Relatively good collection but sales counters are too pushy. They claimed the factory outlet but didn't have a trail facility onsite. They don't offer a refund if the size is not up to your expectations. Celebrities pictures are on the wall, not sure if they visited them for shopping.

We visited this shop on our guides request. We live overseas. We were told that it has factory prices and they pay the clothe makers fairly etc. It's all a lie! We paid double for the products bought. Plus the guide gets his commission and that's why he is insistant on taking you. If you are from overseas, then please avoid this shop. They give you a beautiful history of how their clothes are made and that makes you buy it! You can pick the same item outside for half or less the price. People like them and a lot of people in this country don't respect tourists. They don't respect our hard earned money! My personal opinion. Thugs really! They will blatantly lie to you to sell...

They don't parcel items what we selected. they don't even respond to WhatsApp queries. They have sent different colour sarees. they do respond to phone calls but the sales person is on leave for past one week or they are lying. God only knows. When ever you go on trip don't follow the tour guide. Better online shopping options are there with safe return policies.

They have a wide range of local produce salwar kurta saree blanket bed spreads and much more. The service is not so good. The dress material is not of good quality, colour fades, the unstitched materials are smaller than the normal length. Have an eye while you are purchasing.

Much high prices for all items, I got them for half of the prices post purchasing from Rajasthali and quality was no less when they assured best price guaranteed. What I bought from them for INR 400 was available at INR 200 in clock tower shop which was pretty old and with finest of collections. Rajasthali Emporium have tie ups with local auto walas as they will ask for a picture of your bill to claim their commission (my personal experience). We got the shop later in clock tower and amazed by collections as I am usual collector of such decor pieces. #Overpriced items, would not suggest for affordable buyers. 1 star for kind of the response they have replied with to the reviews given by actual customers, sad about it

The Rajasthani Emporium in Jodhpur is a highly recommended place for tourists looking for a wide range of Rajasthani collection in clothes, jewellery, and art items. The emporium offers a diverse selection of products that showcase the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan. One of the notable advantages of visiting the Rajasthani Emporium is the convenience it offers to tourists. As you mentioned, the emporium provides everything under a single roof, which means visitors can explore a variety of items without having to travel to multiple locations. This saves time and effort, especially for travelers who have limited time in Jodhpur. The emporium is known for its extensive collection of Rajasthani clothes. From vibrant and colorful traditional Rajasthani outfits like bandhani sarees and lehengas to intricately designed textiles, visitors can find a wide array of clothing options to choose from. The availability of various sizes and designs ensures that there is something for everyone. In addition to clothing, the Rajasthani Emporium also offers an impressive selection of Rajasthani jewellery. Rajasthan is renowned for its exquisite jewelry craftsmanship, and visitors can find beautifully crafted pieces made with precious and semi-precious stones, such as Kundan, Meenakari, and Polki. Whether you're looking for earrings, necklaces, bangles, or other accessories, the emporium is likely to have a range of options to suit different tastes and budgets. Art lovers will also appreciate the collection of art items available at the emporium. Rajasthan is known for its traditional artwork, including miniature paintings, pottery, sculptures, and wooden carvings. These art pieces make for unique souvenirs and gifts, allowing visitors to take a piece of Rajasthan's artistic heritage back home. Another notable aspect of the Rajasthani Emporium is its fixed pricing policy. This means that the prices of the products are predetermined and not subject to bargaining. While some tourists enjoy the experience of haggling in local markets, others prefer the convenience of fixed prices, as it eliminates the need for negotiations and ensures transparency. Overall, the Rajasthani Emporium in Jodhpur is a recommended destination for tourists seeking a diverse range of Rajasthani products. Whether you're interested in clothing, jewelry, or art items, the emporium offers a comprehensive collection that allows you to explore and purchase different items under one roof. The fixed pricing policy adds further convenience to the shopping experience.

Want to get cheated.... this is the right place. They will sell torn sarees - saying jari borders are always torn. I had been to Jodhpur last month and bought a saree which was available outside in half the price. Still as I had bought a Bandani saree they said they will open it up and press the saree and give it to me. Next day they got the saree and I saw the border is torn and returned it immediately. Was in a hurry to catch the flight and since then following up for my money. It is already charged on my card and neither do I have a refund nor the torn saree...disgusting cheats. Now they have blocked the number I had already shared the bill as you have replied in your reply. You have the proof that it was paid. Let me know if you want me to post the chat??? Donโ€™t cheat customers you are sabotaging Indiaโ€™s review as well. Jodhpur was know for being a genuine place. Donโ€™t tell us to the quality.even if ur quality is bad (not silk) no one will accept torn sarees.let me see if I get my refund

Although the delivery service offered by them is good, I am highly doubtful about the pricing. Not to mention anything negative about the emporium, as the collection is really mind-boggling and attractive, however the salesmen there need to understand that when we are with a kid, who is tired and almost into the sleeping mode, they should not push the customers to even look at more options (especially, when the customer is mentioning time and again that they are tired as they have been travelling since 12 hours with a kid). As a salesman, it is their job to push for sales, but certain situations need to be considered. Also, if someone is not comfortable wearing a saree, I think it is wrong to keep mentioning that Saree is the most ethnic attire and there is no way that one should not wear it (it is our choice right, what we wish to wear and what not !) Hope these two points are taken care of during training the staffs. Thank You !

Absolutely unhappy with this place.Saw duvets and rajais in this shop,so went to buy those. The person standing at the entrance didn't let me enter the shop and told me to come tomorrow. What kind of a shop is this which doesn't let the customers enter If this is their attitude outside the shop then what would be their attitude while selling? To answer the owner's question...I visited the outside of your shop on the day I wrote this review.

Biggest looters and scammers, want to ruin your experience of rajasthan then go to shop here, the suit piece I bought asking several times about colour is still leaving colour after two three washes, fixed rates because they need to give commissions right , looted for 5000 rs for a cloth worth Rs 500 and immediately pushed me to jewellery section during payment. If anything I need my money back

Demonstrations are held to sell Jodhpuri handicrafts. Quality is compromised. Not serious about customer service. Since there is no fixed rate, there are chances of negotiation. Due to the monopoly of Jodhpuri quality and major shops being in the main market, more variation in prices can be seen. Not worth buying by believing at once.

We had gone to this store as advised by our tour guide, just to later figure out that, it was all a set up.. As usual, the salesman was convincing with all the lies regarding rare sarees, not made at any other shop, etc etc. they also kept exaggerating and lying about how theyโ€™re helping the local women by using their hand looms. We paid around 3-4x the price of the saree as we later found out by finding all the exact same sarees at our hotel. Ex: we paid 8000 for a saree just to find out it was 2200. Later we found out, that our local cab driver has a tie up with the shop thus only took us to that store when we had asked him regarding local shops to shop at This is all a tie up/set up with cab drivers and shop. Again! PLZ DONT FALL FOR THEIR LIES AND EXORBITANT PRICES. You can easily shop elsewhere and buy more for the same price A regretting buyer.

Not a recommend place, taxi person will take you as I felt they had a commission arrangement. The quality of product solid is average and the price is way high as compared to market. You want to shop go to Jalorigate.

Great place for buying Rajasthani quilts, clothes, jewellery and handicrafts. Prices are a bit in the higher side. They have a decent collection of shoes as well.

Agree with many who have pointed this store may be fake. Many tell-tale signs: We purchased recently, and found the rates exorbitant. Moreover, we got an invoice that was on a flimsy slip of paper that did not look authentic; no GST, no tax break-up shown as for other govt.approved stores. Clothes did not have a proper price tag. We have to see if the fabric is what is claimed. In view of the many complaints, if the owner is serious of clearing his name, it is better to get some proof about it's authenticity - such as a certificate from ministry of tribal affairs. Mention GST Numbers, etc., Proper price tags...

I took jewllery as well but I have little complain with jewellery, they need to increse the variety and they need to provide ceretificate of authentication for the jewllery

Visited this place as the guide took us there. We bought some, quilts and kurtas. we hand carried some and rest paid for them to send us by courier. I received the parcel after 5 -6 calls and found that one item was missing. After several complaints, they sent me the kurta whose length was not altered as promised and was the wrong size, which is of no use to me. Items highly priced and no courteous service.
