I came here for dinner at 8 pm. It’s exactly what you would expect from a Pizza Hut restaurant. The staff were lovely and helpful and the menu had a lot of options and I really don't know what to order but i ordered 2 kind of pizza's, fettuccine and appetizers, the food were served really quick and tasted delicious! Best thing about Pizza Hut is its practically the same product you get at home so as much as we love Indonesia its nice to get some familiar comfort food during our 2 week stay (especially for the kids 👍)

The staff is very attentive and friendly. As soon as you call to place an order, they are already at your table. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice. It is well lit and very clean. The prices are perfectly acceptable. The best thing about the restaurant is that the meat is halal. If you need to pray while in the restaurant there is a small prayer room downstairs as well as a place to wash up. Whenever I travel to Bali I always visit this restaurant Great Job guys! 👍🏻

Love their new orleans chicken wings, soft garlic bread, those are must order dishes each time I go to Pizza Hut. But the new melts pizza is also a must try.

My Favorite is chicken oriental spaggeti or rice and Salad. The Toilet is clean.

Located on the main road. I went there in the afternoon. They do not promote their happy hours or deals so you need to be smart to read flyers on your way. We ordered a pizza and the staff just said no for things. We asked for oregano that was on our food, and they said we don't have it. The drink in happy hour was just a glass. Food was standard but crust that we wanted was not available when we went there so we had to compromise on our order.

We had two regular stuffed crusts and could not finish more than one pizza. Great service and fluent English. They have a mushollah in the basement. Not that great for accessibility as the bathroom is downstairs without a lift.

The service was very bad at the take away section because I ordered first which was given priority to foreign tourists, after that the waiter and his friend complained to each other because they gave the wrong order, while I waited a very long time for that. and they didn't smile or say thank you or anything. Here I also buy using money and not begging at this restaurant. I don't mind if you don't give a smile or anything, at least the service is in accordance with the order, don't differentiate between local and foreign customers and don't do internal problems in front of me, in my opinion it's very impolite to do it in front of customers. Thank You

The place is really hot. They sat us next to a leaking ac that was clearly broken. I couldn t enjoy any food because it was too hot. The staff is not attentive. There was only 2 tables and still we had to calling them all the time. Place is rundown and need a renovation. Wont be back it was like a sauna.
