The hotel is pretty but customer services require huge improvements. Staff was slow in understanding and accommodating our requests. For the first time I was asked to pay for a 5 star hotel arranging a birthday cake. And it was not set up and delivered as I requested. You ask for 5 things and they will have 3 things delivered. Will not come back again.

Nice resort, almost everything is here (hotel, bar, pool, museum, clothing shop, jewelry store, ice cream shop, cafe, etc). The view is nice, there is also a shuttle tram to go from one place to another inside the resort.

Still my personal favorite hotel of all time in Bali. We had an amazing experience during our stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and yet cozy, and spotless! The staff were exceptional, being not just friendly but also incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Especially Mba Sari. The foods were delicious!! The breakfast buffet had hundreds of items from local and around the world. Thus far, this is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent reception. The vibe of the property is just an absolute chill. Plenty of places to go around. Great for couples and families alike. Despite the resource crunch due to COVID lay offs for most properties around the globe, it has not been a disappointment. Several pools and other attractions to keep the guests busy for days. Overall just a absolute serene vibe to the venue. Plus the options of using the sister resort, Ayana is a great advantage.

Impeccable hotel with extraordinary service! I could not fault the hotel once and I would say it was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in the world. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was sensational and so so many options. The only option for improvement would be looking at upgrading the bathrooms/rooms as they could use a little renovation but apart from that I will be back again!!!

We had a wonderful time in Rimba. The staffs were very nice and the facilities were just amazing. Nice pools and beautiful view everywhere !! Only thing to be mindful is if you come in at around 3 to check in, it’s a slow process. Will be better if there is more check in counter. Or try to avoid the busy hours.

We had wonderful time here. Staffs are very friendly, the facilities are great. Children love the pool, kids club and Kubu beach. One of the lifesaver in Kubu beach was very helpful. He stayed close with our children to make sure they were safe. The food here are tasty, better than the most of local restaurants.

"Great resort worth 5-stars" Gorgious, huge resort worth 5 stars. it is so big! guests in this resorts must use tram to get around inside this resort. I stayed only 2 nights here, so i didn't visited all of the poolsides and restaurants, but it was so good enough. Every staffs in here is so friendly and kind, and the breakfast service was just awesome. I visited 2 restaurants when i stayed here, one of them was Kantonese restaurant. the taste and service was amazing. Pool of Rimba has 120cm depth, and the River pool has also, 120cm depth, the main pool got a 2m depth pool The room condition was superb and bedding was also great. I will visit this resort again! maybe next year

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The room was not only clean but also incredibly cozy, making it a perfect retreat. The service was top-notch, and the staff always greeted us with warmth and smiles throughout our stay. It truly made our experience memorable!

Heavenly, beautiful and relaxing resort! The views are breathtaking. Best part, all the resort staff are super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The kids clubs are perfect for the youngsters. Highly recommended for all travelers, family with teenagers, little ones, elderly or just couples.

The estate is relatively new, with plenty of spaces. Facilities are fantastic, family friendly. There are private beaches and bars as well. The rooms are in good condition. A few restaurants, middle to higher ends in terms of food quality and prices too. There are internal shuttle buses but you have to call a cab to go to the town.

This resort is the best we have ever experienced in Bali. True luxury, amazing and varied facilities, huge grounds, seemingly dozens of excellent quality restaurants, fantastic gym and absolutely wonderful staff. Stay here, you will have the most relaxing and pampered holiday ever!

As part of the Ayana Resort, Rimba has a forestry theme, where you will see thick forest surrounding the hotel. But not to worry, because if you stay here, you are eligible to experie ce the whole Ayana Resort facilities (multiple restaurants / pools / bars / spa / etc) using their buggy from one spot to another. The room was spacious, the housekeeping staffs were exceptionally attentive to the guests, the food was very tasty. You should have a taste on Kampoeng Bali (the outdoor restaurant area, at the deepest part of the resort). They will served you with some authentic Balinese food. Overall, it was an exceptional stay and would love to take my family to stay there!!

Love everything about this Hotel.. you can explore all the estate and can use all the facilities while u stay in one of their hotel. You van breakfast at ayana, rimba, or segara. The room is clean and big. The staff are friendly, and lots of swimming pool. Definetely will coming back to stay here when came to Bali

Pros: big resort with many types of food. Lots of restaurants, bars, beaches, spa, and other activities to choose from Cons: 1. no service for some carriers 2. wi-fi is absolute garbage - inexcusable for a 5-star resort. Speed is awful, reliability is horrendous. Phone has no internet for about 30% of our stay here. 3. staff was very slow at checking us in (waited almost 2 hours before our rooms are ready - checked in at 2pm).

It is a beautiful villa with spacious rooms and many amenities. The activities within will keep you occupied for at least 3 days. Tram rides are provided for transport within the huge compound. It seems like a good place to bring kids and elderly. Service level is high and the scenery a great plus. Recommend.

Best Hotel in Bali, no question. This is probably the best hotel experience we have ever had. My wife and I came here for our first stop on our honeymoon and it exceeded every expectation we had. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, everyone had a smile on their face and seemed genuinely happy to help. The food at every single restaurant we tried was incredible and the service matched. The rooms were always cleaned very quickly and effectively. Room service and anything requested to the room came sooner than expected. The tram between resorts came quicker than every 10 minutes. The incredible attention to every single detail during our stay was noticed and it made the biggest difference. Even the airport pickup was quick, efficient, and friendly. The only, only thing that could possibly be improved would be the strength/speed of the wifi, but even then it was good enough to do most things I needed it to. This simply was an incredible stay and it was genuinely hard to say goodbye when checking out, everything was second to none and I truly think this is the best hotel in Bali, hands down. Make sure to eat at HonZEN and SumiZEN for an incredible, upscale meal or eat at Kisik for a memorable ocean view and great seafood. 5 stars all around.

Great service. Room size is decent. Comfy bed and firm. Good selections for pillows. Location is a little far from the main city and not much happening in the immediate area. Private beach is nice but require 200+ steps of stairs when the elevator is in maintanance.

We had a great stay. The staff is really helpful and kind.The suite is beautiful and the resort is huge. We moved around the different areas with the free shuttle service. It was quite frequent, so we never waited more than 5-10 minutes. It has plenty of restaurants and pools. The Rock bar and the pool nearby are amazing to watch de sunset.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks. The staff are what make the stay special. Not only do they go out of their way to help you but their friendly greeting everyday makes you feel like a really special guest. A special mention must be given to Gus De and Jenny at the reception. Gede the bartender at Unique the rooftop pool and restaurant. The hotel is so well maintained and all rooms are modern. The variety of pool options is amazing with a slide for the kids in the main pool. You feel nestled in the jungle from all angles but so close to the beach via a complimentary shuttle. I will definitely be back very soon. As one of their longest staying guests I was able to see that no matter what week or day it was the staff and hotel was consistent in their level of service.

Beautiful resort, many pools to choose from. Excellent kids club although this closes at 5pm, would be great to see it open until 8 or 9 so parents can go out for a drink or somet to eat. Excellent shuttle service between Rimba and Ayana and love the way you can use facilities of both resorts. Rock bar is a must do. There is no happy hour and drinks are expensive ($8 aud for water or a small can of coke) this felt like a bit of a rip off. Take your own water to stay nice and hydrated. Beautiful resort though. Would come back. Sevice was nice and authentic although probably a little less consistent than some of the larger western owned resorts. Nicest place we stayed.

I've been here two times already and both time are very spectacular. Management did a very good job in keeping the space very clean and top-notch. Rooms are spacious and enjoyable! Food from different restaurants vary. At first, I was thinking that food will be the same all around but I was certainly wrong. Nevertheless, nothing to be disappointed. Food at the rock bar are okay. But it's more for drinks and seeing the sunset vibes.I will definitely return again.

This hotel is so beautiful, it's hard to know where to start. Pure luxury, with access to everything you need. No need to leave the hotel at all. Private beach and access to Ayana resort. Great kids pools and the spa's are incredible. So many restaurants to choose from, with high end dining. Needs to be seen to believed!

Probably the most beautiful and a huge 5 * beach resort in Bali. The staff is very courteous and friendly and make you feel like royals. The brunch was the highlight of our stay there as there are 100s of amazing food options. We also enjoyed our semi-private pool in our room. You have to experience the place as it has so much to offer. You get to dine in the best possible Japanese and Chinese restaurants and enjoy the sunset drinks at Cafe Rock.
