Don't believe negative reviews below they are just fobs who don't common sense. I have been using this jeweler for 10 years, they have best quality gold, and also buy gold. I went to 6 different stores who barley gave me decent amount for my gold, this jeweler gave me good amount. Vanita is a kind soul and very resepectful individual. I highly recommend this hidden gem store!

The staff is very friendly! When I walked into the store, they helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also have a really nice selection; the latest models! I looked around other stores in the same street but I found Vanita Jewelers to have the best prices, amazing staff, and awesome selection! Absolutely the best Jewelry store I've been to by far. They've displayed excellent customer service and a really interesting inventory. When it comes to Jewelry I can be very picky, but the staff showed me that I can get exactly what I pictured in my head and better for no extra charges. After my own experience with them I know now what kind of quality jewelry my money can buy. I literally got a great lesson in jewelry and will be buying from them again in the future. We 2 earrings from here and we got 14k earrings in the price of 22k.. it’s our bad we trust the sweet lady and did not check the 916 mark..

No star is more appropriate, boyfriend bought expensive earrings in pearl and yellow gold (which I didn't like) which are fairly big. Lady was not helpful at all in finding me something else suitable, kept showing more yellow gold. She offered to dip in white gold then backtracked and said dipping 22 carat will cause it to go blackish. She could find me no example of what this could look like. Then she said I should sell the earrings to my mum, what kind of response it that. Shabby half filled store, outdated and extremely bad customer service. Take your business elsewhere
