The breakfast experience was extremely disappointing because the staff provided a half-hearted service. The attendant mentioned that they only purchase "tetra packs" of juice based on customer orders and refused to provide more than one glass. The breakfast options were limited and questionable, as they only informed guests about 2-3 dishes that were either easy to prepare or pre-prepared. The complete breakfast spread was not displayed, which made the situation even more dubious. Adding insult to injury, they charged a hefty amount of 500/- for this subpar breakfast experience.

A very decent hotel. Newly constructed, has got clean rooms and in house restaurant. Location wise very appropriate, railway station is nearby and its very convenient to travel to all main locations from here. Good service at restaurant, friendly and well behaved staff.

The hospitality was poor ... The receptionist is a lady stated our manager and senior are not available upon complaint. And said I can't allow you to speak to our senior, she acclaimed that despite She is not the manager has authority. also, for 2 hrs availablity they demanded 2000 Rs as the rooms booking has been taken from GOIBIBO... The room has poor carpet and mattress were broken. Manager and lady on reception clearly denied to take complaint and are not customer friendly instead you can claim them as "ILL-MANNERRED" and UNFRIENDLY

I recently visited the Grand Tulsi Hotel in Jhansi with my family to celebrate my brother-in-law's marriage anniversary. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs, making sure that we had everything we needed to make our evening special. The menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from, and all the food we ordered was simply delicious. From the appetizers to the main course and the desserts, every dish was prepared to perfection, with the right blend of spices and flavors.

Luxury hotel within Budget. I would say that room and washroom fittings are very good. It's clearly visible they spent lot to fit Branded items, Service is also good. I would recommend this hotel over Hotel Yatrik, which is my worst exp in Jhansi.

I did not expect this kind of a hotel in Jhansi. I have been to Jhansi few years back, and this is a great place to stay in. The food is out of the world, and the portion size is too much. The staff is so genuine that they told us that the food we are ordering would be too much for us. Also had a chance to meet the owners, humble man. Do visit this place when you are in Jhansi and do not miss butter chicken.

As there is no parking, you have to search for space outside on your own. There are staff to direct you that don't park here and don't park there but no one will help to park your vehicle. Every time you have to waste your time in search of parking space. Otherwise nice

Small rooms , low lighting in room and bathroom, power outage is an issue. In room tea and coffee powder with hot water kettle feels nice.

We booked this place for my sister's wedding. Everything from food, to decor, to function and everything in between was handled beautifully by them. They also opened the kitty room for our guests .

Fantastic and wonderful hotel. The Topaz hall is great for small get together with family and friends. Seating capacity is about 20 to 25.

Today, I ordered chicken salad through Zomato. The chicken pieces were of poor quality. I was not even able to chew them properly. Their texture is rubbery and not tender. However, the experience was disappointing. When I call their management, they disconnect my call by stating that the person is unavailable. And then, even after one hour, no one contacted me to take my feedback. What type of hotel is this? There is a pathetic lack of experience among the staff. This hotel is horrible and should not be recommended

House keeping didn't provide tea bags, shower was broken, health faucet broken. Overall a disappointing stay for a night.

Location of the hotel is good, on main street. It is a small hotel for short stay with facilities for small gathering in its basement. It does not have space for car parking. Staves are well behaved and courteous. It has a restaurant also on the ground floor.

Peoples at reception are rude and dont even allows to meet the people staying in the room... also very poor service... we were sitting in the reception for 30 mins and no one is attending us... also we had done our bday party earlier.. in which service is soo poor.. they give cold coffee which actually hot😂😂 what to say next A req. to owner..Please do respect peoples visiting your hotel

Went there for family member's anniversary celebration... pathetic services...food was ok...not so good.. ambience is no doubt good.but service is very bad just for food services they took around 2+ hours.I would not recommend for dinning.

I stayed at Grand Tulsi for 2-Nights and 3-Days. No doubt location is good. Food is tasty. Staff was supportive. They need improvement in washrooms, and washroom sewage was very bad. You have to ask the staff for house keeping and move water out from washroom. Bed-sheet was not clean. Suggestion, Please replace old bedsheets.

Hotel is near the Jhansi railway station... The ambience is awesome and staff is very friendly. Mini parties can be arranged in the party hall. The food here is tastiest in Jhansi. The hotel rooms are very beautiful and comfortable.

I loved it, it is 1Km away from the railway station Jhansi (now Virangana Laxmi Bai Rly.Stn.), Clean and Well furnished rooms. The facilities were good. They provide you Deluxe, Executive rooms, (with balcony) and other types of rooms on the first and other floor, not at ground floor, both single and double bed rooms ,+300 for extra bedding. And water bottle charges will be taken from you (+20 each bottle). And rest expenses will be for whatever you order(like 30 rs.Tea). Nice experience overall. Pros : Clean rooms, Good services, Fully furnished, Main location. Cons : Parking is on the road side(no separate parking)but yes guard look after your vehicle, Food at the hotel is on the expensive side (hue nearby there are many hotels, cafe, Dhabas, other food outlets)
