Someone mentioned earlier but I say again. Never seen any other dunkin like this, if you walk in you are not acknowledged until they're bored of you waiting there. No hello no nothing, what you want, how many that's customer service. When you order is ready they throw it without even calling your name or number. I've never rated any other Dunkin 1 star.

Rat infested don't ever go there if you don't want to die

I ordered my food and waited for my order. Obviously I want my food because I ordered it and I finally hear the Indian dude making the sandwiches call my number. When I walked over to get my sandwich he holds my sandwiches hostage with an attitude saying “how many times have I called your number.” I told this him i don’t know this was the first time I heard it as if I needed to justify myself to him. I’ve had better customer service from Walmart.

If you walk in instead of using the drive thru, you are screwed, they won't acknowledge you. When they do, they will ignore what you ask for, i asked for a hot dark roast i got a barely warm regular coffee with a gallon of milk.

Service here can be a bit slow but the staff are so friendly. Fresh products always too

So I'm trying to place my order I told him four times I want my bacon burned it couldn't be any more not how hard is it to overcook the bacon like I asked

They clearly have no idea how to properly make signature drinks. Ask for a signature latte and they'll just give you regular coffee with milk. You tell them this is wrong and they'll persist in telling you "sir, that's the signature latte". While other places make it differently and tastes differently. It's not even a one time mistake, it happens everytime. Shame this is the only Dunkin donuts by my job. It's so maddening!

I go to this Dunkin almost everyday and it is great. Always have quality products and prompt service.

Stopped in and grabbed some coffee to perk up. Traffic into the Holland Tunnel is crawling and making me tired. I need a driver. Easy stop, pull in and park and go inside, or use the drive thru. They're pretty fast.

My boyfriend and I regularly attend their location . The employees are always welcoming, attentive and familiar with our usual order. The manager is amazing as well and last time we were there he surprised us with a gift card being one of the firsts for the day to order through the app. We appreciate everyone’s service at this location and they make our morning commute brighter every day.

Most disgusting bathrooms i have ever seen. I would have not even stopped here if there was another option I knew of. The only reason for 3 stars is that the dunkin donuts counter staff was very nice and service was fast and accurate.

Rude. I watched the workers clean the table then proceed to make my bacon egg and cheese with the same gloves on. Nasty. Would not recommend this establishment is not getting my money again

If I could give 0 star I would, manager was so rude and my vanilla chai tea was cold and tasted awful. I will NEVER come her again. I asked them to fix my tea and they said no I’m just disgusted and very disappointed

They’ll open and use the previous days leftover coffee. Better off going the extra mile to Dunkin’ on jersey ave. Cleanliness is not a priority here.

Iced Hazelnut coffee was weak. Went back to add more hazelnut and it was still weak, too much cream. Nasty. This was the worst I've ever had made. Smh
