Attentive.front desk workers and housekeepers. Fresh fruit everyday! Breakfast buffet can be better. Several rooms such as the bar and the games room are permanently(?) closed. I've been coming to this hotel whenever I visit my relatives and they give excellent service.

Good hotel and close to all shopping area jonker walk. Moslim no need to worry for food as there is hui or muslim pull noodle reataurant next to the hotel.

The institution in town. Oldest hotel in town fitting to western standards. No risk at all to go there! You might even enjoy a good massage at 4th floor.
