Loyal 5guys fan. I would bite into their burgers any day. But for some reason fries at this location are terrible. Consistently they taste as if they came out of the freezer. My fries were uncooked and cold, not the waiting in a bag for hours cold, the freezer kind. Just want some good cooked fries from this place. :(

2 employees were nice however this one 3rd female was very rude & obnoxious telling me that I took too many napkins for one person really. She has psychological issues and the owner needs to either get rid of her or retrain her.

Ran in to use the restroom after a long drive in from NYC, was told I needed to make a purchase. I don’t understand how in 2022 stores are still wanting ppl to make a purchase first to use their restrooms! Do better 5 Guys!!

The food is on point just like any other five guys grease bomb burger. It took awhile to get out food. Obviously it’s fresh but it took a while and we were the beginning of the lunch rush we were walking out of there 20 mins after we ordered. Next time I’ll order ahead. Everybody was really friendly and the place was clean.

Food was amazing fast pace team & very much respect! I love coming here! Only thing is I am not sure if the air conditioning is turn on or not but it’s very much hot. I can tell that the employees were sweating.

I ordered a doordash delivery from here and the order was incorrect. The doordash rep told me to call 5 Guys. When I called 5 guys, the manager told me he had prepared the order himself and it was complete. I was later told by 5 guys corporate that door dash is responsible for preparing the order, which is confusing since the manager stated that he prepared it. When I told the manager that the yellow receipt stapled to the bag showed only a hamburger and did not include the ordered fries, he told me to come pick them up, which is ridiculous because I wouldn't have ordered delivery if I was available to pick it up. The manager was rude and argumentative even after I told him I would text or email the yellow receipt showing that the fries were not included. I can't comment on the food but the manager is a horrible example for his employees and I do not recommend anyone ordering from them unless you pick it up yourself and check the bag before you leave because it's definitely your problem, not theirs.

I enjoy this Five Guys location. It is clean and the workers are professional and quick. The tables and the restroom are clean. Nice experience every time for me.

New 5 guys burger. Clean restaurant great burger as always. Easy to find parking. Great customer service. I love the location. Food always tastes great no matter which 5 guys I go to.

Amazing experience ! The staff was so friendly and caring and the food was much better than I expected it would be for a fast food. They even specify where the meat comes from and the fries were hand cut. Honestly exceeded my expectations 👍

Best burgers in town. Bit on the pricey side but worth it.

Ordered 1 burger and it was missing half the toppings I ordered which were clearly printed on the ticket.. pretty sad how little care there was do the bare minimum.

No lie, I've have been to many Five Guys. This one is by far the best. The food was on point all 3 times. The right fry pop amount and the service was excellent. One of the 3 times. I went before closing, and they didn't complain or cut corners. Those guys don't miss!

I like it was my first time buy it was good love the milkshake

The staff was soooo nice and the food was good. The only thing is that I ordered what I thought was a veggie burger with cheese, but it was really grilled vegetables covered in cheese...it was still alright, just super messy. Aside from that, the insane amount of fries and the chocolate milkshake made me immensely happy.

They have the BEST buck for your money. I love that you can pile on the extras without .50c here a dollar there. And the fries are the bomb, a small is a large to me. Service and staff was great. Even came around and asked was everything OK 👍🏼

It's a little pricey for burgers and fries, but the food is good, and the staff works well and efficiently. Haven't seen this place packed or have to wait long for my order. Free peanuts

Good as the day they opened and, we come here at least 2 a month, my kids would come more if I allowed it...lol Enjoy

Been twice and they got the orders wrong both times. It's really not that hard - the details are in their order slip. Doesn't happen at our local 5 Guys in Rockaway, NJ. + I hate they ask for a tip BEFORE the food comes.

Five Guys always tastes the same, but the wait at this location is reallllllllllllyyyy long. Should also tidy up the place as well

I ordered through Uber Eats. My daughter who is very picky only eats plain BLT's. Her entire sandwich was missing from the order that included three fries and two burgers. When I called the store, the line was left open while I was put on hold and I heard the discussion in the store about complaints before I was out fully on hold. When someone returned to the line, they claim to be the one to have put that order together personally and it left in the bag and claimed the Uber driver with a four start rating took JUST the plain BLT out of the bag and that there was nothing they could do. The blatant disregard for customer service and accommodating an obvious oversight on THEIR part was abhorrent. Great way to treat hardworking families trying to support local businesses

Five Guys is one of the best burger places but the most expensive to eat. This location is near a busy intersection so to pick up is fine but to park and dine in cane be annoying. Employees were nice and very helpful and my food came out fast and tastey delicious. Problem I would say about 5 Guys is their prices. Way too expensive to justify eating here often.

Great experience almost always. I do wish they had egg and different cheeses. Then it would truly be 5 star.

Burgers are delicious as well as the fries!! May take a bit more time than any other fast food Place but the food and meat is fresher and tastier!! Friendly staff!

food was great. reasonable wait for the amount of food I ordered. They got all 8 orders right.Their server Jeff was very courteous and always worked with a smile to all the customers he dealt with the time I was there. Great service and great burgers
