Thanks to Melindha and Azzura for doing my nails. Not entirely what I’m used to getting in Europe ( gel polish is taken off using acetone- no power tools), but great, clean local place with very friendly staff.

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at Nail Story while on holiday in Jimbaran Bay. We have been here on a couple of other holidays and the girls have been looking forward to coming back. So happy they are still here! Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, super clean and they did a brilliant job! Thank you!

Wonderful nail salon with attentive and focused nail technicians. The classic mani + pedi / gel was 470k. Clean and comfortable and stylish. A great atmosphere, unique for Bali with big comfy colonial style chairs. They did a wonderful job and I would definitely go back. ❤️ They charge an extra fee of 50k to remove gel polish from outside their salon.

This place is a little odd for an Aussie. There is never anyone in there yet they say you have to book. I had a pedicure there with an advance booking and that was as fine. The manicure today was another story. It was an advance booking and involved removing my acrylics and doing a gel mani. 40 minutes into it the girl had finished only one of my hands - just the removal. I started to panic as assumed based on what happens in Australia the whole thing should take 60 minutes. There were other girls just sitting around, no customers, so I asked another girl to help. Thankfully she did and I was happpy about that. The whole thing still took 2 hours which seems too slow. It was disappointing I had to ask as they should have ally use their initiative - especially when they were just sitting there on their phones and the next booking wasn’t until 12. Hardly any customers to the amount of staff on, think the boss needs to take a good hard look at their business model.

The girls here are the best nail technicians I've ever come across. They are totally professional and very talented. I will always book here when I'm in Bali..

Wonderful experience and such care and attention paid to their work. I had a gel mani and pedi and the quality was better than I get home in Australia! Also very clean and comfortable, I wanted quality more than just a cheap price - but it was amazing quality for what I paid (approx $50 AUD for mani and pedi both gel - 3 coats!!). My little gal (7yo) also had the Princess mani and pedi which she loved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Done my eyelashes here for so many times. And can’t find any better places than this one. They always have done it perfectly, and their service is amazing 💯 My favorite is classic feather. And I don’t feel heavy on my eyes. The best place to do eyelashes in this town! 💕

Terrible service. Used 2,5 hours on gellack nails😂😂 like come on! And The gellack was old and watering and my nail lady couldt even paint nails so i had to wait 30 minuts inntil they were done with another costumer… never again. And 220k for gellack and that long time? Gad damn

Very bad customer service😠 price is okay but the way lady talked to me was very rude. She said one price and charge me another when i finished my nails.
