Nice and amazing atmosphere and service.

It is located in the same building as Sky Cinemas. It has seating for 25+ people both inside. Parking is quite easy as it is part of a airport and there are are two big car parks opposite the building. Service & quality are typical Costa fare.

It’s pretty small and filled with exhausted travelers. It has an air of desperation, tiredness and bleakness. Basically, a typical cafe in Kuwait.

Never in my life have I experienced such awful customer service and rudeness from staff. The extremely rude employee got the order wrong, overcharged us and then refused to sort out, blaming us for his error. There is nothing you can do in this situation as they just shout at you and then move on to next customer. A disgrace. Costa should not associate themselves with this place, as people expect at least a very basic level of service which is sadly missing here.

Good as airport lounges go no power sockets for mobile charging unless your in costa coffee or similar. Lots of checks and random drug testing on shoes bags clothing .

Very quiet and relaxing place. Good for waiting and spend time.
