Good experience, Mohammed Arkan served us with very warm hospitality. A major and unavoidable problem is lacking washrooms facilities.

Overall good experience but there should be a toilet for the passengers here. Mohammad Arkan served very generously.

Worst lounge I have ever seen. Lived in Kuwait for 18 years.. And then not to this state in the middle east for over 10 years. By far the worst. Kuwait is a long way away from airports like Qatar, Dubai, Mumbai, Delhi. It doesn't have a chance due to lack of vision and it can be seen clearly in places they could have invested over the last decade and made it a success story of its own. Very poor management, very poor leadership. King's of yester years should be turning over in their graves over this pathetic state..

Good place for waiting area there is every thing is available food. Rest, washroom , and also provide free hot and cold water

The worst lounge I have ever experienced in my life .I had a layover for 7 hours it is a horrible experience for me . Here is no duty free shops, no smoking rooms or even here I didn’t find any tea shop or cafeteria for a cup of tea or coffee

Newly built terminals for Jazeera Airlines, well-maintained and very systematic. Improvement in process.

It was the first time to me . It's ok you can have nice coffee while you waiting, but noise from out said is a bit load.

Special Waiting area for Transit passengers of Jazeera Airlines with unlimited free WiFi. The waiting passengers get 1 time free meal from the airlines while waiting for the flight. We also have available women and men washrooms and prayer area specially made for transit passengers. We can also visit the duty free shops in the airport.

I coming from cochi now Jazeera airport in Kuwait arrived 5 15 am next flight time 10 45 am in madhena wiring time 5 hours no food flyt And also airport no canteen no food what I do be cose I'm angry

Hardly 20 seats available making it congested most of the time. Food choice is just okay. No international sockets. No recliners, just the regular sofa type seating. All seats don't have charging points. For pay and use, costs 10 KD for upto 4 hours usage.

Crowded

I am very disappointed never saw such dirty wash room facilities at any airports in my life. Staff is very rude and I witness some of them losing out temper. Over all very disappointed considering big name of Kuwait. 1 star only coz it's the lowest I can go. It would be wonderful if this airport learn something from Luton Airport London.

Smallest lounge I’ve seen (the size of a spacious bedroom) with table chairs and one person couches, friendly staff though. food served: boiled eggs, hot dog marag lentil soup beans corn salad lettuce salad thats about it, good luck.

The lounge is always crowded, and no seats are available due to the small space dedicated to the lounge. The food is only 1 type of food and no variety. I do not recommend it if you are going to pay.

I regret to write that Jazeera lounge service is very very poor. Transist passengers not permision to move food court or coffee Shop. Jazeerah not provide any kind of food shop in transist passengers lounge. I give minus Star and very very bad experience.

I have recently travel for umrah and had layoff in Kuwait airport , Transit lounge it's over crowded, people used to sit/sleep on floor, refresh room has poor maintenance with long queue and bathroom water is flouting on floors and there is no proper arrangements for Umrah persy

Very bad airline, transit station is complete mess, stuff is calling on flights like it's a bus station !! Complete disorder with absence of service and the stuff is definitely unqualified , do not recommend this airline at all

Really poor, I recommend not to take Jazeera airways if your stay is long and If you did so make sure you purchase food from outside like albaik or whatever you like 👍

Very Small not recommended, not even a good place to pray and covid social distancing can not be maintained. Too many people in small place. Display for gates TV screen too small even to see. Kuwait is rich Jazeera lounge is poor. Can not believe it.

Sitting is good, lounge temperature too cool, it should be controlled as per body temprature
