The chicken itself was good but the mashed potatoes were in the stirofoam so long it had pores. The Cole slaw was okay, a bit slimy. They were quick to get the food out, however.

I have been living in Jersey City for around 6 months and I've gone to this restaurant several times. me and my husband order entire meals worth of food and the owners continuously 'FORGET' to give us certain items that we've paid for. a piece of chicken here, a can of soda there, coleslaw, etc. I don't understand how you can rob customers that support you almost weekly. owner will call you a thief if you try to correct him on his mistakes. better off getting Chinese from down the block

Any chicken spots in Jersey city do not make sure that your potatoes wedges are fully cooked, it's always the bigger ones are never fully cooked, I have too start making sure that they are done before i leave the restaurant .🤨

They don't treat everyone the same spicily if you're from the neighborhood

I love this restaurant. They cook very tasty, but also quickly, although the prices are reasonable. 2 pizzas and a milkshake brought in 10 minutes. Also, one of the pluses is that it is located 5 minutes from the station. Very worthy institution! Delicious food and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend trying pizza. A good place for b-day celebrations: big hall, music, tasty, nice staff, comfortable, calm, clean. In general, I recommend it to everyone!

Haven't been there in a number of years but they made great hamburgers and were always open late in case one developed a case of the munchies after hours... better than White Castle...

It was nasty as usual but when you smoke weed it's okay. But not a everyday choice we cook most of the time.

Delicious fried chicken at affordable prices. The cole slaw is amazing.

It's a small little spot, quick grab and go, no dining area, but.. the food is pretty good and decent prices, especially tge combo meals, Fried Chicken and Fish sandwiches, and the coleslaw are my favorite😋.

Good food every time I visit.. I'm from out of town and when I pull up, it's in a semi truck which there's limited parking for my rig but I find a way to make it in cuz the food is that good, and nicely priced

Staff was friendly, my friend had a small cut and asked for a bandaid and they had no issue providing her with one.

I love the garlicky, spicy and unique fragrance of their chicken. It's made fresh while waiting, and it's not. Greasy . Perhaps, they bake it. Of course, everyone had to wear a. Facemask and social distance in the store. Good job Goldy. Thank you.

As good of a hood chicken spot as you'll find. Unlike the others, their fried chicken is almost always fresh and juicy.
