My over all experience was pretty good. All the staff members were very helpful and polite as well. Dr Shradha is one of the best Gyno in the town and you will come to know the day you'll start consultation. Post delivery, they do give importance to the patient and will do all the routine checkups and necessary treatment whenever needed. Personally I am pretty satisfied and will recommend BMS for one and all.

I am very much delight to share my experience in Bhagirathi Matri Sadan Hospital. It took just 4-5 hrs(normal delivery) after we arrived here. The staff were really attentive and responsive as well. Dr. Shraddha is so much expertised in her profession that her initial advice and timing assumption worked perfectly. She is very understanding and caring, addressing all my emotions and pain during baby's birth and after caring. The staff nurses there were so responsive all the time including late night patient calls. All the facilities were neat and clean and available lal the time. I was under counseling of Dr. Shraddha mam since initial week of my pregnancy(with placenta previa complication), so I am completely satisfied with the service and care we got. My experience at Bhagirathi Matri sadan Hospital was very good.I had my operation there a week ago the best thing about this hospital is that Dr. Shradha's nature is very good, she is very helpful and polite.She gives a lot of time to listens and understands the problems of her patients very well and all the staff members are very cordial and helpful.

Feedback pertaining to Bhagirathi Madri Sadan. 1.The doctor Madam is very cordial ,dexterous and adroit .She has done ceaserian operation very well .Her behaviour is very nice and she is sympathetic towards her patients. 2.The staff members working at the hospital are good for nothing , unsympathetic except few staff such as Mr. Rajesh and one of the nurse whose name is not known to me.Needs Improvement in this area . 3.I am very grateful to the doctor Madam for her generous support.
