you Pete! For changing my day!

Pretty comfortably located, near the Journal Square path station. Service is fast. Got some assorted donuts , a egg and cheese croissant and coffee. Coffee and donuts were good, but croissant was really sad.

The best dunkin in journal square without a doubt, every one that works there is super nice and friendly, you can always get your order very fast and it's open from 5am till 7 most days and some day the close at 11:30 which makes it easy to get those late night ice coffee runs, they also have parking which makes it extra valuable especially around the journal square are, and they're right next to the path station and bus station so you van grab a quick drink before heading out, over all, nice location, nice staff, nice amenities

This Dunkin Donuts is best in the journal square area, they make everything to your liking and always carry great vibes! Highly recommend matcha iced latte

I come to this location regularly because it’s one of the cleanest. However, your cashier today is not wearing a mask and claims it’s because she is vaccinated. Please DD, take more responsibility to prevent your customers and other staff from getting sick. Vaccinated people can contract the virus too. Please inform your staff. Thanks! Update as of 8.17.21 at noon - another employee in glasses is not wearing a mask. I’m unsure what the misunderstanding is. I will be adding images moving forward. 9.8.21 update: just spoke to corporate and they confirmed that they have issued a new policy that does NOT require all of their employees to wear a mask.Be safe out here everyone. The corporations will always choose profit over life.
