Stayed for one night, because water supply was out at our home. The room was nice and clean and we mostly enjoyed our stay here. However, at night we noticed that the walls are pretty thin in this hotel that we could hear people talking from the hallways and the room right next to ours VERY CLEARLY. Kept waking up from the noise, as they were super loud that we had to call front desk to complain at 3 in the morning. We waited until around 3:30 and it seemed like none of the staff came to the room to extend our complaint, not even a call to their room. We had to drag ourselves to knock on the neighbor's door to ask them to keep it down-it was around 4am when this happened. Breakfast was unsatisfying, as we came around 7:45 and most of the food was gone. Very little options to the food served as well. Not recommended for a nice calm and relaxing stay. But if you're just looking for a room to stash your bags and be out of the hotel most of the time, this hotel is good as it's located in a pretty strategic area.

The environment of the hotel is good. It was quite grand at the entrance of the hotel. There are only two weaknesses I would like to mention for the price I paid for the hotel: (1) the soundproof system was very bad, maybe because the door of my room was not nicely carved, so I could see a small slit at the bottom of the door and that was the one that causes the noise at 6 am for the four days I stayed there, and (2) the water there smells a little bad… However, the internet connection and the bedroom are good. It is also very close to McDonald’s and KFC.

I had a fantastic experience at this place during my recent visit. The strategic location was a real plus as it was close to various culinary delights. Exploring the local dining scene was a breeze, and I savored some delicious dishes just a stone's throw away. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, providing ample space to unwind and relax. The peaceful atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable, and I had a restful sleep each night.

The hotel is really good in terms of rooms, services, location, etc. But I have 2 things that can be improved by management. the first one about my toilet there is a door to separate the dry & wet area but the door cannot 100% close so the water spill out to the dry area whenever someone take a bath. The 2nd things is about breakfast, I expect there more various choice like western food, etc for the 4 star hotel. but nothing wrong with this hotel, but I believe that are room of improvements for this hotel

We stayed here for one night. The room was clean and spacious, but there was a damp smell coming from the bathroom. We ignored it because it was still tolerable, and we were only staying for one night. However, what we couldn't tolerate was the dirty bed sheet. It looked like it hadn't been washed. We called the receptionist, and the staff came immediately. I took a picture when the staff were changing the bed sheet, and I just realized that they put the pillows and the duvet on the floor when I checked the picture before going to sleep. They only changed the bed sheet and the duvet cover. They didn't change the pillowcases. I was too tired to complain and wait for them to change it. One thing that I loved about this hotel is the swimming pool. It's spacious, and the water was clean and clear. They also have a kids' swimming pool and a slide. The staff were friendly and helpful. The security even helped us cross the street.

Booked 3 rooms and stayed here for the old n new. The rooms are not properly clean especially the floor, still dusty. The hot water on the basin is not working in all three rooms, I guess the management did it purposely. Some lighting in one room didn't work properly and made the room looks dark and shabby. In this room the wall hanging Aircon remote control is malfunctioning too...

A sorry place being run by the manager Sarda. Our checkin was at 2 pm, even arriving at 3pm- we only got room at 3.45pm ( I have already added this on the form which I filled in check in) The room smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in 100 years. With stained bedding. The night staff is extremely rude & would not even care to look at things. They instead proudly say I can go complain. The rooms light won’t switch off & even after chasing for 1 hour in midnight- none of the staff showed up to help. It’s the room number 2516 I stayed in on New Year’s Eve. Worst decision ever to start the new year at such a place. No wonder the hotel gets booked only when every other property is booked off. Indonesian folks are usually very nice but not the case here. Staff at Paragon is extremely entitled, rude & unapologetic for subpar experience.

I stayed here for one night. The room was quite clean and spacious but got damp smell. The wifi didn't work at all, tried to use the phone to complain but the phone didn't work as well. During breakfast, there were many flies (more than one) flying on the food and the server just didn't do anything to catch them.

Hotel is easy to find. Close to the road Location is good if you have scooter or you are planning to travel, otherwise there is not much to find and with heavy 4 line traffic its difficult to cross it. During our stay (4 days) there were lots of Busses coming and going..it was disturbing mostly during late evening check in.(many people running around can be quite noise) Room are clean but you can smell moist coming from the bathroom since there is no vent..this problem was partially solved when room service changed all bed sheets and run additional AC to reduce moisture from air. Staff is very nice and polite. They are there to help will all kind of problem's. Pool is perfect for kid's. Restaurant level is good but even for half portion for kids they request full payment. Overall its fine and we visit few different beaches from here.

Room were spacious. Awesome pool, clean and refreshing. However we took a little bit longer than usual when checking in. +- 30 minutes

"Excellent!” I have great time here. The pool is huge and amazing! Staff were nice, they even upgrade my room to be suite. Very good gesture. The room is clean spotless also. Walking to the beach is a bit distance, but they have their own pathways. Some small shops and restaurants in their complex so if you bored with hotel's food, you may try the other options.

Stay there during nyepi day, room is nice and clean . Check in and mini fridge not working they change with the new one but still not cold only cool . Night time and the button for wall light is not working also 😅 how come this resort not fid the final check before guest check in . But the techinisian respon quick . Went to restaurant one of best staff AGUNGS he is the best, friendly, quick, and really helpful. Had one of them staff at restaurant she had a bit thick body, omg even you 5 steps away from her you still can smell her body is so stink, ewwww 🤮🤮 Food is yummy, and location is great. Had playground and slide with the kids .

nice hotel, with a nice choices of breakfast, prompt facilities, and friendly staffs, but need improvements in terms of maintenance and cleanliness

Lots of black mold in the shower. Housekeeping didn’t show up sometimes. Dogs barking all hours and roosters crowing in the morning. Annoying clicking sound from some electrical cables that kept us awake and sounded dangerous. Someone else’s hair all over my dry-cleaned clothes. Housekeeping starts too early at 9 am knocking on the door. Laundry was returned two hours later than scheduled, messing up our plans. When i raised all these issues to a manager, he apologized but offered no other way to make it up to me. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience.
