terrible
and
virtually
no
service
for
my
ailing
wife
and
child!
My
wife
-Merin
Abraham
and
newborn
baby
traveled
on
5th
Jan
2021
to
DXB
and
we
had
availed
the
services
for
Pearl
Assist
departure
from
Kuwait.
I
had
spoken
to
a
customer
care
officer
who
assured
me
that
they
would
be
arranging
wheelchair
services
and
take
care
of
my
wife
-
who
was
recovering
from
her
complicated
delivery
and
child
who
was
hospitalized
post-delivery.
Moreover,
while
booking
i
specifically
wrote
that
I
need
wheelchair,
as
they
were
ailing.
Instead,
when
I
reach
the
airport,
I
had
to
wait
and
call
the
representative
multiple
times
before
which
she
reached
me.
The
representative
did
not
assist
with
carrying
the
luggage
from
the
cabbie
to
the
counter.
No
wheelchair
or
transportation
was
provided
despite
being
promised
over
phone
and
putting
in
the
request
while
booking
in
the
form.
Moreover,
after
being
walked
to
Pearl
Lounge,
the
representative
was
late
to
escort
my
wife
and
child
to
the
gate,
and
my
sick
wife
had
to
carry
her
luggage
and
child
alone
to
the
gate,
and
when
she
reached
the
gate
walking
-
the
representative
reached.
This
incident
has
left
my
wife
emotionally
disturbed
and
physically
deteriorated.
What
service
is
this?
I
feel
like
Pearl
Assist
has
stolen
money
from
us
without
providing
any
services.
I
demand
compensation
above
and
beyond
a
refund.
Moreover,
I
will
be
informing
all
my
corporate
and
personal
contacts
about
the
miserable
service
we
received.
If
we
do
not
receive
an
adequate
response,
I
will
choose
to
move
forward
with
further
necessary
action.
