Loved our stay here, rooms are clean and spacious, each and every staff is cordial, polite and professional, breakfast service is too good, and plentiful. It's a quite new property in a peaceful neighbourhood, Mehrangarh fort isn't that far from here. Will look forward to stay here again in future. Thank you for making our stay warm and pleasant.

Great place to stay in Jodhpur, based in an upscale residential area and away from the hustle bustle of the old city. The entire team is great and takes pride in prompt service. The owner, Mr. Mahavir is a great host and a guide. The rooms are spacious well equipped, and the kitchen prepares great meals, although breakfast starts late, around 8.15 a.m., and the kitchen closes by 9.00 pm. The dining area could use better lighting, especially the food buffet area, and the shower could provide better water pressure.

Me and my partner travelled from another country with my mother from India and unfortunately forgot to bring our original passport, but the hotel said yes 1st and refused stay to not carrying original passport. We were asked to leave at 9 PM when I had two women traveling with me. They didn’t even try to understand the situation even after we showed the copy of required documentation. I wouldn’t recommend this place as they didn’t have any respect for the ladies. How would they feel if their Mother and wife were in this situation…really disappointed.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Hanuwant niwas.The staff is very helpful and courteous and go that extra mile to ensure the guests are well looked after. The owner Mr Mahaveer was very kind to help us plan all our day trips and made our vacation very pleasant. Me and my friends had a great time and highly recommend this property.

Great Host Mr Mahaveer. The rooms and the entire property has a great upkeep. Location is nice and peaceful and gives a homely vibe. Only downside is that they do not have a fully functional restaurant but Mr Mahaveer was kind enough to suggest us to one of the very happening food joint Gypsy (must go).. Overall Jodhpur city people are very courteous and friendly. Hanuwant Niwas is definitely a good stay.

Extraordinary stay with clean and spacious rooms. The service and hospitality is impeccable with the staff going lengths to make our stay wonderful. Shankar who is also a national level volleyball player taught us a few things and played a few rounds with us in the garden which was very enjoyable!

A gem hidden in plain sight. Excellent place to stay in Jodhpur. Each of the rooms provides a direct view of the Mehrangarh fort, Ship House, Umed Bhavan. Even the traveling to these places is a short hop away. Owned and operated by a first generation hotelier, Mr Mahaveer Singh, every room is tastefully decorated with paintings and real wood furniture. The corridors are lined with pictures and paintings depicting the flora, fauna and historical figures and events of the area. Just like himself, he ensures his entire staff always puts the guests first and you can feel it in every interaction. The cook is happy to accommodate guests' personal preferences. The only challenge is a limited parking space in the compound, but that shouldn't matter for outstation guests using local cabs.

A very good hotel for family and friends. Near the Station/Airport and shops. Clean and big rooms and has polite and friendly staff. Definitely a good property to stay in if you are in Jodhpur for vacation.

Staff - Host & the staff of the property are the best. They treat you like their family members. We reached the property at 11.30 in the night and the host arranged fresh & hot food for us. Food - Food was too delicious. The best food we had in our entire Rajasthan trip. One of the pleasant encounter in our trip to Rajasthan. We glad that we stayed here. The property may not look the way from outside, but from inside it's huge. The property is so welly maintained and cleaned, you feel as if you're in someone's house. That is how the way they maintained it. It's a private property. Starts from the owner of the property, to its manager and house-keepers - all so friendly and familiar, you can't ask more. They made our stay so peaceful. Rooms are welly cleaned, we even get an upgrade to our room-type since lesser crowd at the time of our visit. Foods are well good you can't complaint. The property has a big lawn for spending a good time, or just lying down xD It has a car parking too! We enjoyed our every moment spending there, and we miss the so friendly stuff there ) Thank you to Hanuwant Niwas!

This hotel was the best place we stayed in during our trip around India. The property was calm with a nice view to the green garden. They served the best breakfast we have ever eaten in India. The staff was very helpful. We could check-in in the middle of the night. We were also given a ride for free to the bus station while heading to our next destination. Highly recommended if you are planning to stay in Jodhpur.

All good. Well maintained hotel. Clean and well furnished room and toilet with a balcony overlooking the garden and the fort. Courteous staff helped in all our needs. Food was excellent. Complimentary breakfast served in the garden was too good. The only negative i found is their entrance. You might be entering through another housing complex. Signage boards were given to direct without much confusion. Overall we had a great stay there. Well recommended 👍

Let's start with the fact that they have THE BEST staff who look after all your needs, that too with a genuine smile. The rooms are spacious and are well equipped with amenities that a traveler might need. However, if you don't find anything in the room, the courteous staff will ensure that you have it no time. While the property isn't at a walking distance from any of the major tourist spot, it is well within reach of them. For e.g. the iconic Mehrangarh fort is only 2km from here. They have an in-house restaurant that serve everything from local Rajasthani cuisine to your regular Indian fare & a few continental dishes as well. As it was quite cold, the staff was more than happy to setup a bonfire in the garden as we enjoyed a quite meal in the open. The entire stay was value for money and it was all made possible by a great staff and an equally vocal owner.

Extremely Elated with the hospitality at Hanuwant Niwas. The rooms were very clean and hygienic. The staff was very cooperative and promp with services. The view of the lush green garden from our balcony was a delight every morning. You can also enjoy the mesmerizing sunrise from your balcony with a cup of hot tea. And for the health freaks the garden provides ample space for a walk or yoga. The place also serves delicious food. It was so fulfilling to start our day with sumptuous breakfast everyday. Location is also very approachable. It's on the fort road but still very calm. A good place to unwind. Much recommended place for friends and family. Rooms are spacious,well equipped and have attached balcony on first floor. Staff is very courteous and keen on customer satisfaction. Reception staff is very helpful, special mention to Devi singh.He even guided us , the best way to visit each tourist spot at lowest price. The chef, Mr Shankar's preparations has a delicious homely touch. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel is safe for the stomach especially if you have small kids and for adults too. Before booking auto/car for travel tourist s can cross check with hotel staff/reception to avoid paying higher rates

Calm oasis from the world outside, clean and comfortable room...and tasty breakfast on the front lawn. The best part about Hanuwant Niwas is their staff. They cater to your every need politely. It has to be THE BEST hotel staff we have ever encountered. I am very thankful to Devi Bhaiya who took care of every small thing during our stay. I only give a 9 out of belief that there is always room for improvement, but this is as close to 10 as you can get, and excellent value for money too.

Had such an amazing experience staying here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the property is classy with a lush green lawn outside. The best part about staying here was the staff and the service offered by them They were super kind, and ready to help for each and every thing, even it if meant going out of their way. Genuine staff, good breakfast and overall a comfortable stay. Lastly, the tea here is a must try. I’m surely recommending this to everyone around me who may visit jodhpur. It was indeed the most welcoming family stay we had in this city.

Charmed small hotel with garden where you can rest after visiting the blue city. Do not hesitate to try, your eyes will enjoy the peace view of the little garden after the dust of the city. Spacious bedrooms, and good restaurant also.

Overall a good stay. But being a new hotel, there is scope for improvements in many of small items. WOuld like to give 3.75 stars Things to like :- 1) Good spacious rooms with clean bathroom (although in my parents bathroom, water was not draining off quickly. Owner assured to get it fixed) Balcony attached but connected to other balconies just 2) Nice garden, peaceful location (Residential area, so first time you might find difficult to get to it), main road is just 3 min walk 3) Welcoming staff 4) Tasty lunch and dinner Things to improve :- 1) No lift ( Owner is working to install lifts) 2) No 24*7 cafeteria, so my parents used to early morning tea had to prepare one from the tea sachets provided in room ( Tea served by hotel is very good) 3) Limited breakfast options ompared to hotels with similar range (Idli, Poha, Toast, fruits, juice, tea,coffee, omlette on demand) 4) No wash basin if we sit outside in lawn ...In restaurant also we have to move out to the washroom to wash hands although not that far 5) Can install some basic play items in lawn like see-saw, or balls 6) ENglish newspapers can be made available in the reception area. These things are suggested based on my stay in another hotel with same budget range just 2-3 days before my stay in Hanuwant Niwas.

Fabulous Luxary Hotel with feeling Home away from Home. Mr. Mahavir Singh, owner and resident at the same place takes personal care of the comforts of his guests. We had a family vacation at Jodhpur and stayed in Hanumant Niwas Hotel for one night and everything was very smooth and satisfactory in a friendly and caring homely atmosphere. Finally, it is very economical and affordable accommodation. Staffs were very helpful and they arranged local delicacies. Foods were awesome and at a very moderate price.
