I got a hair in food very bad

So, I don't normally do reviews on fast food restaurants but after almost nine days of travel it was good and seating outside overlooking the square and fountain.

A bit small. I didn't like seeing a staff member drop a sauce package on the floor then putting it back with the others.

Because we only transited CZ, we can't speak in local language. Together with the guy at the order point we tried the best to manage it. Everything worked well for us. Maybe we will visit again on our next journey.

Terrible service! We visited McDonalds in Jihlava in 18th of September 2022. Despite they work in touristic place, staff doesn't speak English. Cashier was not attentive, forget to add small cola and plump ketchup to the order. Also, she didn't give me a bill. After I asked her, she did. Potato was cold abd I asked staff to give me hot one. They did, but with words: "If you argue with us you have colder potato". So rude. All our family is disappointed and will never reccommend this place.

The water coca cola was full of ice cubes , the cheeseburgers have bad taste compared to the other McDonald's

McDonald's it's McDonald's like everywhere in the world. Normally I'd rather not to eat at fast food restaurants, but yesterday was rain in Jihlava and we've been need to hide somewhere, so decided to do it there and something)

There is this lovely girl her name was Šárka she acknowledged that I'm not from around and was really helpful with my choice, i seen in her eyes tiredness but she kept her smile.

Fairly small, gets crowded quick. Classic McDonald's otherwise
