What an amazing place to stay. Wow, they have an outdoor elevator to access their private beach and more swimming pools than I can count, and their famous Rock bar which just makes want to your seat and relax with a drink while watching the beautiful Bali sunset. We really enjoyed staying here and I hope to stay here again in the future. Just wish we had more time at this location to explore the property more. 😊😇🥰

This is probably the coolest resort in Bali. We have nothing negative to say, everything was superb. The reception was excellent, the people extraordinarily kind, the room was very large and clean. You have plenty of restaurants to try (and they are very good), a dreamy breakfast (in several restaurants), many pools, dreamy landscapes, even their private beach, and the best part, transportation within the resort because it's enormous. The only regret is that we didn't have more time here.

The size of this resort is massive. All the amenities are impressive and there are lots to see & visit, including the famous Rock Bar as well as a private beach. The breakfast buffet selection is massive that caters to indonesian, asian and western breakfast. The resort is far from everything else and you'll need a ride or taxi to go to town. Highly recommended here

We enjoyed it a lot with our family. The breakfast provided a lot of options and the pools are big enough to have space to swim. Personally I'm not a fan of resort hotels, but my family forced me to go (and pay). In the end I could enjoy Ayana resort more than I thought.

International travel got banned, Bali closed itself to tourism. So it was impossible to make the booking, no fault of our own. But when i called up to get a refund for 2700 we had spent there. Got met with no refund will be given. Not what you expect from a resort that has been voted best resort in Bali.

Half of the facilities are closed due to VIP private events. We decided to stay here mainly for the Rock Bar and even hired a babysitter to go to the adults pool only and again it was closed. There is no information that these events were going to be on. Out of the 3 nights we are staying, there is limited options for us to go to. Simply not worth it. Service is also really slow.

Brilliant views looks great in pics and in person, unfortunately the food was well under standards , food flavours are confused and not consistent and really doesn’t make sense. The chicken was extremely tough on the kebab and chicken dish , weird flavours and not tasty at all the octopus was like eating rubber with flour in it, Visually appealing but disappointing on the taste buds. Very over priced and not very nice , such a shame considering location and reputation . We have been here 3 times now in the hopes that it would of got better but it hasn’t , we have stayed here also for honeymoon and spent a lot of money , unfortunately they don’t care if your not happy with your meal and argue the point about a discount , won’t be back , they’ve just lost good paying customers I won’t recommend, come for views but that’s it., we won’t even do that again 😉

Ayana is by far the best and largest resort I have ever stayed in with 14 shimmering pools and 26 restaurants and bars 🥲 The views from the resort and Rock Bar are breathtaking. My husband and I are so happy and extremely grateful that we got to spend our honeymoon in such a 5* luxurious resort. We would choose this hotel over and over again. The staff members are so kind and very welcoming. The food and drinks are exceptionally good. Thank you, Ayana, for always staying in our hearts. Can not fault the resort it was pretty much perfect. The only thing I’d say is you don’t really leave, so not place to go for adventure. Great r&r location. Perfect for kids.

Rock bar sunset on day bed was so romantic, loved swimming pools of different places, food was really gooooood, all responses were super fast and well taken care of by the staff. By far one of the most beautiful and luxurious resorts in Bali. I've stayed in a few 5 star properties in Bali as I've been there multiple times, however Ayana takes the cake! We were upgraded to the Ocean Villa which truly made our vacation memorable. All staff were attentive and going above and beyond. The kids club is awesome and the resort has so many restaurants and pools. We stayed here for three nights but did not leave the resort as there was so much to explore within. Rock Bar has a great vibe but be sure to make a reservation beforehand.

I went here before the pandemic. The hotel is quite huge and amazing. The service and breakfast and everything else was upto the mark. The rock bar is pretty awesome. We wanted to check out some pools but they had very strict timings for some of them. The rooms could be better. The sea was kinda hard to view from our sea view room lol. But all things aside, if you can easily afford it and have a few days to chill and relax, this is the place for you and your family.

So many pools! Staff super attentive, even offering to take some pictures of my and my partner quite a few times. The entire grounds are so pretty and well done up. They clearly have a lot of staff, a lot of attention to detail and even request feedback if something is not absolutely perfect so they can improve. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering this place.

Our new favourite resort! 5* facilities and service. Really cannot recommend this place enough. We loved the fact that there are 3 resorts in one that you can use - Ayana, Rimba and the Villas which means you never get bored. Loads of stunning pools to choose from and a good variety of restaurants and a great shuttle service to get around. The staff were incredible, always super upbeat, welcoming and helpful - they always seem to be working to anticipate your needs so you don't need to ask for a thing! They really made staying here a pleasure. The standards are really high and exactly what you would expect from a 5*. We ended up coming back here to end our trip around Bali which we didn't originally plan just because it was so great! Will definitely be back.

For people that complain that the staff don't help, that's NOT TRUE AT ALL. All you have to do is ask. One of my family members couldn't sleep because of the cicadas outside and she phoned them to see if they could do anything- and they did. No noise at all after that. The staff will do anything to make your trip better. Also, if the room has a problem, I'm sure they'll gladly try to help if you tell them. Yes, it doesn't hurt to bite the bullet and ask. The downside about AYANA however, is that it can get super crowded during the evenings as they open the Rock Bar to the public.
