Nice staff always professional friendly girls work there I love itI go in there every day for my coffee I live down the street I look forward my favorite lattes iced and hot coffee in the Winter

The staff here constantly changes but nonetheless they are always courteous and attentive. Replace the ovens though, they're the only things that haven't changed in years.

This Duncan donuts is the best one I've ever gone to , all of the employees in there are all phenomenal, the managers are so efficient and helpful every single time, always have a positive attitude, so pleasant to go in there

It's Dunkin donuts. They have a self-serve kiosk but it's hidden to the left of the door as you come in.

My local Dunkin! They've always served me quickly even when they get tons of mobile orders from the hospital workers across the street. Just wish it was a drive thru too, but it's Jersey City so can't complain too much bout that.

I walk in and see the cashier putting on gloves facing the food prep station but his mask is pulled down under his chin. He’s having a full on conversation with the woman prepping food. She’s wearing her mask. He’s not.

I been coming to this establishment for years bc my Doctor is across the street, and the service is usually great, but today was different while I was talking to one of the employees undecided about my order, another employee name (annie) came and removed all the change from the cup I think is for donations, like I was going to steal or something. I asked the male employee that I was speaking to first why she did that,he shook his head surprise and said Idk. I think that was sooo unexceptable , and I wanna make a complaint.

Me and my wife went to have coffee and desserts. There was a person in the restroom who was screaming and carrying on for 15minutes. When he came out, we was a large Male who was totally on drugs. He was soaking wet. And had no idea we he was. We asked the employees to call the police. They handled themselves. We really felt our lives were endangered, when he came out. We will take this to corparate, this was not handled properly, and put many customers lives in danger. Maybe Dunkin Donuts doesn't want bad publicity, but in this case, they jeopardize our lives. The man had totally destroyed the restroom, at which point they had to close the restroom. We will no longer go back to this establishment.
